I teetered on how many stars to give. It's actually one of the nicer Burger Kings I've ever been to. Wasn't super clean but nicely updated. The staff was rushed trying to keep up with orders between the drive through and dining area. It took about 12 min for our food. I could tell the people ahead of me were all a bit frustrated with the wait but I typically don't let that sort of thing get to me. I didn't see any workers just standing around. Every employee was doing something. Honestly I think this is a staffing issue at this location. If they had maybe two more hands on deck, they'd prob be fine. Food was hot, fresh and delish. Perhaps the worst restaurant I've visited in a long time. The soda machine didn't work, they were out of napkins, and the urinal was full of vomit. You'd have better luck at the closed Hardees on the other side of the interstate. read more

This is an okay Burger King location. The food met my expectations but the service was not great. I tried to add something to my order, but when I tried to get the attention of the person at the window several times, she did not respond. Overall, it fulfilled my need for something fast and convenient to eat, directly off Interstate 44. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. 35 mins in the drive thru on a Wednesday afternoon. Are you kidding me?

Total train wreck is all I can compare this visit. It's a BK, so you know what to expect. However, after 15 minutes of watching people get their food and complaining about it being cold or other issues, the fact mine never showed up seemed ok. Ok enough that I just got my money back and left. They either don't know how to train people or not enough people working. Looked like all were in key positions so I am guessing never trained properly. I would avoid this place with better options around. read more

I just went to this location and it wasn't good. The fries were SUPER flimsy. I also asked for cheese on my whopper, but it wasn't on there. I'm pretty sure the whopper also brings mayo, but my burger was missing that. Aside from that, it was pretty dry. I do not recommend this location. They really need to do a Starbucks and shut down to teach their employees how to cook. When this was new, years ago it was good, but those days passed long ago. Cold food or burnt food is what you get. Maybe ten percent of the time it is edible. Also they threatened to call the cops on me for using my phone to read their menu. Went with my family for dinner got a grilled chicken sandwich. Chicken was burnt went to get it replaced and they said that's how it looks when it comes off the grill but said they would remake it. Then came and told me the chicken that they were cooking to replace it looked the same or worse. Sorry but who wants burnt chicken. We stopped at the LEBANON MO BURGER KING. We ordered our food and after sitting down and unwrapping my sandwich I saw I had been given a sandwich with a BITE OUT OF IT! I immediately went back to the counter to show the cashier. She called the manager over who was the one who was working on the food preparation. The manager became rude saying " There couldn't have been a bite out of it, I just made it!" I ASSURE YOU THERE WAS A BITE OUT OF IT WHEN IT WAS GIVEN TO ME! This isn't a very good Burger King location. I've been here twice - both times on my way back from a conference at the lake - and each time has been a bad experience. They are slow, the food is usually cold and there's no apologies from anyone for their shortcomings. I will not be back. read more

So I went to Burger King with my man. Never again will I go back there. Firstly, his burger was cold. Secondly, I ordered a salad that they didn't have all the stuff for, but that they took my money for and gave me some chicken and lettuce. Thirdly, the manager likes to stand behind the counter and shoot nasty looks at people. And lastly, we waited 20 minutes when there was no one else in the store! I ordered three hamburgers plain and they put stuff on all of them. My receipt even showed they were supposed to be plain. So I had to drive all the way back across town and wait in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes just to get it fixed. It took almost an hour to get three burgers! So after having to make two trips to Burger King and waiting in the drive-thru over 20 minutes just to get their mistake fixed they didn't even offer a coupon or anything. I purchased Bacon & Egg croissant with hash browns and coffee. The hash browns were so salted that no one at my job could eat them. I called and talked to Melinda who said she was the manager. Was told that the salt was premeasured and next time maybe I should say no salt. This is crazy, no one would be able to eat their food with that much salt. They'd be getting complaints everyday. They didn't offer refund or free hash browns with next purchase. I think this is very poor service and manager skills. read more

Okay. So, this place needed a facelift for a while. It got one. The building looks so much better inside and out. I wish I had taken a few pictures. The food I got was hot, fresh, and fast, but more importantly my special orders were All correct! The staff greeted us coming through the door. I am a disgruntled mother after visiting this place. Had to stop to go to the bathroom on a long road trip and, I kid you not, there was a sign saying "restrooms are for our customers only". SERIOUSLY???? You're using an old '70s tactic to make your customer relations better??? NO company uses this tactic anymore and to use this tactic is low-class. So basically you have to pay to use the bathroom and in return you get a filthy, disgusting, dim, and old bathroom and disgusting, greasy, GERMY food. No wonder Burger King is doing awful!! If you have no money or no place to celebrate your child's Birthday party . It's free and kid friendly I celebrate my children's birthday their and other family members. Great food and awesome coupons and they open at 5 am in the morning and they sale lunch at 7 am with breakfast. I love it because I'm not a breakfast person but , my husband is . They are family friendly and a very clean and friendly experience . Cheap ice cream and cookies and it only cost me a dollar for them .
