After writing my initial review, I copied the prose and sent it over to Wendy's Corporate. The District Manager, George, as well as the General Manager, Hugh, contacted me regarding my experience at this particular location. They profusely apologized for the poor attitude of the young lady at the window, stating that she is no longer with the company as that is not the type of behavior that should represent the Wendy's franchise. Apparently, she's been causing issues for quite sometime and I was the "tipping point"/last straw for her employment. I am extremely pleased with the professional attitude from both the DM and the GM, as well as their ability to assess my situation in a positive, customer-centric way. They have invited me back to this Wendy's location for a free meal as a token of their appreciation for my continued patronage. But, of course, I'm leaving out one star due to the high price of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (at this franchise.) Thank you for being professionals! :) read more

It's time for a late lunch or early dinner. We got here at 3:20 pm and took a seat to put together our order on the Wendy's app. Some trash on the floor and a styrofoam box from somewhere else on a dirty table and with the condiments table not having ketchup and one napkin dispenser empty. About five minutes later, I check the counter. Not ready yet and there is a growing queue for the restrooms. A family had gone into the one restroom for diaper changing and such. With the crew responding that the other restroom is "Employees only" so it was not great. Dining room had some trash on the floor, too. After standing at the counter for a solid ten minutes, the young man working the register got my drinks accurately. And then it was fifteen minutes more until the order was ready. Peeking around the corner, I could see the manager on her cellphone. At the table and pulling it out of the bag, my burger was there, the fries were there (extremely anemic and underdone), the nuggets were there. And an extra order of fries and extra nuggets with two bonus sauce packets. BUT NOT THE POTATO! I had to go back to the counter for that and this was prepared properly though light on the cheese. Overall, 26 minutes (receipt printed at 3:23, food ready at 3:49), to get "fast food" and then the order was wrong. They do have the Coke Freestyle machine here for refills. I met Gertrude the manager at a McDonald's in the Lake Worth area. I've seen her at the McDonald's a few times when I go there for food. She is very nice and friendly, and I have also been to a few Wendy's a couple of times. read more

Came here to get the strawberry salad it was good. However, I think the salad was a bit pricey. I did not wait that much. When you look at the salad you think you have pieces of tomato but actually they were strawberries. The salad was really refreshing. The chicken is grill. The burger I asked for was cold and I told them no pickles specifically and they decided to over load it with pickles. This Wendy's also sets the bar lower and lower with each visit. Just sat in the drive thru at this Wendy's for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement of any kind. There were customers in front of us but they had all left and we continued to wait for 10 minutes and as SOON as we pulled out they chose to finally talk to us. Every time they ask you what sauce you want and put no sauce.... Every time! and they have you pull forward so they don't mess up their precious drive through timing bs so when you ask for the right sauce they tell you you need to drive back around... not waiting another 10-15 minutes in the drive through behind other cars for sauce... read more

Absolutely horrible. Waited in line for 20 minutes and when we finally got to order we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to finally realize that we were there. When ordering they didn't respond causing us to repeat our orders at least 5 times. The service was horrible and I will not be coming back here ever again. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave if he knew what went on at this Wendys!!! - Walk in to 4 people in line and employee texting on his phone while standing outside the kitchen door, after placing a simple order (which took over 15 minutes to come out and was still wrong), went to fill my drink and the drink machine was out of everything other than non-carbonated drinks and had to wait in the dining room which was a disgusting disaster. Food all over the floor, dirty tables, a broom laying on the floor right in front of the register, scooper for the broom sitting there as well & a wet floor cone thrown over a wet spot on the floor. The "corrected" order came out and was still wrong!!! The kid took the wrong sandwich back to the kitchen and all I hear is yelling in spanish. 5 minutes later, the corrected sandwich comes out and by this time, the rest of the food is cold. The fries were soggy and nasty. Not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. Although it is close to my house, it'll be a cold day in hell before I ever go back to this Wendy's!! This Wendy's location would not accept all my coupons, although I bought a few things, I wanted the free chili too as I had a coupon to use. I used it at the Dixie Hwy store a few weeks ago, this store would not take this coupon to give me my free chili. I now know I will never return to this store, I will just go to Dixie in WPB or the Wendy's on Congress Ave in LW, they both take my coupons, all of them and allow me to use them without saying no, whether free chili or cone. The manager Juan was at the register and he was completely inflexible and not a problem solver, just no. I will never return to this Wendy's location ever again. This manager is not adjustable, flexible, or a problem solver, I was able to use my coupon in the past for the free cone or chili at two other local restaurants without any problems, this is the only store that has given a problem. I do not review this restaurant very well, it is old and not cared for well, dirty and needs to be updated or a remodel job. I won't come back to this Wendy's. They lost a customer forever. My review would receive no stars if no stars was an option....ordered 3 "4 for 4s" ended up missing one of the burgers and one of the other burgers had no cheese or bacon. On top of poor customer service....after my girlfriend said thank you the window was closed on her. Not sure what type of establishment they run here but it gives Wendy's a bad name.
