I pulled up to the window and this girl didn't even acknowledge me, instead waved to the girl in the parking lot in a white suv and said " I can't see her, idk what she's saying, let me call her" all while I'm trying to hand her my card to pay for my food. She calls the girl in the white truck all before acknowledging me and idk what was said but the girl ended up behind me in the drive through. They handed me the large frosty and I waited for my food. When she handed it to me...... I got a baked potato, chicken nuggets and a large French fries. I asked about the large chili! She said he didn't charge me for that. So again I handed her my card. Paid for the chili and I said how unprofessional they were and they didn't give a crap. When I got home, I opened my potatoe but no bacon on it to top it all off. I will NEVER go there again. At first I thought it might be my error but it wasn't. A delicious but dry baked potato. I had to put the salad dressing on it to make it palatable. I love a good baked potato. I wish there was a way to change the DoorDash Dash to Wendy's on Jog and Lake Worth Rd. Maybe they know how to read and fill an order. I did have a ONE fork for both the baked potato and salad. What are we supposed to share it? No straw or spoon for the frostie, which has shrunk in size. A plus there were napkins. The last 2 DoorDash orders have been a problem. Let's choke down a dry baked potato together. Come on Wendy's you can do better for your DoorDash customers!

There's only been one occasion where Customer Service was subpar, and that's one of the reasons why I'm only giving a 3-star rating. Another reason why I've deducted a star is because of the pricing; it seems a bit high for the amount of food you get. They profusely apologized for the poor attitude of the young lady at the window, stating that she is no longer with the company as that is not the type of behavior that should represent the Wendy's franchise. Apparently, she's been causing issues for quite sometime and I was the "tipping point"/last straw for her employment. I am extremely pleased with the professional attitude from both the DM and the GM, as well as their ability to assess my situation in a positive, customer-centric way. They have invited me back to this Wendy's location for a free meal as a token of their appreciation for my continued patronage. But, of course, I'm leaving out one star due to the high price of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (at this franchise.) Thank you for being professionals! :)

They had a sign out listing things they were out. It was mostly the sourdough sandwiches. I ordered the Clucker combo. In my way home I was drinking the coke and eating those delicious, and addictive fries. I didn't toach the sandwich. I got really sick from one of those two items. I was glad I got home on-time. This location could use better customer service people at the window. The service sucks. I mean the way they talk to customer is rude.
