It's fine if you like DQ (as I do) but STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! I usually get Butterfinger blizzard, but saw their sign that advertised a new "Strawberry" blizzard. I ordered one and did not like it. It did NOT taste like strawberry, and had things floating in it like little marshmallows that I did not like. I took one bight and politely asked if I could exchange it for Butterfinger". Man told me "Just because you don't like it is not reason for you to get another for free". I argued a moment and then told him to just throw mine away. I returned to my seat but approached this man again "any restaurant in the country will gladly exchange an item that the customer is not pleased with". He said "we are not legally responsible to exchange it". I said "I'm not talking legal responsibility, I am talking customer courtesy". I left. When I got home I called the store and asked for the manager. The same man picked up the phone (said his name was Amand Wep- not sure of spelling). I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to give me the name and said she was not there. He had the gall to say "I was about to give you a replacement if you had not been angry". LIE! He had NWVER TOLD ME THAT! Yes I had an angry tone -as anyone would with such poor service and logic- but I was polite and did not raise my voice. I called the 88# for DQ and was told they would have owner call me. Another lie because I got no such call. They saved a blizzard but lost a customer for life. read more

This place is okay. I came with 5 other people to get ice cream, and the wait for ice cream was pretty long. There was a pretty long line, and the workers didn't make the ice creams in order. There were some teenagers waiting and didn't get there ice cream for a while, but the people behind them got there's first, even though they had a much larger order then the teenagers. The bathroom quality was disgusting. It was extremely eerie in there and almost no water came out of the sink. This is still an okay Dairy Queen in terms of ice cream and food taste. read more

I placed an order ahead order on the app. It told be it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got here to pick it up and it was made and placed in a refrigerator. The Blizzard was half melted, one of them was the wrong size and the wrong flavor. We asked about it as there were no others in the store and the staff was very bothered by the request and said I was wrong, despite showing them my receipt. They reluctantly remade one of them but the service was awful. read more

This DQ is honestly fire. They make the perfect s'mores blizzard and the service was good.

As far as Dairy Queen's go, this one ranks pretty low on the totem pole. The lack of a drive thru isn't that big of a deal normally, but boy was their service slow. I recognize that most people order blizzards and they can be time consuming, but we were behind about 8 people and it took us almost 20 minutes before we were done ordering. Somewhat comically, I noticed they had a breakfast option of what looked like their version of a Denny's Grand Slam which I found humorous. Having eaten hot food at a DQ before, I can't imagine I'd recommend it. If you make it here when there isn't a line, it will likely be a normal DQ experience for you. DQ is DQ most anywhere you go. I stopped at 8pm on a hot Sunday night & this location was packed. I think I waited about 15 min in line to order my Blizzard. But no one was complaining & especially the female cashier was friendly to all. The teenage boy was maybe flustered by the busy streak. I had a Royal Oreo Blizzard which has hot fudge down thru the middle. It was quite yummy & hit the spot for Sunday dessert. The line was still out the door when I left so I'm guessing they do good business at this Zelie location. read more

Not great. Stopped with my 4 year old granddaughter 2 people go a lunch and it was $21! Service was not good and food was the same. I got my granddaughter a shake and a kids meal. They do not offer a kid shake with the meal so they charged $4.29 for meal $3 for the shake but they never gave her a drink or cone or price adjustment. Will never go here again and I live less than 2 miles away. read more

Stopped for lunch, got a double cheeseburger and a rotisserie style chicken salad with ranch. Lettuce had a ton of brown through it, and not much chicken. The burger patty was different than other DQs in the area. Burger patty was smaller and didn't taste the same at all, the bun was also hard. The ranch dressing for the salad was seemingly frozen. I was praying my order was correct because I couldn't understand the people behind the counter. Never again. read more

I've been coming to this Dairy Queen for years. It's always been very nice however I had a bad experience today and feel the need to share. I wanted to use my birthday coupon code for a BOGO blizzard. I've used this the past several years at this exact location. But today, I'm told they don't honor any electronic coupons from the app. When asked why they said "our computer system is too old". I informed them I've used this for years and they just repeated the same. I don't know if there's new management or ownership but evidently they replaced their last computer system with an older version. Amazing and sooooo frustrating and since you only have 15 minutes to use your birthday coupon code it's now lost. I'll be taking my business to Cranberry. read more

Service is always good and product is always consistent with the franchise. However, this DQ does not accept DQ coupons nor has a drive thru. If they upgraded their establishment they would have twice the business. read more

This place is the slowest Dairy Queen. They cook 1 order at a time and they don't make them in order. Waited 30 minutes for 4 chicken strip meals and 3 other people were served before me who came in after I already paid. 4 people working and no one knows what they are doing. Probably the most expensive and penny pinching place on the planet. Five minutes after four and you can't get a meal deal. Then paid an extra 3 dollars for the same meal. The final straw was being asked to pay for mustard packages. Really!!! They also make the employees weigh the cones so that they don't give you one once to much. Dairy Queen is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food is always made fresh, and presented well. I don't understand why this location doesn't have Heinz ketchup on the table (We are Pittsburghers!), but this location is particulary clean, and customer friendly. read more

Will not return here after seeing how the foreign lady treated and spoke to her staff in front of customers she was yelling at a young lady and causing a scene in front of everyone which as a owner of a business is unprofessional in my eyes. The lady didn't even attempt to help the young kids in the store at all the store was packed inside and out and she only came in to cause issues with the staff at one point I watched her purposely come in and ram her shoulder into a young girl who is an employee here and knocked the poor young girl off balance. Many other patrons witnessed this happen and were disgusted with the actions and behavior of this older lady doing such a thing to the minor. It was completely out of line and uncalled for in my opinion. There was several children whom also seen this happen and were very upset and scared needless to say we as well as other left and did not order anything. The lady whom did this should be terminated immediately or should be facing charges for harming a minor and committing assault/battery of an employee at a work place. This Dairy Queen has gone down hill since the new owners took over they have not done the name justice at all. I also noticed when the young man opened the refrigerator the blackness around the seal of it looked like mold to me from a distance it looked like it has not been cleaned in a very long time. Quality DQ food and ice cream. Customer service is incredibly lacking. Four people working behind the counter (two who actually appeared to be doing something), with little interest in taking our order during a not busy time. Next time I will consider driving to Cranberry in hopes of better customer service. read more
