They gave me my food and said "so we just started making the apple pie you cna drive up a bit and wait or just leave" So when I placed my order I waited 10min in the drive thru for what? I pull forward and wait for 10more min. No pie was ever made or brought to me and while my food is getting cold I decided to leave. You order the food and they see if they have to really make it all... That isn't how this works. Horrible service. They barely understand english read more

I don't do Burger King often, but for some reason when I take my car to the Fields Lexus (and before when it was Bredemann), I get a craving for a cheese whopper and will stop in here. Nafeesah A. commented in April 2019 about the parking lot and guess what folks, it has not changed. Gotta be careful driving in there. The inside is clean, just dated in appearance. The bathrooms are located outside of the restaurant. The bathrooms are located in between two doors, one from the restaurant side and the other one that leads outside to the parking lot. Kind of strange since most fast food places like to restrict who can use their bathrooms. With these, anyone can walk in through the parking lot and enter. Food is just what is is, although every single time I have to ask for hot fries. No idea why they pre-cook fries that are just going to sit and then try to server them to customers. That said, if the fries are hot, I am good to go and will eat my meal in peace. read more

You need to get new people who actually want to work. I get its fast food but there is a reason why its called that, drive thru lines are all the way around the corner, you go inside and lines are long also. You have this short hispanic woman standing around chewing gum, a guy with glasses just staring at the workers making the sandwiches. People are on their lunches and have little time to order and eat, make these people move a little faster behind the counter. They take forever to take care of you. I go there a lot in hopes things have or will change but it doesn't look like it. Same people all the time working there and do a crappy job. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to in order to write a comment. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Constant order mess ups, double check your bags, they make you pull forward for any order over $5 and then bring you the wrong food, and the food always tastes like they need to change the frying oil/old grease. I only frequent this location because of geography but after tonight's order mess up and horrible customer service I'm going to keep driving. There are other better fast food options on this stretch of road. read more

They are friendly here but very disorganized. I have always ordered my whoppers with no bun. It always comes in a box like a normal whopper, just with no bun. Today, I placed that order and when I got to my office, they had put the burger patty in a paper bag, the cheese was in another bag, the pickle/onion/tomato was in yet another bag.... Given me some mayo packets, no ketchup, and then forgot the straw for my drink. The assembly (or lack thereof) of the burger was a bit off putting, my coworkers found it odd but hilarious. I'll think twice about visiting this location again. read more

The owner of this location should be ashamed to own such a terrible business! Dirty floors and tables await you along with incompetent, lazy service. The entire restaurant looks old and rundown. Waiting over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence before walking out the door is unacceptable. This is by far the worst location in a 50 mile radius! read more

Food wasn't great. The fiery wrap wasn't hot at all. The service was slow, took longer than 8 minutes for simple food (burger and wrap). The ambiance is that of an old building. The independently owned Burger King is better on dempster. read more

It's hard to find a Burger King that doesn't mess up your order, but this one is aces. Total accuracy. Got exactly what i ordered. They redeemed the free whopper w/ no hastle for doing a survey for my last bad experience at the Skokie location. Last time I was at this location, I believe I got exactly what i ordered too. Just aces. The whole meal was $9.50 after the free whopper. Ppl here can read and follow instructions. Bk needs to pay their workers and adjust for inflation so they can find and keep competent staff or they will lose customers. Real simple read more

Hope manager for this location reads this.....Went to burger king for lunch today. Ordered bacon double cheese burger (no cheese) from value menu... they charged me 5 bucks for just the burger. I questioned drive through attendant at window who proceeded to tell me that the one on value menu is a single. That is not true... look up value menu....there is a double. FYI ...SHE ALSO DID NOT GIVE ME MY RECIEPT. Wonder why?? Purchase made today at 1:20ish central time (4/8/2021). Small pepsi, small fri, and the value burger came to just over $9???? Fyi... value price for burger is $2.49... so why $9 when fries and coke were smalls?? Scam much? This is not the first time this has happened here. Make sure to get a reciept and question pricing at this location. I learned my lesson...should have questioned further and got a reciept. read more

