Visiting from Florida and was excited to find a Brusters near us. We frequent the one in our home town. Love the new store design and the familiar flavors. Staff was so friendly and quick. Met the manager Alyssa who was so nice and friendly too. Love this ice cream because it's made onsite and they always have great flavors. Definitely reminds us of home. Until next time..tomorrow for sure read more

4 easy steps to state-of-the-art disappointment at the new Bruster's in Bridgewater. 1. Make the customer repeat his order at least twice because the brand new drive-thru intercom system apparently doesn't work very well.. 2. Take the customer's order for a float and then inform them at the window that you're out of vanilla ice cream. Bruster's, the region's ice cream behemoth with their headquarters less than 1/2 mile down the street. Out of vanilla ice cream. Out. Of. Vanilla. Ice. Cream. 3. Ask the customer for their registered phone number or some such without explanation. Please...I just stopped for ice cream. 4. Make sure that the small ice cream in a waffle cone barely reaches the top edge of the cone. This happened last time, too, so maybe there's some new portion policy. This was never an issue at the old location Ice cream should be a happy thing, not the cause of angst. read more

I honestly had such a great experience at Bruster's! I came in just wanting some ice cream and ended up having such a nice experience. The ice cream was amazing, but what really stood out to me was how friendly and welcoming the whole Brew Crew was. I also got the chance to meet the manager, Alyssa, and she was a sweetheart! It's not every day you go somewhere and leave remembering the people you met, but I definitely did here. The ice cream was great, the people were even better, and I'll absolutely be coming back! read more

Fresh ice cream. You can taste the difference. Service is always great. Love taking my daughter here for the free baby cone!

We came to visit the new Brusters on Valentine's day and I love it! Does not feel crowded anymore and it's much easier to navigate the parking lot. It just has a fresh look to it and very well lit. The drive thru is a great touch to help the flow of overcrowding the parking lot. I only knock a star off because my husband's flavor was supposed to be chocolate with Twix in it but it came vanilla. Can't wait to return when it's warmer. read more

Excruciatingly SLOW drive-thru service. Totally incompetent employees. Just ONE BIG MESS of an ice cream place. How could this be so difficult? You're not making filet mignon. I won't be returning in this location. All 3 visits were disappointing. Terribly high prices for slow service and melted ice cream. NO THANKS. read more

The ice cream there is some of the best ice cream you can get. It is pricey for cone. I always buy a pint or court still a little pricey but worth it. The service is good. read more

Went and everyone was friendly would recommend coming here the ice cream was great!!!

This is the third and final time my family and I will purchase anything from Bruster's. Everytime we order something it is incorrect and they won't make it right. Maybe hire competent workers for a job that requires elementary education! read more

I love this ice cream but the scoops have gotten ridiculously smaller yet the price has increased. It's sad. Plus you're asked for a tip. Would gladly give a bigger tip for bigger scoops! read more

Staff lets line pile up while their friends pass phones with them and chat about life. There were two very hard working girls making sure that the long lines were taken care of. I almost didn't put a tip in the can, knowing the kids putting no effort in would get part of it. Get your act together and get supervisors that give a crap. read more

This is the spot for ice cream in the area! Usually has a small line but worth the wait!

Classic American ice cream shop in the heart of Beaver county... It's hard for me to get excited about ice cream (I usually don't go for sweets too much) but Brusters is the real deal. The staff is all very young and enthusiastic. There are lots of flavors and even more styles from cones to cups, sundaes to splits, they have it all at family friendly prices, Aloha read more

Delicious ice cream. I enjoy my monthly treat. I'm watching my sweet intake. This is definitely my cheat treat

It is ice cream so it is easy to say the kids love it. My son got Oreo and daughter got death by chocolate Both report that the cones are worth a 6 star rating Fun to sit outside and have a cone read more

