The worst BK in Brevard County hands down. Always out of food the staff doesn't look presentable Always clowning around when I go inside. When I made an online order for pickup I got there and they didn't have anything I ordered. And I was sitting there waiting 10 minutes before they even asked me if I had a pickup. I said yes then they told me how they were out of all the specials so I swapped it out for other items and get this I had to wait another 10 minutes because they didn't even start making the order until after they served other people in line. I've been visiting this Burger King since way back when I first moved to Melbourne and I have to say it hasn't changed...I mean at all! I don't know if that's good or bad, but the service has been consistent. It's your typical Burger King, this one features and outdoor play area for kids (or those adults who are a kid at heart). It's in a nice location on 192, right across the street from the mall. Also being near a stop light makes it easier to get out of the drive-thru and back onto 192. read more

This BK is the worst ! I've seen at least 2 managers there that don't have a clue as to how to be a manager. Today, I went through the drive-thru, and it was broken, so they asked to go inside for service. There were 5 or 6 people in line in front of me. Seemed to be only 3 people working. After helping 3 people or so, the manager told the guy taking orders to stop and go clean the tables. The tables weren't dirty and had not one person eating at any of the tables. I thought I was being punked. Myself and the girl in front of me were dumb founded. Why would he stop taking orders to go do something that clearly wasn't needed at the time. How about helping the folks that came inside due to drive-thru not working ? I've never seen anything so stupid in my life. A few years back i returned my food because my burger was ice cold, cheese not even kinda melted, old cold fries. When I showed it to the manager and said it was cold, her response was, " it's fast food lady". I guess it's not supposed to be hot. The owners must smoke crack because it seems their management team over the years are the most worthless pieces of poo I've ever seen. Who cleans tables when there are patrons waiting to be served. This place does not even deserve any star. We went today to eat after a long time. The manager on duty was very very rude and doesn't deserve to be even employed there. We had a coupon book From school which has buy one original whopper and get the 2nd free. Since we are vegetarians we ordered whopper and asked for whopper no meat and the manager on duty sarcastically said "you must have been Eating veggie burger " since they are low price. How rude! She even said you don't need a coupon as it is inexpensive. And also said you can leave the place. She was not even apologetic and needs to be fired for her rude behavior. This has to be the worse Burger King in the State of Florida! I wish I could give it less than one star! I try to focus on being positive so gave them three chances and all three times they failed at service and competency. They like to chit chat in the back area behind the wall so I waited a few minutes but no one came forward to take my order so I walked out. The second time I was there at 11:00 am but they said breakfast ended at 11 not 11:02. Guess one of us had the wrong time. Not a friendly face in the place. It was like I was bothering them and should go away. It doesn't look all that clean either but my main complaint is where in the world did they find these employees? Send them all down the road and get a competent manager. Alternatively sell it to someone who can manage a restaurant or close it! How they stay in business is a mystery to me. Very poor example of a Burger King - If you stand in line and do not move for more than 10 seconds your shoes stick to the floor. Sticky enough to pull your sandles off. - Two of the counter staff have extremely long hair that drags through the fries when the reach to the back of the fry tray - The chicken patty in my "Original Chicken Sandwich" was burned and dry. Surely they could have seen it as the wrong color when they made the sandwich - don't bring the kids, the play area was taken over by construction workers eating lunch It is very unlikely I will be going back again to that location. read more

I went through the drive thru and observe the attendant with no hair covering at all lean in to get our fries, while his hair touched the fry container dispenser above the fries. As if that wasn't bad enough the fries look and taste like they've been there all day. Then my son tells me his chocolate shake taste funny and he doesn't want it. When we hit up to the window, I kindly asked them to repeat the order because the price didn't seem right, the young lady proceeded to tell me and the rude ass manager interrupted her and loudly and very FAST repeated the order!