Omg, worst food. Bought the 2/$5 chicken sandwich and onion rings. The chicken sandwiches taste like plastic and the onion rings are old and out of date. No flavor and mushy. How can you wreck a corporate recipe people? By not throwing out expired food. The bread was not evenly heated and was rubbery and flat. Worst worst worst food. I would eat crickets then eat here. Whomever manages this place should be fired. The soda was also flat. One star for the nice young man at the window. Would I eat at this location again? Definitely NOT Would I eat at Burger King ever again? Only if I knew the food was fresh. In general fast food places have gone down hill since 2012. read more

I'm surprised to see that this location doesn't have more positive reviews. I work up the street and frequent this BK quite regularly on my way home from work, and the staff is super quick and always very polite and accommodating. The gentleman who almost always helps me out (Hector I believe... I don't see his name tag often) is beyond professional and always honest with how long my order will take. Definitely an awesome employee, so please pass praise along to him and shoot him a raise! Given the area, customer service can be extremely challenging, and customers can often be unreasonable, but I've witnessed most of the staff members providing excellent service every time! You guys are doing a great job and I don't think I've ever had my order messed up. I also observed a poster in the office (looking through the drive through window) noting the importance of Net Promoter Score, so I know the management is working to deliver great service and it shows. Consider me a promoter as well! Thanks again BK team! See you soon. read more

This location is bogus for their parking lot being riddled with potholes some that are inches deep. For where it's situated in Glenview the owner of the restaurant needs to do better. They need to fix the parking lot or be sued by customers for damage to their vehicles. I currently work in Glenview and each time I pass by this place I get the feeling that the owner doesn't care that their parking lot is tore up from the floor up. You would think that a franchise owner would consider investing in remodeling since many franchise owners are giving their restaurants makeovers to stay current. Either way this is just shameful and embarrassing. read more

At this time in 2020, we each had a Whopper in the car. They were hot and fresh. We are not particular lovers of their new french fries so we just had the burgers and a drink. Really appreciated the two for $5 deal on the Whoppers. Will be back! read more

Place is a dive. Parking lot looks like a 3rd world war zone. My wife and I went to try the new "Impossible Burger" that is meatless that's been featured in BK ads. Really mediocre sandwich that tasted like cardboard and not worth the effort or cost. We are semi-vegans, so we were not expecting miracles. Staff was totally indifferent. Best part of the meal was the ketchup. We looked up the ingredients of the Impossible Burger and it's loaded with fat, salt and stuff you want to avoid. Probably healthier to at a regular Whopper. read more

I live in Glenview, and I occasionally (but not often) stop by this BK for a quick sandwich. This time, I really got upset... We driving down Waukegan Road searching for the elusive Ace Hardware 99 Cent Geranium, when we decided to stop at BK for a fast lunch. Of course, we had a BK two-fer coupon stashed in our car for contingencies like this. As you know, BK used to employ an advertising slogan, "Have it your way." Unfortunately, at this location, it's "Haz lo que quieras." The people there have some allergy against using the English language, and think WASPy Glenview is somewhere south of the Rio Grande. Frankly, having people speaking a foreign language in a business environment in the US is offensive to me. To paraphrase a linguistically challenged Chicago alderman, if you are in the USA, you should not speak Mexican. Anyways, we decided to try their "Chicken Big King" sandwich. I asked them what the "King Sauce" was made out of, and the counter clerk had no clue. The manager told me that it was King Sauce flavored. Real helpful. ¿Si? I tried to explain that I wanted to know if it was a type of mayonnaise, a dressing, or whatever. No comprehendo. NOBODY knew what their sauce was made from. While waiting for them to assemble the sandwich, I noticed that the assembly area right behind the serving counter was messy - not exactly dirty, but loose condiments were sprawled all over the surface of the counter. Not so appetizing. Anyways, they put the sandwich together, but the contents were wrong. We had told them what we wanted on the sandwiches, and they really messed it up. I did not want to wait another ten minutes. After all, doesn't BK brag that they "Hold the pickle, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us?" And to add to the goofiness, they charged me 15 cents for a slice of tomato. What is that all about? To be nice guys, we went to their garbage container to throw out our paper and junk, and the door to the garbage can was smeared with catsup. Feh. read more

