Manager remade my order the way I requested and to be honest it's the best whopper I've had in years. 5 star service and food for sure .

New nuggets are soft and not as chewy as the previous nuggets. Not sure why they call them crispy. The sauce is different. The sweet and sour sauce was pretty tasty. Got a double cheeseburger from the discounted menu. It looks like the edges were burned (burger was like two different colors). Not sure why? It almost seems like some mystery meat. Fries were HOT! read more

"What's the matter with you, Marcie? It's getting so we can't take you anywhere! Don't you have any sense of adventure?" Laurie admonishes her begrudging peer before attempting to convince her of the one-of-a-kind opportunity they've been given. "This is the first time anybody our age from Salem Center's ever been allowed into Xavier's School." Marcie stiffens herself and responds, "That's the point! You've heard the stories, Laurie...what kind of school only has a dozen students, and some of 'em, like that Rahne Sinclair [who, unbeknownst to her, shape shifts into a wolf and a wolflike hominid] are babies! An' that Professor Xavier is so creepy...he looks at you like he knows everything you're thinking!" "In your case, Marcie dear, that's not hard," Jenny, the third member of the trio, interjects. "Go ahead, Jenny, make fun! You'll get yours! I'll bet anything they've got bodies--or worse--hidden in the basement!" Meanwhile, tucked in a ceiling panel, looking down on the commotion, snickering and puffing out wisps of grave-colored smoke, is the purple dragon Lockheed. It is the full embrace of that spirit of adventure, so ubiquitous in Chris Claremont and Bill Sienkiewicz's story, "Slumber Party," in New Mutants #21, that explains why some of the takeout and dine-in experiences at the Burger King on 8801 Greenbelt Road in Greenbelt, Maryland are so meaningful. This month, to celebrate Halloween, you could succumb to ordering the radiant orange, sesame seed-topped Jack-O-Lantern Whopper, partake in two full orders of Vampire Nuggets, and perhaps even devour the Mummy Mozzarella Fries or a Franken-Candy Sundae. My wife indulged in the first, and our little night fury (our rescued lab mix) enjoyed the vampire (crispy chicken) nuggets. read more

I had a great visit! I have nothing to complain about. I visited on a Tuesday morning around 9 AM. I went through the drive-through to order a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and a five piece French toast sticks. Everything was hot and made to order. The drive-through the worker was super friendly and very attentive. It was a five out of five stars for me. read more

If you want your sandwich right ask if you can go make it yourself because they can't get an order right. The last 3 times I've been here the order was wrong every single time. Oh and don't think you can call and complain to a manager because they don't have a working phone number. My honest opinion is its a language barrier and they really don't give a s**t if they're getting your order right. It's been like this for years even after they got new management. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE. I wish Kalshi had a bet on if this BK would get your order right...I would bet NO every single time. read more

It doesn't occur often, but every now and then, I get an urge for Burger King's chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, or both. Whether I walk or do the drive-thru, it's always been an easy experience and the staff are always polite. Now, there is a certain hour when the lobby closes and only the drive-thru is open, and I've walked... how awkward LOL! Thankfully there were no cars, but it took a while to walk around that building, sheesh. Compared to how it used to be, fast food is pretty expensive these days, but everything is going up. Besides, those coupons by mail are a win :). read more

The service was great. When they changed the exterior, I was thrilled to see this decades-old franchise updated to a more modern feel. I must admit that this was the first time I got a burger that looked like the ones on the menu and in commercials. Great job, BK! read more

I came here yesterday and my ordered was incorrect I ordered the impossible whopper with cheese and jalapeño and i did not get the correct order . I got the burger. Not sure what happened to this location, but it has gone downhill quickly. Ordered two chicken wraps, cheesy tots, and a medium Diet Coke (said so even on the receipt). To my horror, my first sip of Diet Coke was a actually unsweetened iced tea and the chicken on one of the wraps was completely rubbery and inedible. Couldn't even chew it. I want my $13 back. read more

Very bad service, workers so rude and mean I'm asking for two bbqs sauce and the woman at the from said I have to paid extra even when I buy two meals almost $25 and she just gime 1 bbqs! I'm never comeback to this place ! read more

