Cleaning could use a bit of work. Maybe it was crowded earlier and potentially slightly understaffed but one older lady in particular was very cheery and seemed to really enjoy her job. This is a good one. Multiple visits - zero issues. Clean, fast, and friendly. The food is BK food.

Food was delicious, especially the double whopper. But best of all was the staff - cashier, cook and manager. They all were extremely nice and helpful! I was in denial when I ordered my stuff here, then I realized my stomach did not take this well. Sunday, December 17, 2023, my husband decided he wanted Burger King for lunch. No problem. I placed the order on the mobile app, large fries, Bacon Double Cheeseburger, Cheesy Tots and 2 Cheeseburgers (extra pickles, ketchup and mustard). When he got home we realized that the Bacon Double Cheeseburger was missing. I filled out the survey indicating the missing burger and did receive a phone call the next day, from "Greg with the company that owns that Burger King". He said he didn't see a day or date and asked me to text him a copy of the receipt, which I did. Here is a transcript of our texting. Greg: "Thanks, will be in touch." Next day I received this text from Greg. Greg: "We have no record of an additional sandwiches (sp) being left at the store but I will replace this during your next visit. Please call me before you are heading over. Sorry for the inconvenience." Me: "That's a lot of trouble for a sandwich. I'm not going to remember to do that. Can you just credit my account for the sandwich?" Greg: "We don't have access to do that, it's managed by a 3rd party." Me: "And you can't contact the 3rd party? Ok, I just won't order from Burger King again. Thanks. I will post my review, with your comments, on Yelp." Greg: "Please see above." Me: "See what? You as an owner, or your General Manager, can't do anything. Yet if I plan my next order and call you, you can call the store? How does that work with a mobile order? Just forget it, I've returned a TV and had less problems than this $3 sandwich." Greg: "Correct, the app does not allow us to 'add' items." And that is the end of our texting. Usually I would just chalk this up to "oh well", but seeing as I've texted with Greg more than I text with my best friend and Greg has drawn a line in the sand, I feel the need to let others know of my experience. Now this Burger King on MacDade Boulevard in Folsom, has, and I am not exaggerating 3 fast food places within a block of it - Sonic, McDonalds and Chipolte. Awful. Second time in a row I am receiving half filled cup of coke. Today delivery guy came on bike, complaining about the heat and how tired he is. So I assume he was just drinking my coke on the way? Or he spilled it? How do I know. He was acting weird taking the cup from his bag (like he already knew it was open). Tried to online order... they "didn't get it" made we wait in the line then when I got around to the window they told me they still didn't get it, to go park and re order.... I wasn't going to do that as I had just waited 10 minutes in the line.... he took my order and we waited. Another ten minutes goes by, we get the order. Just got home, half the sandwiches are missing. So in conclusion - double charged, half the order. This place is god awful. read more

I thought the previous reviews were overdone, but then I ordered from this place myself. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and the milkshake I ordered had the consistency of milk. It literally tasted like milk mixed with vanilla syrup and that was it; I detected absolutely no thickness to the milkshake at all. It would be wise to stay far away from this Burger King establishment. The quality of food here is abysmal even by fast food restaurant standards. I'm not even comparing the food here to upscale and gourmet restaurants, and it still falls short of any product that any establishment should dare to put out. The burger tasted like the physical manifestation of the color grey. In summary, bland (and aesthetically displeasing) burger and MILKshake, emphasis on the milk because I tasted absolutely no ice cream it. Please spare yourself this experience. read more

Yelp needs to revise their ratings to include a "0". This is possibly the worst Burger King in the country. It was, certainly, the worst fast food visit in my 50 year experience. I arrived on Saturday evening a little before 6. Despite there being only one additional patron at the counter, it tool more than 5 minutes for the staff to be bothered to take an order. I thought it was simple enough, a BK Stacker, a Whopper, Onion Rings and the Sweet Potato Fries Then the wait began. I stood off to the side, and additional customers came in and placed orders. When I had waited about 8 minutes for the food, I asked if I had been forgotten. I was told the fries had just been put down. Others started to ask about their order and the staff started to get belligerent. One woman was shouted at. When she called for the manager he offered nothing, not even speaking to the employees, who were in front of him the whole time. Finally after 28 minutes, I managed to get my food...and get out quick. The manager smirked a 'Thanks, come again' as I was leaving. At least the order was correct. I will not return to that BK. I went to their website and put in a complaint and received a request to call the district manager, which I will. I am going to suggest the entire staff be retrained, not that it'll help any. I wholly recommend that everyone stay away from this location! read more

Like PE, I didn't read the reviews before I entered this Burger King. I mean, it LOOKED nice from the outside. It's a chain, right? They are all the same, aren't they? MANY years ago, I loved the new burger on the block - the have it your way Burger King. It was an testimony to efficiency. There was a conveyor belt that broiled your burgers. You could get the burger your way - unlike the clown's chain. Times have changed- and not for the better if this restaurant is any indication. The wait for your food was long (no onion rings were ready).The burger came out of a drawer - warm in temperature at best. The Whooper was lackluster once it was assembled. At least the onion rings were hot! ( note - these are not good onion rings but I believe the only mass produced burger chain that offers onion rings). Five Guys is 15 minutes away or Charlie's in Ridley is right down the street. Next time I Want a burger I'm going there and not this mess of a restaurant. read more

Lived near this BK for years. Watched it get remodeled hoping that meant more attention to this woefully bad spot would change the service and food quality. I was wrong. Unsanitary practices. While waiting for my order in the drive thru line. I observed employees handling food but not wearing gloves or practicing hand hygiene. One employee in particular wore their pants below their waist proudly showing their boxer shorts. This employee decided to rub their hands on their underwear while behind the counter. This same employee then decided to stick their hand under their shirt for a few minutes to rub on their chest. Without any kind of hand hygiene this same employee went to the fry area, grabbed some fries (without gloves), put them in a bag and tried to hand it to me. I immediately refused. I explained all that I saw the person do while waiting for my order. The person said "Are you serious? You're gonna have to talk to my manager". I said that I would love to talk to the manager. The manager soon appeared in the window. I again explained what i witnessed. The manager apologized and offered to remake my order herself. I initially agreed but soon after declined due to everything I saw - no hand hygiene and no hats for stray hairs. The only person wearing a hat was the guy mopping the sit down area. Made the mistake of coming here before reading the reviews. My significant other had a yen for a whopper. We had some coupons, so we we ventured over. What a mistake. We ordered two whopper meals and the popcorn chicken. The chicken was a mistake considering what is available at the Chik-fil-a down the road. The whoppers were cold and the drinks were terrible - the diet Coke tasted like they ran out of syrup and the root beer was just bad. The whopper was probably cold because we went through the drive through and waited at least 10 minutes to get through. Find another place.... read more

I had a very good drive thru experience here, our food was hot and the girl who took our order and served us was very sweet. Only thing they forgot was to mark the sandwiches of which had what and they put pickles on mine no big deal took them off it was pretty good ! read more

Honestly I love Burger King, but this particular establishment is hot garbage. Ironically enough half the time you get cold and or undercooked chicken and the wait times are atrocious.
