I love Burger King, but this location on a Friday night had 3 people working. The manager, 1 person at the drive through who took orders at the counter and 1 person making the food. It's really sad when nobody shows up for their shift. The order was taken care of, but even tho I live 1 mile away, the food had to be microwaved to swarm it up. HORRIBLE! Every single time I have been there either for myself or to pick up a doordash order I leave late & angry. I waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker before the rude woman even said hello. It was "hello I need you to wait a couple minutes" I said I'm here to pick up & she didn't answer. I placed an order through DoorDash but the app would not let me make choices I wanted so I called the store and spoke with the manager Dom, who not only fixed my problem but gave me advice on future ordering that would give me more options. We ordered a few things from the drive-through. When we got home, we saw one of the Whoppers was very thin. When we opened it, it had only the bun and the beef patty when we had originally ordered a full Whopper with cheese. Even the paper wrapping said it had cheese! Very disappointed. read more

Alright, I'm going to speak my honest opinion The cheeseburger: the cheese doesn't blend well with the meat. sometimes you put too much meat on, or too much cheese on. I'd like if you made a blend of both, same amounts. Chicken fries: I really love these. Though I feel like you could remove the tangy taste. You should make a TANGY CHICKEN FRIES type of flavor. Will never spend another dime in this place. We walk in and there is nobody in the place. Were like great we should get our food fast..Walk up to the counter and our feet are sticking to the floor. The floor in front of the counter is covered with garbage. Two employees are at the drive through and didnt even know we were standing there for 5 minutes. The floor behind the counter was a mess. Always a problem. The line in the drive thru is occasionally long, usually short, but the wait is always long. The food is always bad - cold burgers that are such a mess you can't eat while driving; isn't that the whole point of the drive thru? I think they charge more than other Burger Kings as well. I don't usually have sticker shock at other fast food places (I usually only eat fast food from Burger King), but I always do at this place. Lately, the staff had been a lot less friendly than usual, it was the places only saving grace that the staff was so nice, but I guess being under staffed they are just sick of it. I would think they'd be trying hard since they're is a McDonald's across the street and down a block. I guess I'll have to switch loyalties. read more

Is this owner guy for real ??!!! My step daughter and I just left the location on county line road in Jackson N.J. We are frequent Burger King people and love getting the coupons on the mail. We are a family of five. My husband, my self and 3 kids aging from ages 6yo-10yo. This man always complains he's "by himself " which Was fine! My husband and I both work in retail. I didn't mind the wait.. I forgot the coupons on the countertop in our kitchen on accident , I had my husband send me a picture of the one 'family bundle' coupon we decided to use. I pull up..first of all.. the second light on the drive through menu was out, which made it hard to see. Right away I said "hi sir how Are you doing?" As he knows me from being a regular customer... he says hello back and Said how was "alone" I said "no problem I have a question.. I left my coupon at home. Is there anyway I can just give You the coupon code ?" Right away he said no bc "people are watching him" I tired ordering the best I could w/o the coupon .. I was getting a little Upset (mind you there are NO CARS Behind me) I said would I be able to use the family bundle coupon for $13.99 and I will bring it back to you, He said no. Then proceeded to say "ok have a good / safe night !" I know for Fact BK can use coupon codes . It's not a big deal! The Burger King in Marlboro on route nine never asked for the physical coupon. .. as well as the one in Sayerville on route 9. As a manger how are you supposed to bring business to your store when you can't trust a fellow customer ?? I am so angry The way I was treated. Even when I called my husband he said "oh that man is terrible!" Get help!! We understand working with the Public, ESPECIALLY during the pandemic is not an easy task. Stay away. Sent my order in using their mobile app at 9:33pm when I got into the parking lot and received my confirmation number. I went inside to wait and after a few minutes the manager (only 2 workers including him in the place) thought I wanted to place an order. I showed him my confirmation screen and he said that he has nothing on his screen so he turned them off and on but my order wasn't there. He said there was nothing he could do and then ignored me. I figured that maybe it might take a few more minutes to pop up so I continued to wait. After another 5-7 minutes I asked him if I was going to have to wait an hour for it to pop up and he said what do you want me to do about it. I thought, maybe something went wrong and it really didn't go through so I pulled up my bank account and sure enough the money was taken out of my account. I tried to show him this and he wanted nothing to do with it. All he could say is what do you want me to do. I told him I either want my money back or my food but again he said it is not up on the screen so there is nothing he could do (then why ask me). He told me either I order from the register or the drive-thru because he doesn't know anything about the mobile app, good training. I asked again about my money that BK already took from me and he kept telling me to go to my bank tomorrow to get it back. I asked for the phone number for their office but he wouldn't give it to me. I asked for his managers number but he wouldn't give me that either. He said his manager was home and couldn't help me. I told him to call his manager about what to do but now he doesn't know his number. I walked around looking for the company's name and number because they usually have a plaque but I couldn't find one. I went outside looking on the door and on their hours sign the company's name was never filled in. This is when the manager came over and locked the doors on me. I did find a number for BK's customer service so I called them. We will see what happens tomorrow. read more

This burger king SUCKS! I wish I could give it 0 stars because I would. Went there on a Saturday afternoon and made the mistake of going through the drive thru. All we ordered were a few burgers and french fries and it took forever. I felt bad for the guy in front of us. It was just him and it literally took 15 minutes for him to get his drink and a small bag of food. Then by the time we got to the window it took about 10 minutes to get our food. And then by the time we pulled away we saw the guy that was in front of us walking back in with his bag of food so I'm assuming they screwed his order up. Will never step foot in this place ever again. Will definitely go further down the road to McDonalds next time! AWFUL! read more
