Burger King - Ridiculously overpriced drinks came to more than the food crazy in this day and age especially for a fast food restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Dade City, Florida

Ordered a chocolate shake, drive though line was not busy but it was at a standstill. When I finally got the shake it was liquid soup. I thought because it was such a long wait between ordering and when it was made so I asked for it to be re-made and the response was "we just re-filled it so it comes out like that." My question is why even offer it as an option then. I've never asked for a refund in the drive through so it was a first for me but that took a long time as well. Just an absolute horrible experience. I'd rather be told the lie from McDonalds that their machine is down vs being served what i got. read more

I ordered 2 combos medium combo and a large combo 1 combo plan with a medium Strawberry lemonade that was not strawberry lemonade it was water The other combo a large combo but received a medium combo I did call this store and spoke to a crew memeber named Makayla she was very rude and didn't even let me get my sentence out about what was wrong with my food . Absolutely unacceptable. Made us wait in line an HOUR after shutting the door in my face (I had placed a walk in mobile order) just to tell us they were closing an hour early. When I told them I couldn't refund the order as I had already paid, they told me to pull forward and after another 15 minutes they gave me my food. EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. Was made incorrectly. I had ordered bacon on multiple items and none was found ANYWHERE, but the lettuce I asked to remove was on EVERYTHING. On top of being completely incorrect, all of the items had clearly been sitting out and were disgusting, with the fries especially being completely inedible. Worst Burger King I've EVER been to and a strong contender for worst fast food place that I've been to in my LIFE. Avoid at all costs. read more

I think they should rename these places to What's in the Bun King. I have such fond memories of growing up in Miami, where Burger King also got their start. A Whopper back then was char-broiled over a gas flame and tasted pretty darn good. And, as their slogan said, "It takes two hands to handle a Whopper!" Fast forward to modern times. I ordered a Whopper, with cheese. It's been quite a while since I'd eaten one. In fact, I purposely don't eat fast food that often. And now I'm reminded of why I don't! From the very first bite my taste buds were looking for the burger! I stopped and looked at this bun conundrum. Where's the beef?(sorry Wendy's) I could taste the lettuce, and tomato, and something, but it was NOT the taste of anything remotely hamburger-y! Oh, and there was a pronounced chiseled crunch of gristle. Gristle! That unpleasant rubbery feel between your teeth as you're trying to eat fibrous bits ground into the patty. Heck! I couldn't even taste the cheese! What the heck??? I challenge ANYONE to a test! Buy a Whopper, then go to a 'real' restaurant, or even better cook a hamburger from scratch at home. Then do a side-by-side taste test of each. You'll be immediately reminded of the difference between real food and a plasti-puck of flavored whatszit! Waited in dr thru for over 20min after we got food was cold.we did notice girl had all the bags of orders ready to go,so why did it take so long?.I believe management there is Inadequate this isn't first time this has happened we finally decided to speak out. Food is always okay. I mean it's Burger King. The reason I am making this review because as of today around 9:20pm on may 31st 2024 I had a pretty sad visit to this location. Food is fine, but what brought me to the edge was watching this black guy who I'd assume was the manager YELL and bitch out his employees for simple small mistakes. 1st window, I forget exactly what was said but it was something small, but the way he delivered the issue to his employee, it looked like she wanted to cry. Heart broke for her. 2nd window, started yelling at the employee about something small and wasn't even a big issue. She looked like she wanted to cry as well. I had enough at that point and went inside to ask said manager for the corporate number and again, this time yelling at the people making the food. He's fucking lucky he don't know it (no surprise there) and the bk# is useless online. Because I'd have his job in a matter of a few days. He said he only works weekends. I know yelp don't do anything for the employees but if someone can get me through to their HR or corporate, I would love to share my experience with them and hope to making it a better work environment for them because he was completely out of line. I understood his issues, but it's the way he delivered them and again, looked like it made his employees want to cry and that's unacceptable. read more

I went to this Burger King during a breakfast shift and my son with autism wanted chicken fries I asked the manager nicely if they could cook me an order of chicken fries and they said absolutely no problem. That's how you give class service to take care of the customer and understand our situation. In contrast the Burger King in Zephyrhills is an absolute nightmare it's amazing what a couple miles between two different stores does for service. I will definitely be giving my business only to the Burger King in Dade city and no longer the Zephyrhills even though it's a further drive by a few miles. read more

The manager and the cash register lady are so rude! Beyond disappointed, the old crew were so kind to me now these new people are plain disrespectful. I know as a fast food place worker people can be a pain but seeing me stand there, saying excuse me and you continuing to ignore me is beyond unprofessional, not to mention how rudely the manager denied my request of 3 sauces , I hope Burger King can really check in the manager, a manager should be professional and be respectful. I've been going to this Burger King for quite some time and all has been great. Good food, nice and friendly employees until recently. A lady by the name of Michelle seems to be Antagonistic and even vengeful toward me. Happened twice because I told her I didn't need a receipt. Kinda of odd domineering behavior. I will never order from this Burger King again. I waited in line with no issue and order all meals with no onions because we are allergic to onions, to my surprise when look at my order at the window that they all had onions. I then explained to the employee that we are allergic and that we had ordered them without onions because of our allergies. They processed to take my food back and correct my order or so so I thought. I get home and all are saying that they can't eat their burger because they smell onions and didn't want to chance having a reaction. I then asked to look at the inside of each burger and found remnants of onions. Thank goodness they did attempt to eat them. This is wrong on so many levels considering that I to told Burger King two times no onions and spoke directly to the employee. I believe I was handed back my same order after someone plucked out the onions out of my burgers. I wouldn't give them a 1 star rating but it wouldn't let me post this without it. read more