Was great ice cream just my step mom got two flavors and one of the flavors was just vanilla when there was supposed to be some chunks of heath bar in it and the scoops of ice cream were really small and barely any ice cream was in the cone so I recommend going to a different bruster's read more

Been here a few times. The ice cream is delicious . So many yummy flavors to choose from. Service is lack luster. The young girl with choppy black hair has been rude every time I've gone, which is unfortunate. read more

Bruster's ice cream is always good and they serve large portions. They give free baby cones to kids under 40" tall & free doggie treats to your fur kids. This was my first spur of the moment visit to the Bridgewater location, my local store is in Cranberry Twp/Mars on 228. Unbeknownst to me it was a free small waffle cone day for anyone who came dressed in their pajamas! And the PJ peeps were out in full force. I, however, was not among them and so I ordered a cookie dough blast...much like a DQ Blizzard except with way more cookie dough and the regular size is equal to a DQ large. Brusters is my go-to ice cream stop. On Thurs if you bring your own banana you get 1/2 off a banana split. read more

Homemade ice cream at Bruster's in Hopewell is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend stopping by.

Don't come like 3 hours before they close or you will be talked to extremely rudely. Employee named Lilley told us they were only accepting cash while walking past us to take trash out, but then we watched someone pay with a card. As she was walking back into the building she was talking bad about earlier customers. We stayed in line hoping they would still serve us and everyone in front of us paid with card until it got to our turn and we were told cash only because we were a larger group because they wanted us to go away. Then, we preceded to pay in cash and she wrote nothing we ordered down and asked 7 times what we ordered. When she would give it to us she would roll her eyes and actually tossed the one cup of ice cream down that it tipped over. Supervisor watched this happen and said absolutely nothing. Never going back! read more

I want to start with the fact that busters was a family tradition for my family growing up and was until lately. So everyone knows that things have gotten more expensive and the prices at busters have gone up according but here is the problem. Now there is no real kids cone and the double two tiny little marbles of ice cream. They are getting more and more stingy with the portions. I just paid nearly 24 dollars for me and three kids and we didn't get anything but ice cream on cake cones. You want to charge the same price as a carton of ice cream at the store fine just make it worth it. Don't be so stingy. read more

We booked the Bruster's Ice Cream truck in 2021 for a family reunion. Due to an outbreak of covid, we had to cancel but was assured that the $250 deposit would be available when we chose to reschedule. We rescheduled our event for July 29, 2023. I called Glenn Pilarski on June 1 (two months advance notice) to rebook... He did not answer my call for one week. He then told me he would check the date and get back to me.... Another week later he said he had two other events scheduled for that day but was "working" on it. I contacted him again on June 13 and then again on June 21.. I asked if instead of the truck we could get some ice cream cakes or just ice cream. He said no. But that he was still "working" on the July 29 date. Our event is over and the last I heard from Mr. Pilarski was June 21. Keep your money... There's gotta be a better choice.. read more

You can't go wrong at Brusters. Anything you order is going to be delicious. If you haven't been before, my only advice is to order a size smaller than you want. They are incredibly generous with their portions. Be sure to ask them what toppings they have. Those aren't listed on the outside! (Cookie dough is always a great choice) and if you ask for whipped cream you'll get a mountain. And if you think you're hungry enough definitely don't skip out on the waffle cone. read more

Used to be the go to for our family but it has gone SO down hill. The portion sizes are a joke now. A single scoop is more like a sample size. They seem to have cut portions starting in 2020 and I don't know if management is trying to save a buck, but the corner cutting is being noticed. The ice cream Is also half melted as soon as you get it. It's not a single occurrence either. These problems are every time we visit now. Witch Flavor in Beaver is quickly dethroning this place and it's a shame. They have a good product but they are letting lack of service and presentation ruin it. read more

So disappointed. Small small small. Girl went out of her way to scrape off the sides of the cone. It was the size of a kids.

