For a fast food restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here a couple weeks ago. I went through the drive-thru to use a whopper coupon that had come in the mail, and it was quick and easy despite the heavy lunch rush! When I pulled forward, my food was ready and piping hot! I ran inside to get ketchup, and there was a man working the regular in a collared shirt and tie. (My assumption is that he's the manager, yet he was working right alongside everyone else ensuring efficiency, which speaks volumes.) My one complaint would be that I asked for extra pickles and didn't get any. :( But otherwise a positive experience; I'll return! read more

I found myself absolutely needing an impossible whopper from Burger King last week. This one was closest - and even though it was an odd time of day, I was served the most delicious hot burger that satisfied my craving. Drive thru worker very rude. They make you stop before the window so you can't see what they are doing to your food. Very Strange. I threw out my food because they creeped me out. I won't be back at this store. The one on Pine Ridge is Awesome. No fowl play there. read more

I have been frequenting this location for years and must report that the service here had gone very wrong. The last two times through the drive-thru, the orders were missing items, so today I decided to go inside, hoping for a better outcome. There was only one person at the counter taking orders and filling them, so the wait was long. (Also, only one person working the drive thru.) I ordered and waited along with a half dozen others. When my order finally arrived, I looked in the bag and saw that it was missing the order of churros. The woman at the register told me in a sharp voice, "I didn't ring that up. You didn't pay for it!" I asked if she could please give them to me now. She was obviously annoyed and not pleasant. I gave her the extra money. Guess what? When I got home, still no churros. I guess in future you have to check TWICE to make sure the order is right. The history of incorrect orders and the unpleasant demeanor of the associate will keep me from coming back. They get my order wrong any time I only ask for 3 ingredients on the burger and every single time they mess it up. Competency is not there strong suit here. Whoever invented the "Bacon King" is either a lunatic or a genius. And yes, I know there's a thin line between the two. I'm pretty certain that line is called The Bacon King. This thing is two 1/4 pound patties and four slices of cheese topped with I can only count as a handful of bacon, mayo and ketchup. And there's a meal! You can add fries and a drink. Eat your heart out. Literally. It should come with a warning label that no one would acknowledge anyway. Kudos to Burger King for sparing consumer's pride by not even bothering to put lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles... blah, blah, blah on this fella. "Hi. Can I get the Bacon King but without like, all the veggies?" "Yes. We figured that, Well." Touche. I'm gonna try to order this Japanese city destroying monster of a burger and say, "Can I get the Bacon King with everything on it please?" Food was good, the fries were a little too salty, but the customer service definitely improved.

Don't forget your sunglasses this place is Bright and clean! Burger king meals are my choice sometimes because they have onion rings as an option, fish sandwich that beats the fish filet from MCD. Other than that I think they put in a new AC unit since it gets pretty cool in there, bring a light jacket or you will freeze. Recently renovated with new facelift to front and interior. New hanging light fixtures really change the look, but they still use way too much of the original fluorescent lights.(It's so bright in there you could... get a tan, and.. grow pot.) Service here ranges from super fast food to "Please help! I don't want to eat my own hand!" It really depends on who is working and if the drive through is busy. My orders have been accurate. Don't bother. As if fast food wasn't bad enough the staff here are not friendly. The manager walks around barking at employees in Spanish, including interrupting customers giving orders. No "thank you" " have a nice day" nothing. Eat here if you may starve but otherwise avoid. read more

Every time I order something from this specifically BK they always mess up on my order. For the first time I tried ordering thru door dash and I ordered two meals and a kids meal and paid 50 $. When my food got here I didn't notice that they forgot my daughters kids meal and I called and they never pick up. Try the Bk in Burger King is a little better read more

Then took the same dirty hands put them in the bag to open it and grabbed the food in the package and placed it into the bag.
