Haven't been in a while total disappointment. Both burgers tasted old and perhaps refrozen asked for rare they came medium. Mashed potatoes were good coconut rice was just regular rice even tho waitress tried to convince otherwise. Place was empty service was good. Unfortunately we won't return again

The restaurant is self has very cool layout and design. I really enjoyed it and gives good vibes. The park lot is big so no worries there. The drinks was an amazing! The service was great, we had girl name Courtney and she amazing, highly recommended asking for her. The food was average, it was nothing special. I would recommend this place!

I decided to take my mom to this restaurant for Mother's Day. I made reservations and when I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked in and was greeted. The restaurant was so nice! We sat close to the bar, and Karl was our server, and he was great! My mom already had champagne, and it was tasty. The menu was very limited for Mother's Day, so all I ordered was the shrimp tempura, and it was good. My mom ordered the lamb lollipops, and she enjoyed it. She also enjoyed the salad wedges. The drinks were good, the service was great and so was the ambiance!

Sesame crusted tuna with coconut rice and seaweed salad. Lychee martini with gin!

The Edge is such a hidden gem!! The food and service were all amazing. Beautiful interior as well. There was a live band playing great covers too! We were surprised it wasn't more crowded for a Saturday night. More people need to know how amazing it is here, highly recommend!

The Edge is a regular favorite of mine. The bar is so chic and you can definitely dress up or down is acceptable. We go Thursday nights when an incredible Guitar player Frankie Chicala whos really a pro performs regularly. The service is great, menu fabulous, atmosphere amazing! My favorite is the Shrimp Tempura Appetizer. The Calamari perfect too. For Dinner the Salmon is Grilled to perfection! My husband loves the Short Rib RAVIOLI! We typically start off with an Edge salad that is enough for 2! Go, you won't be disappointed.

1 Star for the Ambiance. 1 Star for the food. Service - Waiter looked lost and their was probably only 6 tables occupied in total in the entire restaurant. You would expect a nice wind up like "Hey, have you guys been here before, oh no? Well let me tell you a little bit our menu". Something basic like they do at a chain restaurant like Outback Steakhouse. Nope. We got a "Hey how are you doing? Here are the specials. What can I get cha?" Bread literally took 30 minutes to come out. My fiance had already finished her appetizer by the time it came out. Food took 60 minutes to come out. Again, there was 6 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Disappointing. Food was good and seemed fresh. We didn't order anything extravagant. Same level as diner food would be in my opinion. You are definitely paying for the ambience which is very nice, however, if you want a specific seat like by the waterfalls that come down the glass, I guess you have to either let them know in advance or make a reservation or something. Would have been nice, but we got seated next to a big table filled with kids. They had a live singer there which was AWESOME! That was the best part of the experience. That guy had such an amazing voice and was singing some classic songs. This place gets a lot of hype in town, and I get it, It's probably the best looking restaurant in Jackson. We just went there because we had a gift certificate. Sorry to say, I wouldn't come back with my own money, but if you are local, you might wanna try it out just for the ambiance. Especially if you want to impress a date or something.

The ambiance was better than I expected, and the service was quite friendly. But the prices are outrageous compared to the quantity and quality of food. We ordered drinks and an order of fries and shrimp cocktail to pick at. Our drinks arrived quickly, but every single time anyone ordered a drink, I noticed that they wouldn't clean up the overflow on the sides of the glass so you were served a wet sticky glass to drink out of. The fries were good but I was so surprised at the shrimp cocktails. $20 for 3 boiled shrimp?? Never again.

My husband and I went here to celebrate my birthday! The ambiance of the restaurant is outstanding! The service was great! The food was good!

Short Rib ravioli-- but this is last weeks photo. Its no longer offered.

You were out of black n blue steak tonight. My favorite dish , the Short Rib Ravioli has been drastically changed, To a red sauce wth nothing else on the! . I looked forward to my usual dish wth a creamy mushroom, peas and raosted tomatoes which has so many layers of flavor.

We came for our anniversary and they made the desserts soooo cute!!

The food here is insanely fresh as was our daily interpretation involving copious use of root vegetables. In a Woodstock mood, I went for a mushroom motif inclusive of a mushroom onion soup and mushroom infused homemade cavatelli. You won't get points for atmosphere as the location is main street central and directly across from an Irish pub that is still serving the same slab of corned beef that they first boiled in 1991. If you're a foodie or even a fraudie, 12 Farms offers infinite pleasures and is richly deserving of a resounding five stars. Speaking of rich bring lots of cash as plastic is not accepted.

The soup sampling consisted of three very tiny cups that were sort of like an espresso size cup. The salad was a very small portion. They said that the portion sizes were not smaller because of the $65 price fix option. If you ordered the salads à la carte they arranged from $19-$22 I believe. Had I did the à la cart and received that portion for that much money I would be disappointed to say the least; my wife and I often share a salad before entrées and generally speaking they are big enough to share but their portion wasn't enough for me alone. Presentation was beautiful and service was great, as well as the ambience, and we have been there several times. We are raying a 3 because of the positives, but I did consider making it a 2. I hope the restaurant takes note and addresses the piints I made. Note that the entrée portions were good.