Here is a fair assessment of this Burger King. Service was OK. Somewhat friendly, though not honed in. Very casual in conversations between employees, but not much beyond the basics for customers. I ordered only the Jalapeno Chicken Fries as a snack while driving through. I guess as a service, he added some regular fries because I had to wait for the chicken, which was actually good and hot! The fries, however, were cold and not very good. It would have been better to just say "Do you mind waiting for some fresh Chicken Fries?" My take on the Chicken Fries was just OK. VERY salty, but not bad flavor. The building is fairly old, and only basically kept up. Moderately clean, but mechanically aging. The door by the very pre-ADA compliant bathrooms made a very loud screech when it scraped on the floor. Glad I don't have hearing aids... read more

This place should be put out of its misery and razed. A friend and I stopped in last night (1/30/13) at around 8 PM for some ice cream and were the only customers inside. We waited for two or three minutes at the register while several people walked by, one in particular an older woman who slowly shuffled by. Nobody even acknowledged our presence. Thus, we walked out. This isn't the first Burger King where I've experienced this. There was another occasion a few months ago where there was an incredibly friendly employee who reached into her pocket to add the dime to my bill so that I wouldn't be stuck with a pocketful of change. I hope she's found a more deserving job since then! read more

I am highly impressed with the customer service at this burger king !!! We never go here because the burgers give me acid indigestion. So I tried the chicken fries. They were pretty dry. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Hector. He offered me a replacement. When my hubby went back the next week, not only did Hector remember....but he replaced the entire order, not just my chicken fries. We usually go to Taco Bell or McDonald's. At those to restaurants they screw up our orders on a regular basis....and then never want to fix their mistakes. Hector you are THE MAN !!!!! Husband drove to this BK location to get dinner for the family. They forgot to pack a whopper that was ordered and paid for. When husband got home we noticed the missing sandwich therefore one person was out of luck for lunch. We called this location and was told the sandwich was there that they forgot to pack it in our bag that they gave us. We asked if they could drive it to us since it was THEIR MISTAKE. Nope, they couldn't. We asked for credit since we paid for it and it was THEIR mistake. Nope, not doing that. Only way was if we picked it up now. Obviously, 1. we couldn't do that because we had an appointment somewhere else. 2. That burger was cold right now and would be even colder by the time we would even drive the 20 minutes to get there and the 20 minutes to get home. Really BK?? Just ordered a Texas whopper and Crisp chicken and was asked if I want jalapeño. I said yes then I asked them not to put jalapeño on my the whopper. Turned out they didn't put the jalapeño at all on both. Paid $.50 for nothing. The general manager was present and she personally told the guy making the sandwiches about my change of mind. Guy or gal didn't get it apparently. The other worker I asked first was rude. Trying to indicate I was stupid by telling the general manager she didn't understand what I said when I said it it clearly "to cancel the jalapeño on the shopper but it's fine to have it for the crisp chicken. This has to be the worst burger king i have ever been to ever, i ordered a simple burger with just bacon and cheese and stressed that i was allergic to onions and that i did not want anything else on the burger, upon receiving the food it was not at all what i ordered and had onions. The burger looked like it had just come out of a washing machine the buns were soggy and the ingredients were just thrown on there carelessly. The sad part about it was they weren't even busy it was a dead restaurant and they still managed to screw up my order. We ordered about $10 worth of food through the drive through. When we got home, my husband was halfway through his whopper and found a grease pencil in the sandwich. He called the store - they said they could not refund him - he would have to come into the store the next day to talk to the manager, which was not going to happen. Associate took name and number and we asked that they call us. Never heard from them. After several calls through corporate customer service, and after 2 weeks, the manager of the store called and offered a $10 gift card -said he would mail it, after he ask that we text pictures. Another week and half go by and nothing. Called corporate again - manager calls again said he would mail the $10 gift card. So after all this work -calls, follow up - we may get our $10 back. Place is dirty and obviously the kitchen is not clean if you end up with grease pencils in the sandwich. Service is incredibly slow through drive through as well. read more

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. I had an unpleasant experience with the lady on the phone at Burger King she told me too "get a life" and I was just asking a question about their food.
