UPDATE: Keith, the manager, called and emailed me the very next day after I posted this review. I am adding a star as a result. He handled the matter appropriately and demonstrated the qualities of a professional and effective store leader. I did emphasize to Keith that I don't know what the employee may be going through, and my intention was simply to bring the situation to his attention. He did not make excuses but was also compassionate, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his employees and wants the best for his store. Writing a review really can help managers support their teams, so I encourage others not to write this store off if they have less-than-perfect experience. . . . Overall, I would typically rate this location five stars. The food is consistently good, ambiance is nice, and the majority of the team provides friendly and efficient service. While there have been a few occasions where my order was incorrect, even after being remade, I understand that mistakes can happen. That said, I do want to address a recent service issue that was disappointing. During a recent visit, my partner and I were assisted by a staff member named Shelby (red hair, mentioned only in case she was ringing under a different name). Her demeanor was noticeably unprofessional and unwelcoming. She appeared visibly irritated, was abrupt in her interactions, and handled items roughly, such as slamming cups, which made us uncomfortable as customers. We frequent this location approximately four times a week, and after this interaction, my partner returned on a separate day and experienced the same attitude. Given how often we visit and how much we generally enjoy this location, this was particularly disappointing. In fact, we found ourselves questioning whether we had done anything wrong during the ordering process due to the negative reaction we received. Because this is a small community with many regular customers who value this Jimmy John's, consistent and respectful customer service is especially important. For this reason, I am adjusting my rating to three stars. Ordered food. Never recieved. Owner and manager refused to give a refund. Very rude customer service. No food. No refund.

It's Jimmy Johns. Ok bread, decent fixings, better than subway. Pluses are you can get real Hellman's mayo and hot peppers Also important is you can order online and they deliver, which puts them at a four instead of a three. I used to love coming here but my last visit ended with finding what I believed to be a piece of human skin/scab? on my sandwich after already eating half of my sandwich I called and calmly explained what i happened to the manager (I confidently believe it was human skin) and the manager was not very empathetic but I was still given "credit" for my sandwich. They had me send a photo and basically mock the fact that I though it was human skin and asked if I sure it wasn't roast beef. It was definitely not. Same texture and veiny looking as human skin. I wish I could give ZERO stars. After placing an online order, which was delivered is a speedy fashion, the office discovered that BOTH of the sandwiches were very wrong, so we called the store. I have NEVER in my life, spoke to such a rude, snotty, disrespectful person aka "the GM". After explaining what happened, I was told "it was NOT her problem" and that she didn't need to do anything. Even after I explained to her I watched the person placing the order and saw each keystroke .. everything was entered correctly (I had to make sure the order was correct because of my diet restrictions).. I guess the customers are STILL wrong! Nothing was done and she had a super atrocious attitude. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. It is sad. Everything on our order was wrong, and when we called to have it corrected, the lady claiming to be the General Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, stating that she would not do anything to rectify this because this "isn't my problem". I have never been treated with such lack of customer service in Chippewa Falls and from the other reviews, I realize this is an ongoing problem that corporate really should look into. read more

This location is super disappointing. I have the same instructions for my delivery order every time and yet it never seems to be the same. Sometimes I get my delivery order in 5 minutes and other times I get it in 30 minutes. It's really hit or miss here, at its best. read more

My girlfriend and I eat here regularly and it is always clean, fast and fresh along with a friendly staff.

I can't eat gluten so the unwich is my go to for fast healthy food. Today I ordered the unwich exactly the same as I always do. When I opened it, it was made out of mostly shredded lettuce so even though it was wrapped in paper it fell apart when I tried to eat it. I didn't think it was possible to mess up an unwich but I guess they found a way. I called to complain because this is the worst lettuce wrap I'd ever had and they said they changed their policy on how they make an unwich. They didn't try to do anything to fix the situation! Disgusting!!!!! Their shredded lettuce also tastes like dirt, not exaggerating. read more
