Hardee's - gross. - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Missouri

We stopped at this Hardee's on our way through to Columbia. We ordered a #1 Cheeseburger meal and a Chicken sandwich meal. Took it to go and when we got the food out of the bag (about 2 blocks away) it was so cold it turned my stomach....the Cheeseburger and fries were ice cold and the Chicken sandwich had some warmth What a waste of $22! We would have gone back but we were on our way to an appointment! My ice tea was good....LOL! read more

Typical of a Hardee's but key to this location is that you can turn right for the I-44 highway/interstate overpass but YOU CANNOT TURN LEFT OUT OF THE MAIN DRIVE. You have to go over to the gas station drives or out the back to go around the block. Drive past the Hardee's drive thru menu board and turn to the right. read more

Breakfast on the run is still an okay decision here. Lunch/Dinner shift will introduce some random fortune-cookie results you might not be happy with. read more

Had lunch here with the wife today. We waited a long time for our food in the drive thru. I thought it was because they were making our food fresh. Fresh is was not! We got their $5 big bag with a double cheeseburger, ham sandwich and fries. Plus a regular cheeseburger. The burgers looked like they were microwaved and sat under a heat lamp for an hour. They were flat. Like someone sat on them while they were tanning themselves under the heat lamp. Not appetizing at all! The fries tasted good due to their seasoning, but they were barely warm and super soggy. Even my 15 month old daughter, who loves French fries didn't like them. She threw the only one we gave her. Do it eat here unless you want nasty farts and putrid poo. read more

Family wanted to get the all star $5 box at Hardee's. We went to the drive thru and ordered the double cheeseburger / hot dog box and specifically told them no onions and that my father was highly allergic to onions. Ran a few errands afterwards and went home to eat. Got home and opened the box and the smell of onions was overwhelming. They covered the double cheeseburger in onions. I used to like going there but as of the last year or so off and on they have done worse and worse. I was hoping it was just a one or two time deal but it seems like every time now. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon if at all. read more

The order is never right!! You tell them you want a Plain sausage biscuit you get egg on it and charged for it. You ask them to make a new one and they think taking the egg off is good enough. You have togo back through the drive through just to get salsa for your burrito. read more

oh snap. i guess not a lot of yelpers in this area. for lunch, i stopped in here today with my cousin on the way back home from a great weekend in dallas. i don't think i've had hardee's before, but i do like the first visit to one of their chains. i just had a basic cheeseburger with curly fries. it doesn't seem like a fast food burger because it was very juicy, and the toppings/veggies seemed fresh n crispy. a good portion for what you pay for too. the curly fries were comparable to arby's, which are at the top of my list. if there were a hardee's closer in the chicago area, i'd probably stop by a little more often. read more

Employees at this particular location pay zero attention to detail, handing out wrong orders in drive-thru with an "oh well" attitude. Zero customer service skills and it appears as if teenagers are left in charge with no guidance or training. Oh, well! Can't expect much from a fast food joint. Quality ain't their thing. read more

I went 2 times in 3 days and both times my food was wrong. They were not busy either time. Nothing is more frustrating then to get to where your going and having the wrong sandwiches and to call back and hear well sorry, how about paying attention!!! prices keep going up and the service is terrible!!! read more

Local person, Place was dirty, food for on tables and floor. Trays, plates, coffee cups and food stack at trash can. No one cleaning. Food was sitting under heat lamps and biscuits dry. They toss you a coffee cup, you walk across room for coffee and back across room for cream and sugar. No sugar just sweetener. Must have a new manager. Been going there for over 10 years, but never again! read more

I like Hardee's menu but they claim to offer a Military discount but every time I have asked for it I have been told "Combo meals are already discounted" Well I think it is very disingenuous to advertise a Military discount but always give excuses why it does not apply. You either give a Military Discount or don't - it is not fair to get credit for "Supporting the Troops" when you really do not! read more
