Worst Burger King I have ever been to, I had DoorDashed a cheeseburger, fries, onion rings and chocolate milkshake. The burger was hard and they gave me a vanilla milkshake with no straw. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and onion rings a week later and my onion rings were extremely covered in salt and they gave me a Oreo milkshake with no straw again. Website states drive through is open at 0600. I took my kid to school at 0700 then stopped by to grab breakfast. The lights were all still out in the restaurant even though dine in opens at 0700. I sat in the drive through line for a while watching the person inside walk back and forth in the window without acknowledging vehicles waiting. When they finally came over the intercom it was to state they were not fully open and only had sausage biscuits. At the time BK is the only fast food show in town since McD is going through renovations. You would think BK would be on top of their game to scoop up all that business. I have been through multiple times after dropping kids off at school with no issues, have been very happy with the product in the past. I don't know if it is a staffing issue or what but it seemed there was only one person working. Seems like this BK may need an intervention from higher up to ensure they are sufficiently staffed. read more

I dont know why I keep going here, they water down the lemonade I've actually seen them add water to it, they give me undercooked fries, the chicken fries are soggy, it's more expensive then the aberdeen one which has better quality. I ordered on the app and got to the restaurant within 5 minutes and they told me that breakfast is over and they cant cancel or refund my order. I sat in the drive through long enough to download this app. The food on occasion is okay. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or not but the time it took to serve the two cars in front of my and to even answer at the drive through is kind of remarkable. If anything could be improved it would be the narrow drive through that stops you from escaping. I will be unlikely to risk getting stuck in this drive through again. read more

Absolutely dreadful. After a long day at an amusement park all we wanted was a quick drive through meal on the way home. The order was simple and no one else was in line, yet they made us pull out front because it was taking so long. After ten minutes my husband finally went in and they said oh yeah, it's over there... When through the drive up window on 12/22 2:03 pm ordered a double whopper with cheese. Drove away , got to my next stop just across the street, open up my burger to find a single not the double I payed for the burger looked like they had taken bits and pieces from the trash to make the sandwich threw on the cheese which was not melted because the burger was stone cold. This was the worse garbage I've ever been served. Never will I eat here again. I know they have had problems in the past.
