Really nice place. My son loves the impossible burger and the chicken fries. Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

We walked in for a little lunch on our day trip to Rochester…read more We walked in to a nice clean lobby with the usual Red Robin motif on the walls and ceilings.. The hostess greeted and seated our party quickly, and our waiter got us set up with our drinks in short order. The food came out relatively quickly and was nice and hot. The misses opted for the teriyaki chicken sandwich, size and flavor was good. The kids cheese burger was the perfect choice for the little yelper, she ate quite a bit of it, but wasn't interested in the fries. (No photo as that thing was getting chowed on the moment it hit the table) I got the mikes hot honey chicken sandwich. It was cooled perfectly, and while I could taste the honey I think it could have used a little more. We saw our waiter a couple times during the course of the meal, I get it though the place was still kinda slow for lunch on Father's Day but a few more soft table touches would have have been appreciated. (We had to get up and request Togo containers).

I ordered a Red Robin gourmet cheeseburger. Burger was very good, didn't like their red pickle relish. French fries were delicious, really like the seasoning. Not a fan of using the table side scan's to checkout. Service has really gone downhill..

We walked through the door, and you order and pay at the register before sitting. I don't mind this set up, butttt the register does ask you to tip. My husband wasn't sure how service would be, so he did 15%. A waitress did bring our drinks and food out to the patio! The patio was AWESOME! Nice and shady, umbrellas, light music playing. Great ambience and location! The wait was short, and definitely worth it! The food - amazing! Comically large plate of Italian Mac & Cheese made its way to me, and it was so good! Cheesy, crispy bread crumbs, cavatappi! Perfecto! My husband had the PLT sandwich, which was also huge, and so yummy! The pesto spread on the Prosciutto was amazing, fresh. Bread was crunchy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. My pre-schooler rounded out our meals with an order of garlic fries, which were crispy and loaded with garlic and cheese. Loved it! Definitely have plans to return already! The only thing I would change is paying at the end. Waitress kept my drink filled, and was working hard. Weird to tip in the beginning.

The Caprese sandwich was so yummy, super fresh and flavorful and definitely a standout. The arancini wasn't terrible, but parts of it were pretty cold in the middle, which was a little off putting. Overall, the friendly service really stood out, but I probably wouldn't go back.

**PSA - Diamond Billiards Bar and Grill Diamond Billiards Bar & Grill **…read more Some context here... I've been visiting Diamond for a couple decades. It's been a welcoming place where I was able to bring friends, family, and meet people around the community As many of you know.. I've joined into APA Rochester league and have nothing but high regards to the coordinators and community that has been built across Rochester and Western New York. I have played APA league at Diamond Billiards since joining the league. Thursday nights the p paymenconcept is that you pay 'table time' to Diamond, to play on their league-reserved tables, and you pay weekly dues into APA. Last night Sarah and myself were humiliated by Diamond ownership in a manner that can't go unspoken. This post is public. Will go into as many business reviews as possible. And will be taken down if an apology and explanation is received. Last night I had a bye and my team was not playing. Sarah and I purchased time for a reserved pool table. We also purchased food and beverage. During that time I asked for a league mate to shoot a game with me on the table I had reserved. That mate and I played the game. During that game I overheard my name from the other side of the venue but did not take mind of it. Sarah returned advising that ownership was vocally frustrated that mate played on the table we reserved without paying for the table time, on that table. I shrugged it off Not long after I overheard the owner and bartender conversing one table away from us. I stared down the owner, listening to their conversation, and the owner stared at me having the conversation. This conversation involved swearing and obvious frustration of the situation. Since the owner did not have the manner to talk to me about this 1:1, without swearing, without humiliation, we immediately packed our things and returned the pool balls to their storage location. When storing the pool balls we had general conversation with the bar tender about the situation. The owner then came to the bar stating "the bartender is not the owner, I am, if you want to talk to the owner then talk to me" - insert explicit words into his statement. We attempted to have a reasonable conversation with the owner and were met with him walking off, to play the game he was in the middle of, and swearing at us and agreeing that we should give our money to another billiards hall. Sarah and I were humiliated by the loud tone, swearing, and inability for ownership to have a conversation to their routine patrons. --- I will be forced to go back to Diamond. Only because of the APA league and community. While at Diamond they will not be receiving money from me for their extra services. I have had conversation with my team captain and the APA coordinators to petition for corrective actions.

The Roadhouse can be pretty busy, so using the app to know when you can be seated is a game changer. For the four of us, it was a little over a hundred dollars. We had 3 baskets of rolls ( 1 was to go), peanuts, two country fried chickens, ribs, country fried sirloin, salmon, 3 chilis, and a caesar salad. Plus whatever extra side each meal had. That's a lot of food for that price. Everything was delicious and the server was very attentive. I honestly don't think i've ever had a bad experience. That's saying a lot because we've been here a lot.

I'm not a big meat eater and not much on the menu is for me. However, the food I always get is good and it makes my husband happy. The staff is always friendly and happy. The rolls are hot and delicious. I'm not sold on the cinnamon butter so they give us regular butter as well with a smile. I absolutely love that I can get a salad or the chili as a side without an upcharge! I also love that their wine and other alcoholic drinks are reasonably priced. My husband is always happy with his meal- usually steak- and we always have leftovers. Great busy environment but a fun place! Will keep on the rotation.
