I door dashed it and I have had this same dasher multiple times and nothing has ever been wrong with my order. when I opened the bag my fries were spilled, multiple sauces were busted, and my nuggets were dumped. I dont usually leave reviews but this experience was exceptionally awfull. I went at 9pm on May 19 and the lady that took my order tried to rip me off when I asked for a number 2 she tried to ring up the burger, fries, and drink as I dividual items which makes it like 4-5 dollars higher. I asked her to fix it and after she did. Then I get home and see the quarter pounder I odered was extremely flat and burnt. Like it was obvious they had done so on purpose. I hope she gets fired. Now before I start, I recognize we're talking about McDonald's here and I generally don't expect much when coming. However, this particular location rubbed me so wrong I had to review. Mainly the staff. The kitchen was filled with EXTREMELY immature teenagers that were loud and very crude in their joking while on the job. We ordered from the kiosk machine and after waiting like 20 minutes (we were the only ones in there) my husband asked one of the employees about our order. Turns out they hadn't even seen it. I think they're machine was off or something. The food was typical McDonald's food. What bothered me was that while these hooligans were acting up behind the counter, the whole lobby remained dirty and sprinkled with trash. Order placed - meal with 2 little burgers, FF and a drink quarter pounder meal with FF and a drink one plain small hamburger what we got - a spicy chicken sandwich One small fry, (should be two medium fries) One cheeseburger, (where there should be two ) A small plain burger and a coffee The drinks were correct because we made them ourselves. Usually McDonald's are reliable and updated franchises. This one has menu terminals for self-ordering and double-lane drivethroughs, both solid upgrades. That's where the positives end for this location though. Over a long sample size it's now less than a coin-flip to see if my order is correct, and sometimes it's not even hot. I have to say it, I love the remodel McDonald's is doing. It reminds me of the one I went to in Hong Kong back in 2013. The bathroom was cleaned recently and didn't have a bathroom smell. The hand dryers are on the slow side of drying but the door has a foot handle for you to open the door hands free on the way out. A fun new thing this McDonald's has is the self-ordering touch screen. Here you can scan through the menu, select what you want and customize it. The downfall of this is is that it tells you to grab a table number and enter it on the screen (McDonald's has started to bring your dine-in food to your table) and there was no such thing in sight. We entered a random number and waited at the counter for our food. The wait wasn't long, staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and food was ok. My salad had several pieces, enough to comment on, of wilted greens, but I'm the person who finds bones in their boneless fish and meat in their meatless sauce (sometimes I want a smooth sauce,ok?). We've eaten there a lot over the years. While not the best burger joint, it is one of the better for the price we can afford. I read another review saying they didn't carry normal menu items, but I've never encountered that issue. The service is fairly quick - with two drive through lines. They don't seem to mess up my orders quite as much as other restaurants, likely because you can read exactly what the order was on the screen - and each special item you receive has a receipt attached showing the difference in it. I will say if you go inside during busy times, you'll be waiting quite a while. It is pretty much what you would expect from a McDonalds. read more

We went at about 9:00pm and it was very busy, which would be fine if the employees weren't so rude. the lady taking our order had such an attitude and other employees were yelling at each other in the back. As for the food...I wanted to get a smoothie, which are advertised all over the restaurant, but they were cleaning the machines so I couldn't get one. A frozen coffee also couldn't be ordered because that machine was being cleaned as well. (It was a 24 hour restaurant so shouldn't these machines be cleaned when they are not busy such as 3am?) This has got to be one of the slowest McDonald's in the country when it comes to service times. DO NOT go through their drive-thru and expect efficient service. Times typically range between ten and fifteen minutes. Order accuracy is spotty at best. Make sure you check your order before you leave the drive-thru, as chances are it is not what you ordered. The McDonald's on Granite Lane is much more efficient, and much better managed. Don't waste your time with the location on Jefferson. read more
