Can't review anything about the food as we are STILL WAITING IN THE DRIVE THRU! Granted, we got in line at 9:30 and they close at 10, but it's now 10:05 and we are still 1 car away from the window. So much for "fast" food. I've been to this location before at lunch time and it's been fine. But this is ridiculous. ********Update to this experience: We finally got our order at 10:10. However, while we were waiting, there's not much to look at and my husband looked over through the window and one of the girls flipped him off. Like what else is there to do while you're just sitting there for an EXTENDED amount of time? It was not the girl who was at the window. She was nice and polite. And it wasn't the guy we had seen earlier. We think it was the manager on duty. UNFORTUNATELY, you cannot call anyone to lodge a complaint. The number on the receipt does nothing. So all I can do is to let everyone on Yelp know that they have a B**** in the back doing who knows what to the food and that we won't be back. read more

The employees at this place, are legitimately the worst. I came through the drive thru, it was hostile. Drive thru operator was horrible and rude, genuinely could've dealt with that, everyone has bad days, but when I arrived at the window, and paid, the girl handing me the food had set it down in a pool of water. She closed the window quick and ran to fix it, which I assumed would be by getting the order made again. Nah, just tossed a soaking wet burger in a new bag and handed it to me. I trusted maybe it was fine and she caught it quick but immediately parked to check it out. Soaked. Disintegrating bun soaked. Yall are awful. And it's not even your fault. It's your district manager/general managers fault. Because they allow this kind of behavior, and probably partake in it themselves. Bums, the lot of you. Grow up. Walked in the store and ordered a whopper Junior on the app...... 30 minutes later still never had it after two times going to the counter and asking............ I just left at that point. They would not refund my credit card, but gave me a store credit. Customer service 101....... refund the purchase and give a store credit on the app. @Burgerking read more

If you are craving all things Burger King, I would recommend the Burger King right off exit 153 of I40-I85 between Burlington North Carolina and the Raleigh/Durham interchange. The restaurant is busy, but puts out quality Burger King food. Whether dining in, or grabbing something quick through the drive-thru, service industry standards are met and exceeds expectations. The lobby is clean and provides excellent services including the processing of DoorDash orders. If you're in the area, this would be the only Burger King our family would frequent! read more

Don't bother. Just, don't. It looks like a fresh new location, but never judge a book by its cover. You're better off hungry, foraging for tree bark in a field of poison ivy than eating at this Burger King. Six workers, not one with an apparent IQ over room temp and the blatant apathy in their work ethic and customer service skills should be studied at universities. Missing food, ignoring customer requests, zero effort to rectify. I thought I was in Dick's Last Resort at one point. Zero customers. 20 minutes to get food in the dining room. If Burger King is trying to make a comeback, they won't do it while hiring the same, stereotypical lazy BK workers that helped drive the chain to the gutter. Line cook - no gloves and surfing on his phone. The kitchen floor looked like a trash river in New Delhi. Three of our party had the trots later that night. Just reopened and already off to bad start. Dining room was closed so drive thru line was super long so probably took about 10 mins to take order and another 10 to get food. At the payment window the employees were vaping and when i got to food pickup window i was asked "what are you waiting for" when i just got to the window and hadn't got anything yet. Absolutely atrocious! We got there are 9:11pm and noticed that the dining room was closed. We then went through the drive though and were told that they were closing at 9:30. They advertise closing at 11pm. I ordered an Impossible Whopper and was asked if I minded to wait while they cook it. I said no, I always like my Impossible Whoppers cooked! Then I was told that since they were closing at 9:30 there would be not enough time to cook it. I asked how long does it take to cook an Impossible Whopper? They then said that they had already turned off the broiler but could put it in the microwave oven and asked if that was alright? I said no and my wife and I left. What is going on? There's no management. Even if they were closing at 9:30, they don't leave at 9:30. They don't shut off their machines at 9:00. This is total craziness. The only thing this place has going for it is the flame broiled burger. Restaurant is run down and no matter the time off day they NEVER have any food ready, even at lunch. This is not the worst fast food place in the state. It is no worse than any other in the chain, which are always pretty poor. Same goes for the parent company's pizza restaurant. The food isn't bad; it's just the normal standardized menu. The service is generally poor like all of Burger King's restaurants. Every time it take 5-10 min for someone to address you. And here's the kicker the majority of the employees are sitting in the shadow laughing at you waiting while they get high. Since moving to Mebane I have probably grabbed food here a couple of times. I mean I love Burger King In general, but this place should be shut down. If you are going to run a fast food business it would be smart when the outside sign on your building is burned out to fix it. Instead for the last 5 months when you drive by at night it reads "Burge". That is a sign some body doesn't care. Also its conjoined to a run down gas station where the parking lot is dirty. But really the final straw was the facebook post of a kid's slushy having cigarette butts in it. The cashier with the small pony tail was the most rudest person I've met. First the light was out on the menu so you can't see what to order. But it doesn't help to have a rude person taking your order and rushing you to order. And then the manager pretty much didn't care and said the light has been out for a month. That ridiculous! We have stopped here twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times, we had to wait well over 5 minutes just to have someone decide we were important enough to take our order (although this last time we didn't wait to give our order - we walked out). They are not busy. Both times there was one car at the drive-up and two people waiting to give their order. We also (the first time) had to wait several minutes for our food to appear. These people - manager and help alike - are lazy. The restaurant was dirty. We'll not stop here again. There are a lot of other places in town that serve much better food in a caring, clean environment. read more