FANTASTIC place. Totally recommend and would absolutely go back…read more Easy to make a reservation over the phone and our party of 5 was welcomed and brought to our table upstairs. The upstairs area has a chill vibe with some Mario-themed art as well as a TV. It seems that the kitchen is upstairs, so a lot of waiters were flying by out table to the staircase. Our waiter was pretty chill. Apparently an O's fan, he was excited to learn we're from Baltimore. Food was all fantastic. The style of fries isn't my preference, but they were decent. Other than that, I was blown away. Child #1 and Child #2 got some items from the Kids' menu - grilled cheese and cheeseburger. Bread and Butter appetizer. Is it expensive for just being bread and butter? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes. The homemade bread is great, but combine it with honey butter with flaky salt, and it's incredible. Loads of reviews on Yelp talked about the sausage roll. GET IT. It's greasy and filling in all the right ways. Goes great with a beer. My wife got the burger and she found it to be very tasty. I got the Grilled Maitake Mushrooms dish and holy cow; it's perfect. Even if you're not a vegetarian (I'm not), you can appreciate this dish: crispy rice cake (not the dry kind from the store), tender baby bok choy, and of course the well-cooked mushrooms are tied together with black vinegar, garlic-whipped tofu (!), and a peanut sauce. A++ would absolutely get again. The food menu has some staples, but overall it does change nightly, so make sure you check it out before you come. Apparently, on Sundays, they do a different experimental flavor of wings. I was curious, but my stomach has only so much room, so I had to draw the line. There is a respectable drink menu. My wife got the blood orange mezcalita, which she liked, but thought the smoke flavor was more subtle than described. I got the Plum Fizz and would totally get it again. Pleasantly-sour with a nice fizz. It's a nice pub in a nice neighborhood of a major city - be prepared for prices to match. But it is absolutely worth it.

The bartenders were all so kind and nice and answered all of my questions. Apparently they do change some items on the menu and they do a martini and meatloaf Monday. I stuck with the burger and fries. When I tell you it was the best burger I've had in fairmount, I'm not exaggerating. I was expecting typical bar food but I was wrong. I will be back for sure and I'll be sure to tell all of my friends to go there as well. Tucked away in a small town, you will find a cozy nook to discover American cuisine…read more Brand: 5/5 Harvest is a small restaurant in Farmingdale specializing in New American cuisine. The entrance stands out in this borough, despite its small size. I do think that sign with the wooden background reflected the cozy interior quite well with a homey style. The country décor on the walls also enhances the aesthetics. Website: 5/5 It wastes no time, for it immediately opens you to the menu where most of the items have their own images. I appreciated the minimalistic design where the understandable font provides you with the information. The basic description of the establishment does say that they rely on locally sourced ingredients. Ambiance: 5/5 Normally, dark interiors would not necessarily work for eateries unless they achieve a cozy vibe; which is what Harvest did perfectly. The wooden walls provide a sense of comfort underneath lights dim enough to not offend the eyes but bright enough to see. Despite the cramped space, I did think that the interior fitted the ambiance, along with the smooth country music playing over the radio. Service: 5/5 The staff was quite jovial and patiently explained a part of the menu. We had no issues with our orders. Wait Time: 5/5 I did wait awhile for the meals, though we managed to get our orders without any interruptions. Food: 4/5 I ordered the Grilled Chicken Thai Sandwich with no additional sides, with a free, complementary glass of water. It has ciabatta beard containing grilled chicken, spinach, cucumbers, and Thai sauce. I do not know if the signature sauce is authentically Thai, but I will say that I could barely tolerate the pungent taste and smell. I cannot say whether it is the feature. Every other part, such as the spinach and the cucumbers, definitely complemented the grilled chicken with a juicy taste. The ciabatta bread buns managed to hold their form, even as the contents started to fall off. Worth The Money?: 2/5 I will say that Harvest brand has as much of a highfalutin status as its prices. While the restaurant reflects the New American cuisine, it does not come off as condescending. Nevertheless, I still thought that the limited menu items just do not help with the prices. For the website, I would suggest a list of all the farms and independent distributors that Harvest relies on for ingredients, and to include a backstory about how Harvest began and where the name came from. I find local-sourcing incredibly important and commend Harvest for incorporating this into their business model. Concerning the food, I will say that the Grilled Chicken Thai sandwich did have suffice within the ambiance. The wait time it took to make the meal was appropriate enough. I will say that the wait time did feel long within the establishment, especially when no one else was around. Nevertheless, the service did make the food worth the wait and the ambiance worth immersing in. With all of this being said, would I say that the overall price would bring me back? Not really. Even the complementary water could not win me over when compared to the prices. Prestigious New American eateries tend to have a focus on specific consumer bases, and I am just not one of them. I do not score low on this part out of spite, rather based on my current station and many other people. I did tip the staff and I did have enough satisfaction with the meal. Rating: 4/5 Stars I do not know how Harvest would carry itself into the future, though I can see how it would suffice as a New American restaurant. Recommend To... Anyone with enough disposable income looking for a quiet restaurant.

The fanciful menu certainly would have provided fodder for my internal monologue, but I was lucky enough to visit Talula's with someone who thoughtfully analyzed the offerings and was unfraid to accept the riskiest dare: the vegan crab cakes. No, you won't be thinking crustaceans, but it was closer to the Yacht Rock Revue's remake of "Baker Street" than the vile Joss Stone cover of "Fell In Love With A Girl." With an unexpectedly strong performances by hearts of palm, it was a reasonable emulation of the paradigm even if it could have been a tiny bit crustier and more Old Bayish. The Yelp consensus gets it wrong with the ricotta toast, which was fine but not essential. I assume the brunchier brand extensions are more notable than the flagship. Don't miss the fermented chili carbonara. I'm not even going to paraphrase the wild list of ingredients: "hand-cut ramen, house fermented fresno chili paste, garlic, ginger, tamari, benton's bacon, sous vide egg, parm, chive." Less shocking but still enjoyable is the Beekeeper's Lament pizza. After the above feast, this dessert agnostic tried to nope out, but the teacup brulee had an impeccable citrus vibe. With other desserts promising fennel ice cream and cardamom cherries, a glance at the menu feels like a Marvel closing credits bit that compels one to anticipate the future.
