Was extremely excited to see a coffee sign on our drive back home but should have passed. HORRIBLE! Completely not joking do yourself a favor and drive to the gas station and buy it in a can. Found this Starbucks inside a price cutter on our road trip back home. Usually the ones inside grocery stores aren't that great but this one was! Made our favorite mochas perfect, was very clean and nice staff. :) read more

Usually not too long of a wait and my drinks are consistently great. We don't have much to offer in Lebanon as far as coffee goes so this is a staple for me. Wish it was its own location though, with drive thru. Gotta take what you can get! Nice little area to sit and chat/read/use wifi too. Wish they offered more deals though and accepted coupons and honored my rewards from my app. read more

This is a review on their customer service today. I picked up a box of tea on the way up to the counter for a price check. I walked up to the register and told them what I wanted. Three peopl were standing there including the manager/owner. It looked like they had already started my order. The tea was 8$ so I said I'll put back for you. Some white haired man and woman jumped in front of me ( I don't see how they didn't see me putting back the tea) and the manager made eye contact with him and said what do you want. I thought they were just trying to keep it going. I didn't think they would ring him in before me. I told the cashier I was wanting something from the dessert case and she looked at me but continued with the man's order. When he asked for something from the case and I saw she typed it in, that's when I told them they were all rude all the way around bc I was there first and they were ignoring me. I don't care who the man was to them or whatever the case was, you don't treat customers like that! First In First Out! Don't ignore your customers! No apology or offer to fix the situation. Very poor customer service. Not only that the other day the male that works there had an teenage attitude with me and for no reason. I didn't care for the tone in his voice. I figured he was just starting out and needed to learn so I was extra nice to him And gave a good tip anyways. He may have since changed. I think Its the manager could use some extra training. read more
