Food was delicious, restaurant was filthy. Clearly a case of the Manager not paying attention to the place, being busy with other things or just not caring. I think it's the last one- she was busy texting in the office w the door open for about 10 minutes while I stood there trying to figure out how to order thru the App. I'm not saying she should have helped- I was on my phone, the App was confusing, I'm old.... But once I ordered, I wanted to get my cup so I could get a drink and no one came to the counter... when I was finally able to get her attention- she handed me a cup. Over to the soda machine and there's no ice. She seemed surprised when I told her the machine was completely out on both sides but no one refilled it the rest of my time there. Well ... mine was great! Just as I ordered it. Fries were hot and crispy. And my double cheeseburger was great as well. I usually drink water but got Hi-C Orange today ... I love it! One of my friends I was eating lunch with had their order come out wrong. The cashier had just wrung it up incorrectly. But they fixed it quickly and we were all satisfied. I was also a little surprised to see that the place was hoppin! Lots of people coming inside for lunch and sitting down to eat. I didn't expect that. And the drive through had a little line as well. They are doing something right here I'd say! Great job Burger King crew! read more

Don't usually review fast food places as we all sort of know what the food tastes like, what the service is like, etc. In the past, this location was so bad that we avoided it. But today was an exception. A young red-haired woman was managing this location. She was top notch, keeping everyone on staff busy, keeping customers served in a timely fashion, and being a joy with the customers and the kids. Not sure what BK is paying her, but it needs to be more. Moreover, you need to clone her and put a copy of her in every one of your restaurants. BTW, the Impossible burger is truly not bad. Not a huge fan of all the toppings on the Whopper, but as others have said, I would not have known it was a veggie-burger. read more

Leaving Pittsburgh, and heading north, my travel companion decided that she needed a rest stop. Being the kind chauffeur that I am, said I would get off the I-79 at the next exit that indicated a stop was near. So, I got off at the first Zellienople (not sure of the spelling on that) exit, which was a mistake, and I suggest going to the next exit, because you have to go the long way around to get into town, and you can't get back on at this exit, so you have to go up to the next exit anyways... and it's closer anyways... but I digress. My passenger ran into the bathroom as did I, and it was clean. So that's always a plus. The workers were all super friendly in their small-town Pennsylvania way, and so that made the stop even better. The location was super clean, and I was surprised at how fast the service was. You can dare to call it fast food. Furthermore, my crispy chicken sandwich was actually quite tasty. There is plenty of parking and two entrances/exits for easy access. I probably won't be through here again any time soon, but it's nice to know there's a clean bathroom when needed. read more

Traveling for my job as a film producer and executive means many late nights, and late night cravings. When In Harmony PA there isn't many options for that, except if you like pizza. If you aren't feeling the towns many pizza joints, Burger King is it to turn to unless you feel a 15 minutes drive out to Cranberry Twp. I will give them the upper hand since the remodel; the inside is a lot nicer and the drive though has been updated to today's standards. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat off 79 it is safe, and has clean restrooms. The food is Burger King. It is average for the chain, I have had much better. This location has much better service and quality than the Cranberry one. Staff can be very slow which leads to long drive through lines. Safe, clean, modern remolded location. read more

As far as Burger King's go--THIS is our favorite location--and by "favorite"--I mean--we travel all the way from Robinson Two., PA --about 2-3 times a month--just to get a nice, fresh & hot sandwich and fries in a nice, CLEAN restaurant with VERY nice, courteous and efficient employees-most being the nicest young people we've encountered in all fast food facilities. This Burger King is definitely well managed and whoever manages this one runs a good, "tight ship". Kudos to you! We are beyond impressed and will continue to make the trip for our fast food cravings. read more

A lot of people sleep on Burger King but that's just because they're weak. Burger King has god tier products and it's not their fault if everyone else's genes are too weak to withstand its heavenly glory. My genes are strong. I can handle it. I don't normally like BK, asides from there Whopper, but this location is actually pretty nice. Most of the staff is very nice and the service is super quick which is surprising for bk. It's also newer and pretty clean inside, also surprising for bk to. As for pricing, it's obviously super cheap (again bk) which is always a plus. Why do your commercials always show plump, juicy, burgers overflowing with greatness when in real life they Look as though they went through a 5 alarm fire before being run over by a semi truck...consistently. Went here for Breakfast yesterday. Ordered the large egg burrito. When it came, not only was the burrito not wrapped properly, but was torn in the middle so the contents were falling out. Cooks need better training for sure. Most of the staff-other than the manager- did not look at all happy to be at work. I sympathize with the owner that must be pulling his/her hair out by the roots with constant turnover in staff. However, it is totally frustrating when we "go out to eat" (in this case for fast food) and the dining room is closed due to (apparent) short staffing. My 11-tear-old son loves this BK. But, we won't patronize the restaurant unless we can eat there. I wonder how many other people turn away when the doors are locked? Why not have a sign when you walk in that says something to the effect . . . "Due to Covid, we are short staffed, but still want our customers to be able to dine in. Please use the wipes provided and clean your table after use so we can keep our dining room open for all our guests." We typically clean our table regardless of what fast food restaurant we visit. This Burger King is often times understaffed and does the best job then can for the amount of crew members that are present to do the job.

It really depends on what you order. Every time I get onion rings they are hard and taste old. Fries taste like they're cooked in old grease. The burgers are good. The chicken nuggets are good. One time I went for breakfast and got a sausage cheese biscuit and my biscuit was hard and stale, another time it was fresh and delicious. read more

Their food is absolutely terrible always cold and tastes old. I would never tell anyone to go to this location. I received a sausage cheese biscuit from the drive thru had to go back in because it looked like someone sat on my sandwich the sausage tasted like it was sitting back in the kitchen for hours. As I went in to exchange my food, I noticed that there is so much food on the floor in the kitchen. Just looked very dirty. I used to love to go here they are always very nice.
