It was absolutely delicious a great tasting White fish and as always yummy tartar sauce the JoJos were also very good and the chicken tenders were like a homemade cornmeal on the outside. The chicken is cooked to perfection every time we've had it. My husband says that Bresina's Carry Out is his favorite place to get broasted chicken. The breading on the fish is perfect: not too much, not too little. The tartar sauce is the bomb! I could eat (and do eat) it with everything! If you happen to be gluten-free, their menu also comes gluten-free, without the added cost. However, the best part of this place is its people. The staff is younger, but they know their stuff. Very friendly!

Our meal was interrupted by an employee watching something on their phone in speaker, but that was toward the end of our meal. The bathroom and the baby changing station were clean. The cheese curds are terrible I'm not sure why Culver seasons their cheese curds. The Culver's by Walmart is much better. I always get a great burger. Christy on the edges and HOT. I know, that sounds like a low bar to meet but it has been so hit and miss with other Culver locations that it was a shock to be presented with something that looked like the picture. It was full of ingredients and didn't look like a sad, sloppy mess or just a few items gingerly sprinkled on top and calling it a day (I've had to go up to the counter and ask for a redo at other locations because my cashew ice cream had no cashews, it is literally that bad at some places). This location got it right. It was so tasty from start to finish. Kudos to staff who were working the evening shift on 10/19/2025! You were all awesome!

He handled the matter appropriately and demonstrated the qualities of a professional and effective store leader. I did emphasize to Keith that I don't know what the employee may be going through, and my intention was simply to bring the situation to his attention. He did not make excuses but was also compassionate, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his employees and wants the best for his store. Writing a review really can help managers support their teams, so I encourage others not to write this store off if they have less-than-perfect experience. . . . Overall, I would typically rate this location five stars. The food is consistently good, ambiance is nice, and the majority of the team provides friendly and efficient service. While there have been a few occasions where my order was incorrect, even after being remade, I understand that mistakes can happen. That said, I do want to address a recent service issue that was disappointing. During a recent visit, my partner and I were assisted by a staff member named Shelby (red hair, mentioned only in case she was ringing under a different name). Her demeanor was noticeably unprofessional and unwelcoming. She appeared visibly irritated, was abrupt in her interactions, and handled items roughly, such as slamming cups, which made us uncomfortable as customers. We frequent this location approximately four times a week, and after this interaction, my partner returned on a separate day and experienced the same attitude. Given how often we visit and how much we generally enjoy this location, this was particularly disappointing. In fact, we found ourselves questioning whether we had done anything wrong during the ordering process due to the negative reaction we received. Because this is a small community with many regular customers who value this Jimmy John's, consistent and respectful customer service is especially important. For this reason, I am adjusting my rating to three stars. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended, to help improve the customer experience and support staff development moving forward.
