We pulled into Hilton to try the diner and stumbled across Jose Joe's. Definitely a fast food vibe to the place but with somewhat higher cost (about $10 for a burger.) The store looked new and was spotless... So off to a great start. Service was pretty standard for decent fast food... No real interaction beyond taking the order but they got it right which is more than we can expect from many chain restaurants. We were definitely impressed with the food. We're so used to seeing a delicious, juicy burger in an advertisement then receiving a sort of squashed down, sad version of it on a tray... Not here! The burger actually looked delicious... And was! I can say the same for my wife's black bean burger and the fries. Very satisfied. Cost was a little high by comparison to other better quality fast food joints but other than that a great find. Will definitely stop in again if the opportunity presents itself.
