Confusing when you come in the door. Once we ordered and food was delivered, we were missing food. She hadn't put on order. Food here was great!! This is a busy place, food great, folks nice. Just need to work on taking orders. Machine they had for placing an order Without using the register was messing up. Guy from there jumped in front of us to complain and get help. A hiccup that can be fixed read more

You could use less oil I got a sandwich and it was so oily. My hands got so oily. It was disgusting. The person and I have stopped and made it and it took 10 minutes maybe even more before finally coming back and helping us and messed up our order too. read more

McDonald's - A flat, burnt quarter pounder with cheese. - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Missouri

I ordered McDonald's at around 6pm on September 20th. I door dashed it and I have had this same dasher multiple times and nothing has ever been wrong with my order. when I opened the bag my fries were spilled, multiple sauces were busted, and my nuggets were dumped. I can't blame my dasher cause she handled it perfectly, and was very careful my food. I am however, very disappointed in this mcdonalds and whoever put this order together. read more

I dont usually leave reviews but this experience was exceptionally awfull. I went at 9pm on May 19 and the lady that took my order tried to rip me off when I asked for a number 2 she tried to ring up the burger, fries, and drink as I dividual items which makes it like 4-5 dollars higher. I asked her to fix it and after she did. Then I get home and see the quarter pounder I odered was extremely flat and burnt. Like it was obvious they had done so on purpose. I hope she gets fired. She is dogshit at her job. read more

Now before I start, I recognize we're talking about McDonald's here and I generally don't expect much when coming. However, this particular location rubbed me so wrong I had to review. Mainly the staff. The kitchen was filled with EXTREMELY immature teenagers that were loud and very crude in their joking while on the job. We ordered from the kiosk machine and after waiting like 20 minutes (we were the only ones in there) my husband asked one of the employees about our order. Turns out they hadn't even seen it. I think they're machine was off or something. The food was typical McDonald's food. What bothered me was that while these hooligans were acting up behind the counter, the whole lobby remained dirty and sprinkled with trash. I'm not expecting Chick-fil-A quality from McDonald's, but this location needs some serious re-staffing. read more

Lebanon McDonalds. Order placed - meal with 2 little burgers, FF and a drink quarter pounder meal with FF and a drink one plain small hamburger what we got - a spicy chicken sandwich One small fry, (should be two medium fries) One cheeseburger, (where there should be two ) A small plain burger and a coffee The drinks were correct because we made them ourselves. This order was placed to a person!!!! I am not sure where the chicken sandwich and coffee came close to sounding like anything we ordered. Seriously take a little pride in whatever you do because it reflects on you personally! We drove down the rode thinking only negative about the person that took the order and the restaurant! read more

Usually McDonald's are reliable and updated franchises. This one has menu terminals for self-ordering and double-lane drivethroughs, both solid upgrades. That's where the positives end for this location though. Over a long sample size it's now less than a coin-flip to see if my order is correct, and sometimes it's not even hot. Wi-Fi does the dubious honor of autohandshake and then drops you into no-gateway land. (Obviously ignore the location on your phone if you don't want yours disrupted) read more

I'm don't eat fast food much but sometimes you just need a Big Mac. This one was very dry and disappointing. Lots of staff. Not well managed. Maybe I'm being too picky in COVID but not worth it at least at this McDonald's read more

I have to say it, I love the remodel McDonald's is doing. It reminds me of the one I went to in Hong Kong back in 2013. The bathroom was cleaned recently and didn't have a bathroom smell. The hand dryers are on the slow side of drying but the door has a foot handle for you to open the door hands free on the way out. A fun new thing this McDonald's has is the self-ordering touch screen. Here you can scan through the menu, select what you want and customize it. The downfall of this is is that it tells you to grab a table number and enter it on the screen (McDonald's has started to bring your dine-in food to your table) and there was no such thing in sight. We entered a random number and waited at the counter for our food. The wait wasn't long, staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and food was ok. My salad had several pieces, enough to comment on, of wilted greens, but I'm the person who finds bones in their boneless fish and meat in their meatless sauce (sometimes I want a smooth sauce,ok?). Hubby's salad looked good. Hubby's complaint was his coffee was very watered down. read more

Bathrooms were a bit messy, but that was probably because of the crowd. Breakfast burrito and a Sausage biscuit is all we ordered - to go. Fast in/out. It was OK for a McDonalds read more

Well let me just say depending on shift alot of the employees were cool as a fan but recently being homeless McDonald's will help if you ask and the manager is a cool one but I did that McDonald's ate some food and got tired and closed my eyes for a few minutes heard a cb walkie talkie look up and it's Lebanon's finest asking me if im ok well the blonde haired lady that works in the morning not only called the police but put a no trespassing on me and for what being homeless getting a decent meal enjoyed it enough to doze off to peace for a minute but I got punished for what exactly I honestly believe that I should get McDonald's for life I have never felt so unwelcome any where in my life and not only that I originally went there to get a refund on a meal the night before that I found hair In and cold fries didn't even allow me to do that straight up told me to leave for being homeless read more

Horrible service! I waited 10 minutes for a coffee while they continued to fill several orders that were ordered after me and ignored me continuing to stand there. Then I said something the guy filling the orders and he said oh yeah that's up next as he continued to fill other orders and NOT get my coffee! I threw the receipt at them and walked out! Terrible! I travel this way quite a bit and will NEVER again stop there! read more

We've eaten there a lot over the years. While not the best burger joint, it is one of the better for the price we can afford. I read another review saying they didn't carry normal menu items, but I've never encountered that issue. The service is fairly quick - with two drive through lines. They don't seem to mess up my orders quite as much as other restaurants, likely because you can read exactly what the order was on the screen - and each special item you receive has a receipt attached showing the difference in it. I will say if you go inside during busy times, you'll be waiting quite a while. It is pretty much what you would expect from a McDonalds. read more

This McDonald's apparently doesn't carry anything that normal McDonald's carry. Don't even waste your time. You'll be told, "I know it's on the menu but we don't carry that." Seriously, if you aren't going to carry standard menu items just go out of business or call yourself something other than a McDonald's. read more

This McDonalds was horrible (and I don't have that high of standards for any fast food restaurant). We went at about 9:00pm and it was very busy, which would be fine if the employees weren't so rude. the lady taking our order had such an attitude and other employees were yelling at each other in the back. As for the food...I wanted to get a smoothie, which are advertised all over the restaurant, but they were cleaning the machines so I couldn't get one. A frozen coffee also couldn't be ordered because that machine was being cleaned as well. (It was a 24 hour restaurant so shouldn't these machines be cleaned when they are not busy such as 3am?) Then we ordered an apple pie but they didn't have any ready so we couldn't get it. When I went to fill up my soft drink, there was no ice. It was altogether a bad experience. read more

This McDonald's was utterly and truly fantastic. The cashiers were astounding and now I travel 2 hours out of town just to go to this McDonalds. Even thinking hard I have no complaints what so ever and if you are looking for a family friendly restaurant then this is the place for you. This place even has a play place, that's right I said a play place. The play area made me jump with joy as I climbed through the tunnels of the tube. This McDonald's was utterly and truly fantastic.
