We attempted to order medium cones. The staff warned us that they serve large portions. We ended up getting "small cones" (see picture) . Our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs. Eventually, we conquered the cones. It was nice to see families, couple, and single people enjoying ice cream on a hot, sunny day. We shared a picnic table with a gentleman who was a hot fudge sundae expert. Apparently, he had already been to this location twice in the last week. He shared that he was celebrating his 60th high school reunion this year. Lots of parking in a gravel lot.

The staff is generally very friendly and helpful. Old school style walk up frozen custard stand. Classic with Picnic tables outback. We were able to pull some tables together for our large group. We had 3 dogs, so yes, this place is dog friendly, and all of them loved their doggy dishes.
