Wanting a large burger my husband tried a different fast food place on his way home but the line was super long and no one was moving. He whipped his vehicle around and headed for Burger King and was able to get a TRIPLE burger within a few short minutes. The service was prompt and kind and the vegetables were fresh. When we got in line there were three cars ahead of us. About every 10 minutes a car would be allowed to pull forward. After we finally got to the order screen and ordered we were told to wait to pull forward. When we were finally allowed to pull forward there was no one in line. So they are only able to help one customer at a time and they get dinged for the time customers wait at the window. So I think they wait to submit your order when they are ready to make it. They seem to only worry about metrics and not customer service. This location has been getting worse. I will no longer give them any of my business. read more

just went thru with my boyfriend. I handed him my phone to show the lady a coupon and she took it right out of his hand. If I was in the driver seat I would have snatched that shit right back and said something. Should not be allowed. I sanitized my whole phone and still don't want to use it. There's nothing to scan so if they can't read the code they always ask me but this lady felt the need to take the phone without saying anything and bring it into the window. Disgusting. read more

The old slogan was Have it Your Way. I see the new "You Rule" is hogwash too. In the drive through I ordered a Whooper and said I wanted it on a Jr Whopper bun. You would have thought I'd ask them to cut their fingers off. I told them I get them that way all the time (never in Bonham but all over North Texas) and the girl on the mic, and then the "I'm the manager and we aren't going to do it" spoke up and these people were mad that I insisted that's want I wanted. Anyway I asked for the owners phone number. Was told I wasn't going to get it but the manger said her name is Taya (may not be the correct spelling). The a group of people get so pissed that I asked for a different bun, and then followed with I get that done all the time, no big deal. Anyway, I didn't get an food. It's a waste of a new building if they won't hire competent managers. Drive through with two lanes but still have to wait too long. I drove away because three vehicles didn't move I had time to wait at the stop light make my turns into the parking lot and still no movement in the line. They suck. This has to be the worst place Ive ever been to. I have ate here for over 4 years, it has got worse and worse. I went for breakfast this morning. Its the second time in 2 weeks now. The girl was serving the drive tru and clearly saw me walk in. She never once aknowledged me. I just stood and stood and no one came so I left. On the way out a lady rudely said that this was the second time I had been there with an attitude. Well maybe some peoples levels of service are higher than others but its the second time they ignor people at the counter because the drive thru is being taken care of. One oerson working when it is 7:30 am and people are trying to get to work..Its supposed to be fast food !!! So I give it one star for service and you have to wonder why McDonalds is so busy that the line is usually 5 deep at the counter and this store is usually empty. read more

Food is generally good BUT watch out for what they charge you. I ordered 6 whoppers during a #2 for $6 special and they tried to charge me full price. When I challenged that I was told you have to ask for the special. Perhaps they should update their posters..... read more

ok so i visited this location twice today. The first time to order my food I got to work with my order. First my burger was cold and then on top of that it was pink... like okay let me take it back and let them fix it. I thought i try and give them a call so they would know id be back at some point today. call them and the phone is disconnected. So about an hour later I get back to the window to explain my situation and everything seemed a if it was being handle and thought for sure it be cause I saw a lady whom i know of and she is a current manager there. As I wait they asked me to pull to the front and that they will bring my food out as soon as its done, i agree and pulled to the front. A lady brings the food out everything looks okay from what I can see... I get back to work sit down look at the food and snack on it as i work and I then get a phone call from my sister who is in the present of the manger i know of and she is bragging about how they messed up on peoples orders and that " yall don't wanna know how he remade her order" and laughing it off like its some kind of joke or that's its okay to play with other peoples food. I'm beyond livid and sick to my belly. Ive reached out to someone higher than them and i hope i get this handle asap. read more
