This Culver's wins the prize for the dirtiest bathroom of any Culver's that I have visited. I am a regular Culver's customer and I've been to probably 50 different Culver's throughout the United States. I live closest to this location on Airport Road and go there regularly in the men's room always stinks. The walls and the doors are filthy. My biggest concern is the kitchen. I hope the kitchen is clean. I have complained directly to the management and they act like they will fix it but they do not. This has been going on for the last couple years. First time trying Culver's for a sandwich. There's local ones in Columbus but we were in Naples Florida and one was close to where we were staying. Hubby drove over for takeout and I ordered using the app. I got a cod fish sandwich and Hubby had a hamburger. He brought the lunch to the outside pool and we definitely enjoyed the weather!! My fish was delicious and the bun very fresh! The slaw was creamy and very good ( reminded me of KFC's). Plenty of lettuce and pickles made it tasty! Hubby enjoyed his burger as well! Busy and each time we come the tables and chairs are dirty. They also always mess up our order somehow. They are just kids working here so don't expect much. My hubby comes for the fish while I look for vegetarian options. Cole slaw, fries, dessert are my usual choices They give free custard if you go online for comments from your receipt but it expires too quick for my returns. I absolutely love the Butterburger and CRINKLE CUT fries. A true combo and always delicious! And the chocolate custard? I could eat a scoop every night. It's always my go-to sweet treat. Considering there aren't many ice cream options around the area, I opt for custard at Culver's! I love that I can easily order online and go inside to grab my order or pull up "Curd Side." Both methods work very well and the service is always quick. Even if I decide to go inside to order, there's always somebody waiting to take your order. I'm normally not a huge fast food fan, but if I'm the judge, this place is the grand-prize winner in the fast-food category. The restaurant is much cleaner than it's popular counterparts, the food is fresh and high-quality, and the service is outstanding. I always get the fish sandwich, and I highly recommend trying it. Unlike the processed McD's or BK versions, this one is a whole fillet that never tastes too fishy, and is fried in a crisp layer of goodness. The bread is buttery and perfect, and there's just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and lettuce. The custard and shakes are about as good as it comes. Every time I see the line at Chick-fil-A, I can't help but think those people are insane for choosing it over Culver's. You order your food at the counter as usual, but then they give you a number and bring it to your table. Nice comfortable booths to sit it, friendly service and great food. The menu isn't complicated, especially if you plan on getter a Butterburger! You can build your own, or choose from a few set options. I built my own and was impressed with the final product. Good quality bacon, two good sized burger patties and lots of fries. They are definitely competing in the general fast food space, same as McD, Burger King and Wendy's, but they do a way better job at both the product, service and atmosphere. First time visiting, The service at the box was a bit rushed. I understand you have to get to the point and compete with the timer once I get to that box but again just a bit rushed. Again at the window, rushed it was like take your food and go. Which is weird because they said something like, "what can we make fresh for you today?" And my food came out in less than minutes, that is great but how can you make anything fresh that fast? Maybe I am thinking of the literal definition. The fries are fried perfectly however, wayyyyy too much salt. On my first one I was going to go back but it's unnecessary. The burger is ok but the cheese should be melted. I really try to give this location the benefit of the doubt. 3 separate times to get concrete mixers and 2 out of the 3 times my order has been incorrect. The first time I ordered 3 concrete mixers in the drive through and all 3 orders were incorrect and I was given an order for a different car. I then had to go inside where then I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for my order to be remade wrong once again. I went back again tonight and ordered 4 concrete mixers with 2 toppings each. To my surprise 2 out of the 4 mixers were incorrect. The ordered appeared correct on the screen and when I go home the wrong toppings were put in. I honestly don't get the hype. The first couple times I was here I was not impressed. Always get the butter burgers, but never overly enjoyed them to an alternative like Wendy's. I've been here a few times more recently and think maybe it was just over hyped. Put on an unobtainable pedestal by everyone who recommended. The food is good for a fast food joint. The consistently poor level of service is enough so that I won't be back to this location for a long time. When you walk in you will be greeted by a young order taker that speaks at a level only heard by dogs and won't look you in the eye. She doesn't understand the menu well so you will likely get the wrong food. After taking your order she will reward you with a number sign and will be told to join a large group of customers leaning on the wall. After about fifteen minutes, a guy comes over with a bag of food looking for your number. Then you get to take it home and see what they screwed up. Today I was greeted by a fish sandwich without a top to the bun. How can this possibly happen? Did the next fish sandwich just have a top and no bottom?