Ordered a whopper for my boyfriend asked for no tomato, lettuce or onion. My receipt was correct and the markings on the sandwich wrapper was right but the sandwich was WRONG. Had everything I asked them NOT to put on it. There was hardly any ketchup or mayo. What's worse is I had to wait for awhile to get my order. read more

I went through drive thru ordering 2 big king sandwiches and a large fries order. I checked my receipt and saw I was overcharged having not been given the 2 for $10 price for the sandwiches. A $4 difference. When I asked at the window to pick up my food, I was told that I didn't specifically ask for the discount. I'm asking now, I replied, and the worker told me "too bad, it's done". I asked for and was given a full refund. Burger King does not appear to be honoring their deals as priced. Shame. I can spend my money elsewhere for sure. Lousy attitude. read more

I have not eaten at Burger King in a few years but decided to try them again since so many fast food establishments have stepped up considerably since the Pandemic began. Drove to the Greenbelt, MD location today which is where I live and placed an order for 2 Whopper meals both with cheese, one with bacon, large fries and two large sodas. The drive-thru attendant was pleasant so my issue is not with her. After paying $26 which is another issue, I was stunned that the burgers were COLD! The fries were hot but what good is that when the sandwich doesn't match? I tried to call the store to make them aware of my disappointment and no one answers. They can no longer get anymore of my business. read more

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Burger King is a fast food establishment, keyword: FAST. So why did it take me 30 minutes to get my food? 20! In the drive-thru!! My order was VERY simple: a double cheeseburger and a small fry. I dont know what the person(s) in front of me ordered but from the looks of things they weren't pleased either, as they threw balled up paper at the employee from their car. I wanted to just scrap the whole idea and go somewhere else but I was trapped, one car ahead of me and one behind. When I did finally make it to the window, I gave the young man my payment and he walked over the front register and started chatting with his coworkers. I had a full view of the kitchen area where the food was being prepped and my order was ready less than 1 minute after I got to the window. I had to yell at the young fella to get him to bag up my food. And to add insult to injury, he had a nerve to have an attitude with me and thrust my food out the window. NEVER AGAIN. read more

The entrance to the drive-thru has an enormous pothole that will swallow your car and soul. It's right across the street from NASA and service tends to be a little slower during lunchtime but, to me, that's expected and I don't really fault them for that. That pothole, though... read more

This location has really upped their game with a recent renovation and the addition of self-serve kiosks. The new interior look is clean, modern, and inviting. I'd have no problems bringing my friends or family to dine in person. I happened to go inside during their lunch rush hour. Yes, there were a few lines, and yes there were a lot of people. Fortunately, there were also many self-serve kiosks. One of the cashiers quickly showed me the steps, and after a few button pushes my order was placed and ready to go in under 4 minutes. Food quality was just what I would expect, and the special prices phenomenal. I got a Whopper Jr. meal and two sandwiches for around $10. My advice is to learn how to use the self-serve kiosk if you decide to go inside. You'll likely never have to wait in line ever again. read more

Your food is great and I have no complaints. The only thing I would like to suggest is your coupons. Could you please incorporate your fish sandwiches, your mocha's and shakes as well. I love your fish sandwiches but you never give us a deal with them. PLEASE add these to your coupons. Thanks!!! read more

This restaraunt will have you running out the door faster than you can say eeewwlll. Their buisness is so slow and when you ask for fries it takes 4 of their workers to find out what you are talking about and then you have to wait for like 10 minutes. This is the worst fast food place it gives Burger King's all around the world a bad name. I use to love Burger King but, now I cannot stand it. This fast food place will give you a bad appetite also. The burgers are sloppy and they do not fufill the order you want you have to ask them 3 times for the right one. I wish there was a 0 for the rating because I would have clicked that. That is how bad this certain fast food place was............... Burger King's Grade= F- read more

