From the moment my husband and I sat in Mo's section, Mo was friendly, personable and attentive. I drink a lot of water with my dinner and not having to ask for refills was great. Mo was on top of it the entire time, all while still ensuring her other customers had what they needed too. This visit was prior to the doors opening for Kane Brown's show. They were very busy but yet Mo still managed to make me feel like I was the most important customer (I observed her doing this for all her customers). Very pleasant and very efficient! Greatly appreciated. When it was determined that my host did not have a chance to add comp for my dinner, Mo offered to try to take care of arranging it on her end. This service has never been offered previously by any other staff member at any location at Choctaw. When Mo was unsuccessful (to no fault of hers!), Allison tried. Not only did Allison try, she also came over to explain all the details and all with a smile! In the end, I went to the Rewards Club, but Mo and Allison tried really hard to resolve for me. I asked what beers were available. Bartender seemed upset to have to tell me the beer list. Noticed the bartender's not bussing the dirty dishes on the bar. Several bar guest had to sit at the bar with previous guests dirty dishes in front of them. Very disappointing experience. I'm sure Guy Fieri would not be happy with this location.
