I visited the newly refurbished/remodeled Burger King on ST RD 37 N/Cherry St in Noblesville on 12/12/2025 at approximately 1:15 p.m. About 3 cars in the drive thru before and at least 3 behind me. Very disappointed in the food - fries were cold before I even pulled out of the parking lot and the burger is tasteless and lukewarm. On March 25 on or about 12:30 I went through drive-through at your location at Cherry Street and Cumberland Road in Noblesville Indiana and ordered a Whopper double with mustard, tomato and ketchup, specifically saying "no cheese". I got a sandwich with cheese. I walked it back up to the drive up and said "no cheese please" that is all I said. Then I went inside to wait on my revised sandwich. When I got it it was fully dressed but no cheese. I handed that back to an employee (no name tag) and said, "ketchup, mustard and tomato only please" exactly how I had ordered it originally. That employee and his supporting female (no name tag) began to argue with me about how I had returned the first sandwich through drive through and how I had been "rude" and said "let's try this again" words I never said. How they would not tolerate rudeness and loudly continued to argue with me in front of other customers. Then employee got me a third sandwich (continuing to argue with me loudly) and said "this one is correct, I made it myself"..... Mistakes happen, I spent year in customer service and retail, that's not my point-how they dealt with is it important. What would have been wrong with "I am sorry that happened, let's fix it"? When I asked for the manager's name, I was ignored. When I asked for the manager's business card I was told by the employee that "we don't have business cards" and when I asked a third time for the manager's name, both employees continued working totally ignoring me. read more

Poor service every time. Today was no different. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and the 5 piece French toast sticks. At the window they gave me my bag and said everything was in it. As I was driving ways only the French toast sticks were there. They forgot the sandwiches. I had to return. The drive up window was too busy so I had to go in and wait in line. So much for a window. (But maybe that was for them to collect my money and just say hi. But probably not. Just mediocrity at its finest.) They didn't apologize. I got the sandwiches and left. I stopped asking for customizations and I'd just pick off what I don't want. I give up. Today's order was missing ketchup AND onion. The drive-thru at this location is busy, which is understandable during Covid, but the lobby is now open. Today they didn't have someone working the counter during lunch rush and the guy who was working the window had to hustle between the drive thru and the counter to take care both - and kudos to him, he was rocking it. We stopped and ate in the restaurant (8/29/2023) here at Noblesville and wanted to say how nice it was to have real customer service. Everyone working there was courteous and efficient. They were laughing and helping each other to make sure the customers were taken care of. They were emptying trash, keeping it clean and still waiting on us efficiently. The food is ok here. I usually order the whopper with cheese , and without lettuce, and fries. My son gets the chicken nuggets and fries kids meal. My wife and I stopped by one morning to grab our 11 year old son something to eat before school. She ordered an Eggnormous meal and French Toast sticks meal. Once we got to the window to receive the food we realized we were missing a small hashbrown. The employee went to correct the issue (at least we thought), until the Manager swings open the window telling us that she GUARANTEES we didn't order what we said we did. My wife continuously stated that we in fact DID place that order correctly and not only that, but her employee was about to give us our small hash brown before she came to the window. The manager then says "Yes I did otherwise you wouldn't understand." We proceeded to ask for our money back in which she refused multiple times and told us to "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HER DRIVE THRU!" I intervened and proceeded to inform her of her rude, disrespectful, service and treatment towards my family. Mind you our son is in the backseat the entire time. She then threatens to call the police on us and finally does so without refunding us our few dollars. We refused to leave unless we either got the small hash brown or our few bucks back. I went inside in which I heard her describing me to the police as if I was a criminal wearing a black hoodie. The police showed up and she finally refunded our money. She told one of the officers that she felt "scared" which is why she called them immediately. Truth is, she saw a black family and treated us like trash. I am almost 40 years of age and as a black man in America, and a Veteran of the United States Army I have never experienced such clear discrimination and utter disrespect. My family is truly disgusted with what we experienced and have been looking to contact corporate and potentially take legal action. If nothing else, that woman should be terminated immediately so that she could never treat another human being regardless of race that again. read more

My husband and I just ate in the dining room at this location. The dining room is freezing. I would be more comfortable eating outside. Now a critique of the food. We used a coupon for a 2 person whopper meal for $8.99 so that is a great value. Only problem is food was not hot. Both the whoppers were cold and fries were cold. I had very little time to grab a quick lunch and get on with my work day. This was close and convenient. There were very few customers in line and waiting for their food so it wasn't even close to being busy. I was greeting by a young cashier, soft spoken, and seemed inexperienced or new at his job. However, I clearly ordered a plain cheeseburger and a hersey pie. Simple right? I ended up being charged for a Whopper meal and a large drink with over an $8.00 charge. He needed help to try and adjust my credit card charge, which was fine, but my new order included a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles after I'd repeated my original order. Apparently, it was ordered up wrong a 2nd time. This visit nearly put me over my lunch break so I had to take the order to go. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because the manager and cashier did apologize. read more
