Went back after a long time away from this McDump. Order Big Mac wasn't big at all missing the middle bread and the meat was old. Also order it a meal so it came with fry's. The fry's had about 2 lbs of salt on them. Must be a bunch of left wing woke Dems working in there. The future of our country right there cant make fast food right. Well I will not be returning ever again! I attempted to return about month and half ago but sat in drive threw lane 2 while they took cars in drive threw 1. After getting skipped 5 cars I drove off. There is currently no heat at this location. It is freezing inside. It's unconscionable that the owner would make his employees work under these conditions, much less that he would force his customers to experience them. Not only does the individual freeze while sitting there, the food gets cold much more quickly. It is impossible to enjoy your visit to this location at this time. I suggest you find someplace where they're willing to turn on the heat to eat instead. read more

Service is WAY to slow food is never hot burgers are bland no flavor most of the time the food has been sitting forever in the cabinets NEVER changed out when they are supposed to be Nuggets are always super dry. I would highly avoid this McDonalds. read more

The service was bad. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, it shouldn't take that long if all the foods already made and we were really the only people there at the time. The place was a little dirty but overall clean for a McDonald's. The food was great and I have no complaints about it. The customer service at Outback Steakhouse is faster than this place. Placed an online order and used our points to get a frappe. The app had crashed and had deducted our points but the order didn't go through. We had walked in and got in line (There were two other groups in front of us.) it took around 10 minutes to actually get up to the register and we waited at least another 10 for the employee to come up and help us. When she came up and in a slightly rude attitude asked us what we would like we told her our situation, she said "I don't know how to do that.. Do you have a code?" We told her we didn't and our app had crashed. She then said they didn't have frappes? We decided to leave which was definitely a good idea since we would have to wait at least 20 minutes to get our food. The place was loud and fairly dirty. Stopped here on our way home and the tables were absolutely filthy, dried ketchup on the tables, food thrown onto the walls, old food on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. I was heading to work. Just wanted a cup of coffee. I proceed to the drive through. The person in front of my line (there were two lines) took forever. Ok. I waited patiently. I finally pull to the kiosk and the car in the other line is ordering. Again I wait patiently. They pull forward. Yay it's my turn. This location takes a very long time to get your food or drinks. Their buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich comes out cold and their drinks are not warm enough. The manager "guy with mustache" is very rude and needs to get "training". Breakfast sandwiches are very greasy and disgusting. Standard new age McDonald's with the fancy screens and furniture. Two experiences over the past week. One was a breakfast run on Thursday. Was simple, painless, and of expected quality. Today being Sunday came in before church to grab a single small coffee. That one took 10 minutes due to two families ordering larger orders ahead of me. I would have liked to see the staff behind the counter who weren't busy just take 30 seconds to pour the coffee so I could get out of their way. But the staff members I had worked with both occasions were very friendly, so I can't really complain. I've been at much, much worse McDonald's locations. read more

This place makes me so angry. Ordered a children's meal for my son but didn't want a drink. They said it was included and I had to have it. And... They added in a 30 cent up charge for the drink I didn't want. I told them I didn't want an up charge, and the girl told me that all drinks have an up charge. That's crap. Worst "fast food" experience ever! We waited 45 minutes to finally receive a completed correct order. Had to wait 30 minutes to get the first iteration of the order! The food and my wife's decaf coffee came out but apparently, they were out of regular coffee and had to brew more. This took more than 10 minutes. When I finally had to go up to the counter to request the coffee, they gave me a covered cup, and I asked if they had a microwave, as now my food was cold. The answer; I don't know! When it was established that a microwave was indeed present, my food was reheated and I went back to my table. When I uncovered my coffee, the requested cream and sugar were absent - black coffee! I AGAIN went up to the counter to complain. It required two requests to get this right. Never a big fan of fast food, I am swearing it off anywhere - for good. This place should just close. Today I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle and a 6 piece chicken nugget with Mac sauce on the side and a large coke. After paying for my meal I quickly drove to the next window to pick up my food. It took no time before I was given my food and off to my next stop where I would come to take a large bite out of what was the most salty cheese burger I've ever tried. I couldn't even keep the first bite in my mouth as I started coughing and almost choked on it. Luckily I had some chicken nuggets but wait there was no sauce and the chicken nuggets were bland. The only thing they got correct was the soda. I can't believe that McDonalds. They really messed up or deliberately added extra seasonings because of my request.
