I needed something quick for lunch so I hopped in the drive through repeated my order several times because people can't seem to multitask nowadays. Gave the crispy chicken nuggets another try since they added a diablo mikes hot honey sauce which was amazingly sweet and spicy. The nuggets were also golden brown delicious and I was actually able to see pieces of the tortilla in the chicken breading this time. Last time nuggets were fried too hard and could be used to stone birds. I also got the loaded beef nachos which are tried and true with refried beans, sour cream, guacamole. the initial visit to this location was rocky at first . the women was very frustrated over the microphone and even kept making negative remarks "oh my god" and "ughh" they didn't ask for condiments and was a very brief transaction minus the line to wait which I appreciate. i personally cannot eat taco bell without sauce that's diabolical . so I called to see if they would bring some outside instead of interrupting the line to order, which they responded very kindly and immediately. the overall experience turned very pleasant . read more

Worse service ever. I waited 12 minutes just for someone to take my order. The self order kiosk doesn't have the breakfast menu on it. It rook another 18 minutes to receive my food. There were only 3 customers in the lobby waiting to order, and that included me. read more

Cheesy Gordita crunch almost $5 and it was ice cold! Cheese was cold and not melted at all. No cheese between the shell and the bread and a quarter size of ground beef inside of it and it was almost $5.... I'm so angry. Normally I wouldn't do a review on a quick service restaurant but I had to make an exception for this one. I have always loved the food and fire sauce at Taco Bell. You know what to expect when it comes to the standard food and mediocre service. This specific location is the exception. They have great service. I have come to this location in the mornings, during the lunch rush, and for midnight munchie runs. They are consistently exceptional. I've been come here for years and it wasn't always like that. Management has step up their game. On a side note I'm loving the breakfast here. I usually do the breakfast taco with sausage, egg, and cheese but instead of the soft flour tortilla I have them sub the hard taco shell and added pico de gallo. It's so good! I now know why they have a low rating here at this Taco Bell! Very low here on Yelp, we experienced a bad visit today too. Our tacos were missing the sour cream although the photos shows they were supposed to have some. Plus, it is hard to trust them and whether they are honest with taking our credit card out of our sight. There are too many games at this Taco Bell. How can you trust them? Maria took my credit card and then told us to back up. The manger mistreated us. So was very unprofessional. They tell you not to drive up yet after you order, then when you drive up they take your credit card and tell you to back up and you cannot see your credit card, too many games and lack of respect for guests coming here to not drive up or drive up, back up. What is going on at Taco Bell? Ridiculous. We will not be back again. Then when I spoke to the manger she was argumentative and unapologetic, and very unprofessional closing the window on us and not giving us her name, a Latina, very unprofessional, you should not take someone's credit card out of the sight of its owner. Now we have to monitor it who knows if these Latin ladies took a photo of it and will try something with our credit card. I have lost all respect for Taco bell. Your manger and employee should be fired for what they did today, not only telling us to not pull up or to back up, they are going to cause an accident in the drive thru, but taking our credit card out of our sight and then fighting with us and not apologizing. If I could give zero stars I would! My sister and I were going through the drive through trying to figure out what we wanted to eat. The lady kept asking us if we were ready, we said "one moment please we're figuring out our drinks" She said "is this a fucking joke". My sister and I were in shock. So we decided to talk to a manager. The manager in the drive through proceeded to say that we said "we were going to punch someone". How what we actually said got translated into punching someone, I don't know. But the manager on duty had absolutely no customer service in trying to figure out what actually had happened. I understand that it's fast food restaurant and don't expect the best costumer service, but either their speaker is broken or their workers are liars and managers lack the customer service needed for the industry. I try coming here every morning for breakfast at 7 and it's always the same. All the employees show up to work late, the basic food items are not ready and the order screen is never on/no one is there to take the order so I have to pull up to the window where they ignore me while making eye contact with me. The employees are extremely rude the manager told em "do whatever I need to and to leave" while I was in the drive thru. This happened at exactly 7:06 AM (time stamp for video records) when he told me he had no items ready AGAIN today after yesterday being the same issue. He was extremely rude and he slammed the window in my face. When he returned he asked me if I had a life, to which I replied "apparently not, nor do I have breakfast now."