Rude and dumb. Or no, should that be dumb and rude? In any case, the only time one should patronize this place is when they have the coupons mailed out. They promote and over-promote the new sandwiches, then when you go and inquire about the sandwich, they don't know what it is, or even what's in it. I asked the young girl, who like most teens of today, does not know how to talk, and responded in half whisper-half mumble about the "King" sourdough, something or other sandwich. She tried to answer my question regarding the promo on the app, but she sounded like she was guessing. I said "Do you know, or you're not sure?" She responded, "I'm not sure." Whatever someone else, a young boy who actually understood how the app worked, came by and clarified things. I ended up using a mobile order promotion, so I had to go sit in a booth and order and pay through my phone. No prob. But after a few minutes of not seeing anyone preparing my order, I told my daughter to let them know we were waiting. The RUDE OLD UNPROFESSIONAL manager, looks about 60 +, told my daughter "Well i'm not gonna make the oder until I see the customer is here." But I told the young man, we were going to the side to place the mobile order. My daughter told her, "Well the customer has been sitting here." So after receiving cold whoppers, I opened mine up to see they did not put onions or pickles on mine. Totally messed up my order. LEt's blame that on schools in America, failing to teach the basics and so teens of today, don't read. But where's the common freakin sense. So I told the manager who was walking around the floor, that my sandwich did not have onions and pickles. She told me she would bring me them. Hold up--wait a minute! Do I get a check from BK?? I think not. The correct response would have been to say they will make a fresh sandwich correctly and bring it to me. So after she bought out a plate of onions and pickles, my sandwich looked like a mess by now and was even colder than when they gave it to me, I bought everything up to the counter and told them I wanted a new sandwich made properly. Then another young man asked me what the problem was, I told him they messed up my sandwich, and the managers response was in short--UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE! Even he agreed and said "Wow, she bought you pickles and onions," in disbelief. He offered to give me a side of free fries for the inconvenience, but I told him we already ordered fries, so did not need anymore (but thank you, bc he at least tried to make things right). Besides, Burger King, idk if you have tasted your fries lately, but they are GROSS! Please train your young teenage staff on being knowledgeable with the product. My daughter works in IHOP and when they have new meals, they actually have meetings where the staff tastes them in order to be knowledgeable on the dish and if it's sweet or savory etc--so they can answer questions or recommend items and not sound like a dumb-dumb, mumbling "I don't know." Once a staff member says "I don't know," my 1st thought is, "Why are you working here then?" It makes them look bad, but makes the whole establishment look bad. When I was a teen and worked in Banana Republic over 20 years ago, we would have new staff meetings when new jeans and suits came out, and we would all try them on to be knowledgeable to the customer and be able to answer their questions on fabric and fit etc!!! BK must do better with training your staff on new products as well as promos. In addition, please teach Abuelita the value of being courteous and professional. I sat down with my cold food and PROMPTLY called 866 394 2493, and told them about the crew in the back (very relaxed & slow) talking and chillin' and about Wella's bad attitude! I've grown exhausted of the PG prevalent, bad customer service everywhere. I had time Saturday! Moving forward, I will continue making time, calling and emailing every establishment with no concept of what good customer service is! #itcertainlywasnotMYway #mywayiscorrectorders #mywayishotfood #mywayisprofessionalmanagement #mywayisknowledgeablestaff #mywayisstaffthatknowshowtotalk !!! read more

Well.. their burgers are pretty good. Definitely better and fresher ingredients than the "fake meats factory" McDonalds. The wait was long, they got the order wrong and I was overcharged. Tried to call but no one picked up the phone. Won't go there again.

I get off work late and don't have a vehicle but this locations lobby is supposed to be open to 10pm! However this is the 3rd time I've come between 9 and 9:15 and the lobby is closed! But the drive thru is open till 12am. My bad I don't have a car so I can't eat here! I guess I should walk through the drive thru. What really grinds my gears is that I called 3 times before this visit to verify hours but of course no one picks up the phone between 7pm-9pm. Also the official Website says 10pm for lobby hours but there are no visible posted hours on the store and it is closed! What the hell?! If the hours of this location are different, can u all please inform the rest of the damn world! Thanks I'm done with this location at any time of day... read more

I mean it's burger king but COME ON. The wait is always ridiculously long. Even when there's no one in front of you. They don't apologize for poor service. I typically go here on mornings when I am running late and am too lazy to make my breakfast. This is the worse Burger King ever, the employees are more interested in each other. My order was wrong for the second time in 8 days. I called both times, no one ever answers the phone, so I drove back. I spoke to the manager Julio Morell, and he never apologized, but after returning my money, he smirked and said "Have a Nice Day" So what should have taken 1/2 to get food turned into 1 1/2, since after getting my money back I had to drive to Mc Donald's which is where I should have gone in the first place is was right down the street from my house. Oh and don't ever expect a straw or napkins, you will never get them. Totally the worst service and the orders are always wrong. read more
