Sakura was definitely busy; we saw peeps from age 2 to 80 noshing on soups, salads, apps, udon, noodles, fried rice, hibachi dinners, along with sushi and rolls. For dinner we went with the Pink Lotus, East Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Spicy Crab Roll and Creamy Spider Roll. Our absolute fav was the Pink Lotus Roll (soy paper wrapped with Spicy tuna, shrimp tempura , cucumber and Avocado , topped with spicy crab, scallions and masago, served with spicy mayo and eel sauce); it was so well-balanced and delicious!! The chicken tikka tandoori comes with garlic naan which was a plus! The naan was crispy and chewy and the chicken was marinated well & wasn't dry. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken biryani. The rice was seasoned nicely and the chicken thigh was juicy and flavorful. The server's recommendation to pair the biryani with the raita was a game changer. The yogurt added that creaminess to the savory dish and the cucumber and onions made it refreshing! Not to mention, the portions are huge- I took it in a to go box so I can eat it for later.
