Not sure if there is not enough staff or what but it took over 20 minutes to make it through the drive through line to get food. Cars were leaving the line because of the wait. This is the worst service ever. We ordered the double quarter pounder with cheese meal large sized with a diet coke and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal large sized with sweet tea. All we got was a regular quarter pounder with nothing but a bunch of onion slivers and cheese slices, 10 piece chicken nuggets, and the drinks. Wrong sandwich and no fries!!! We were unable to turn around to get the right order some will never go there again. I definitely suggest you thoroughly check your order before you leave the window and start driving over the bridge and can't go back or just don't goooo there!!! YOU SUCK MCDONALD'S!!! read more

I walked into order breakfast on Sunday morning at this location, and stood at the counter for five minutes. At least one employee, who I assume was a shift leader based on her attire, made eye contact with me. I also made contact with another employee who, based on his blue sweater and tie, was probably a manager. Unfortunately, no one said hello, smiled, or even came over to greet me. After another few minutes of waiting, I simply left. I realize that the restaurant may have been understaffed but there is no excuse for staff to ignore a guest who is waiting to order.Please remind your staff, especially the management staff, that customer service goes a long way. Worst service ever have the mobile app? I used to go there every morning for breakfast now. I can't. I felt so embarrassed this morning, so yeah, when I was giving them coupons over the last few weeks, they've slowly kept telling me I can't do this coupon or that coupon. So I kind of went with it. I understand you can't stack certain things. But then this morning, I just wanted to get a coupon, which I know they have the special without the coupon, buy one breakfast sandwich, get 1 for a dollar and when I gave him a coupon, they were like, oh, we can't honor that. And I was like, what do you mean? You can't honor that it's a special without even a coupon, right? And I was like, and I was mad, and I kind of raised my voice a little bit, and then I was like, you know what I just want to speak to the manager, and they were like, come on in and speak to the manager. And I actually went in there and I shook the guy's hand I'm like, I'm mark, uh, I'm sorry for bothering you. Let's be honest - McDonalds as a chain is hot garbage but this particular McDonald's is the collected scum at the very bottom of the inside of an old dumpster. Service - occasionally with a smile but not often, however they are reliably slow. Usually "out" of darn near everything. And customer beware - If they ask you in drive thru to pull into a spot, you may as well go inside and wait because they will forget about you until you get fed up and go in - so you may as well avoid 20 mins of sitting and go inside to collect your drive thru order. Absolutely horrible, been here quite a few times after work and always the same results. Unruly employees acting a fool over the speaker and on their cellphone at the register. Probably taking pictures of peoples credit cards, I will definitely be watching my account for credit card fraud over the next few days after the horrible service I experienced tonight. Stopped for breakfast on a road trip down the hwy. the hwy sign said McDonald's so we exited. The sign was a lie, had to drive 5-7 min longer after exiting to find this McDonald's. Used the restroom which was not very clean and I saw bugs and a roach in the bathroom stall. Wish I had seen this before I had ordered. The dining tables/benches were in great disrepair. Very poor look for McDonald's. Food was ok, McMuffins sat under heat lamp that the cheese had liquefied and turned the muffin soupy/soft. Watch yourself...Be prepared for the manager to box you in as you step in the door like she's guarding you on the basketball court. They have kiosks so you can order and pay using the kiosk or stand in line for a person to assist you with your order. This is extremely annoying to have the manager walk beside you and harass you the entire time. For that, you get one star but I'd give you mo stars if I could. read more

The food was made like the person who made it didn't want to be there. The cheese burger was burnt,put together all messy, and over all bad. The service was the same as the food, Bad. The lady who was at the cash resister kept saying they didn't have any drinks other then the sodas. Most of the time, if you have a very basic order, it's fine in my opinion, but it has issues a lot of other McD's probably do, possibly chief of which being they very often just leave the ice cream machine broken. Out of curiosity the last time I went I decided to use McBroken to check and see how long the machine was broken for (and keep in mind there's a good chance it was broken for at least a day before I checked). It stayed broken for an entire week! Not acceptable IMO. Also, one of the menu monitors had a huge crack in it they haven't fixed. Have had an issue in the past where I got a McDouble instead of my Quarter Pounder. Only noticed it after I got home so I emailed about it to try and get maybe my next meal comped or something. Never heard back again. If your order comes out right it's usually good enough for a McD's, but check your burger in the store for mistakes before you leave! read more

This location is getting worse and worse. The employees who run the drive through barely acknowledge you. There's no greeting at the windows, no hello, no thank you, no have a good day! Sometimes they don't even repeat the amount due! It's basic customer service skills these kids lack. Also, my orders are constantly wrong. I've ordered burgers without pickles or onions, get the wrapping with the label stating this BUT the sandwiches will ALWAYS have the pickles and onions anyway! Pure laziness! No one took or even acknowledged the line for about 8 minutes...including the manager. Bad McDonalds! Nasty, uncaring people, for the most part. Tired of attitudes, employees talking on their phones in the drive-thru, no straws or napkins given, etc. McDonalds is not the cheapest restaurant, like it used to be. You can pay $9+ for meals with "special" sandwiches. I expect the meat to be cooked! It wasn't, once recently. I took the burger up front and the manager and cook looked at one another. So many errors at drive through .. sent a complaint to corporate the last time because we ordered pancakes and sausage with extra sausage .. grandkids love their sausage ... when we got home there were NO sausages .. short 4 sausages ! That was the final straw ! Sent a complaint to corporate and they sent me an email telling me they had contacted the restaurant and that the restaurant would be contacting me immediately ... a week later corporate sent me an email to see if the HDG store had contacted me ... I came here after my fiancee and I couldn't find a restaurant open at 11am around our final destination. I was very against going to mcdonalds, since I had my heart set on a sit down restaurant meal but when I stepped into this place I was surprised at how clean and nice it looked. The place is nicely decorated (the nicest mcdonalds I've ever set foot in) and new looking. The cashiers were nice, the food much better than in a typical mcdonalds, and we got 2 free keychains.