Man, does Bruster's make a kingly crown of a Banana Split. I hadn't had one in forever. Due to Bruster's, I will now crave them daily, and there's nothing like eating one in the rain, on a bench, with your significant other after a good, home-barbequed family meal. read more

This weather (i can feel Spring. I know it!) + an extreme case of cabin fever are causing me to daydream about past summers. There isn't really too much excitement in Beaver County, but there is a Brusters. My family also stops often after heading to Jerrys Curb Service or the batting cages. It's your basic ice-cream shop. I really enjoy the brownie sundae & my little niece LOVES the dirt sundae (complete with gummy worms & crushed oreos!!) I remember a sign saying that if it's raining & you bring your own banana, then you get a discount on a banana split (or did it have to be tuesday + raining + own banana.. ah i forget! I'm sorry) I'll update!! read more

The workers there are now rude and don't want to do their job. They have rude people answering the telephone as well - they don't seem to want your business anymore. I wanted to order a cake but I went somewhere else where the customer service was much better and they went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. read more

We usually have a good experience at Brusters in Bridgewater, but things seem to have changed since we were last there. The order was for two small (two scoop) waffle cones, but the scoops were about half the size of a normal scoop. I pointed the issue out to the person at the counter and was told that this was the size you're really supposed to get...that they just usually over-scoop. To be fair, she offered to re-scoop the cones, but I declined. If she saw no issue in serving cones like this, it deserves documentation and comment. At over $4, this is shameful and I truly hope that Brusters has not gone the way of reducing portions. To be fair again, I had a 2 for 1 coupon, so I guess I got the equivalent of a single cone for the price. Local institution or not, we'll think twice before visiting again...it's the principle. I dipped more than my share of cones working fountain at Howard Johnson's in high school. You never let a 'bare ball' go out on a cone...you scooped to form a ledge around the top of the cone, or you got dressed down. Shameful. read more

First impressions say a lot and my first impression was 3 employees standing in front of the windows texting. The icecream brownie Sunday I wanted only had one size even though I wanted something small. It was pretty giant. I was expecting chocolate icecream but it was vanilla. I also found a hair in my first bite. I'm not one to return food but this will encourage me to not come back here again read more

I've always loved Bruster's! They always have very friendly staff, efficient service, clean areas and lots of unique options for ice cream flavors. It's also pretty affordable too! Overall, I'd recommend checking it out! ;) read more

The last two times I have gone to Brewster's and ordered ice cream in a dish I have been disappointed in how very small the scoops were. You go anywhere else and one scoop is pretty much a scoop and a half if not two scoops these people are very stingy with their scoop portions I mean they don't go an ounce over. I will say that the staff always seems to be very friendly though. But I'm gonna stop going there because I don't feel like I'm getting my moneys worth for what they charge read more

Because we saw people in line without masks and they were less than six feet from each other so we ended up going to Wendy's in Chippewa for drive through Frosty. This is strictly based on my visit tonight. My sister and I downloaded the new app, and were hoping to use the free cone/dish coupon we got for downloading the app. The guy clearly saw us standing there with the coupon up on the app, but failed to tell us til the end we could not use it, as they did not have the scanners yet. Seems pretty unfair that you have these coupons, and you're listed as a place to redeem it, but we couldn't. I'm sure we're not the only ones that tried using and it and could not. Would be nice if you could write down the Code and punch it in manually. Or, even better, put a sign up you cannot redeem these yet. read more

This is generally good icecream. Service is what you would expect (teens working for the summer). The crowd usually consists of at least 3 crying children, 2 teens smoking, a mother not attending to her children, and at least one redneck or a couple making out gratuitously. read more

The flavor of chocolate was satisfactory but it had too much cream and not enough chocolate which made the texture feel like foam. The ice cream isn't soft served but the moment I received it, keep in mind it's cool outside, it was mostly soft and melting away at a rapid rate. It seems like the freezer wasn't at it's optimum temperature or the ingredients were too heavy on the cream resulting in the degradation of the scoops shape. read more
