Today being Sunday came in before church to grab a single small coffee. That one took 10 minutes due to two families ordering larger orders ahead of me. I would have liked to see the staff behind the counter who weren't busy just take 30 seconds to pour the coffee so I could get out of their way. But the staff members I had worked with both occasions were very friendly, so I can't really complain. I've been at much, much worse McDonald's locations.
