What can I say it's a McDonald's. It's lower quality food you get that with McDonald's. But it comes out quick and the people are for the most part nice. Sometimes something will be missing. Sometimes there will be a crap ton of sauce on my sandwich. But it's not that big of a deal. Mistakes happen and this place is for the most part very well ran. Oh and this is a really great place to hang out at. Most fast food places are dirty and suck. But this place has tvs, clean tables, and I very nice seating arrangement. It's one of the only places I would actually sit at to eat. This McDonald's will continue to get my business. read more

I went into McDonald's after my 12 hour shift, at first it wasn't bad. The guy at the counter was nice. After waiting 25 mins with NO ONE IN THERE and I only got the cheeseburger deal. After asking about it this girl with split dye black and blonde hair screamed at me profusely saying I quote, "do you want me to refund your food or would you like to be kicked out" after she said this her manager continued to tell her that's not how you treat the customer after keeping their food THEY PAYED FOR. This is not a review based on food quality. It doesn't have to do with clean bathrooms or a glitz storefront. This is about the integrity of people. Friday, when distracted from paying attention to it, my wife accidentally threw her wallet into the trash with her tray. She didn't realize it was missing until she got home...then was unsure where/when it disappeared. Unfortunately, there was no phone contact info in it, just multiple credit cards, cash, drivers license... If that's ever happened to you, you'll understand how unfun it can be. The next day she stopped by...not expecting anything. To her great surprise, not only was her wallet there but it was fully intact BECAUSE the person who was working the night shift spotted it in the garbage, took it out, and cleaned it up, and turned it in...complete...to his manager. The staff even refused a reward saying, "That's what we do..." Way to go! read more

Everytime I come here it is always a rush you in and out. I couldn't even ask a question about something they just heard me say "big Mac" And rang that up lady was very rude. I didn't want a big Mac, but when I tried to say that she just cocked an attitude with me so I just got it. I was hungry had no time to argue. 3 stars for food, but knocking two starts off for the crappy employees you have working. I will go to other McDonalds but I am done going to this one. I try to go through this drive thru early in the morning, The arches are on but the coffee is never turned on. Then they try to add to the cup as it is making the coffee. Way to strong. 7-10 minute wait for sandwich. I grit my teeth every morning on my way to work, when I try again and stop. I have been going here for decades, finally had enough. read more

Stopped here 2 mornings in a row- Saturday and Sunday and both mornings I had the WORST biscuit ever from a McDonalds. Super hard and crunchy and stale. This is a 24 drive thru and on Sunday morning there was a line of about 6 cars and around a 7 minute wait. So glad I had to wait that long for that boulder of a biscuit read more

So disgusted. Ordered two plain cheese burgers with ONLY pickle. Pull up to the drivethru window. There I see two young people, feeling each other up and kissing! Another employee had to come take over the headset. He looked very upset, and had no idea where I was at in my order. They hadn't even taken my card since they were "too busy". I call and tell the manager. Then I get home, go through the bag and realize I have two cheeseburgers with only ketchup, and onion. I go through the drivethru again, and explain the situation. The girl laughs, and I go to the window. It's the same girl who messed it up and was kissing the guy the first time! I take my food, then pull over to double check. Again! Two cheeseburgers with pickle, onion, and ketchup. I call again, since the lobby was locked. The manager then laughed and said I could either come back through, or she could mail be some coupons. She said it was a miscommunication. EVEN THOUGH I had clearly stated my order, she repeated it back, and I said yes. The second time. So I go back through the whole 10 car wait. To have the girl smirk at me and hand me my food. I pull over. The order is correct. But one sad pickle in the middle of the burgers, and the messed up ones the second time had four pickles on each. This McDonald's is the dirtiest I have ever seen. There were 3 people eating in the whole place at 12:30 pm. Every table was filthy. The little games for kids to play were so gross that I would not let my grandson touch them. The drinking dispensers were nothing but solid dried on soda. The ketchup dispenser covered in old dried ketchup. The counter around the area was disgusting. The floors through out the place were so filthy. The windows were embarrassingly dirty inside and out. The last straw was the bathroom. Unbelievable! The filth and dust on the back of the toilets made me want to throw up the awful meal I had eaten. With the place being so slow and a lunch time, there is no excuse for this place to be so dirty. I will NEVER go back to this one and neither should anyone. read more
