Ate lunch here as it seemed like the best options in the Choctaw Casino. It had the longest line which is usually a good thing. Order was taken quickly and food was prepared within a few minutes. The burger was good and no complaints. I personally thought the fries were not hot or fresh. They got cold before I could eat them and I am a fast eater. It's located inside of Choctaw. The line was pretty long for dinner time but I didn't mind the wait. I was expecting more flavor in the burger though. I feel like I had to douse it in ketchup and mustard. I didn't think the double avocado bacon club would have a different bun that seemed more healthy lol. The brussel sprouts were good. I like the light crispy pieces. I do like how there are lots of options! I would've wanted to order the sweet potato fries. Maybe I would've liked just the classic but that'll be another time. I visited this location between 1:30 PM and 2:02 PM on July 25th. I informed the cashier that I'm allergic to yellow cheese and specifically asked for pepper jack cheese on my hamburger.When my food was brought out, it had yellow cheese on it. I told the lady who brought the food, and she said they would change it. But when she came back, they had simply placed a slice of white cheese on top of the yellow cheese -- they didn't even remake the burger. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous, considering I clearly stated I have a food allergy.They called the manager, Dustin Hicks, who completely dismissed the situation and told me that I "should have told them," even though I did tell the cashier at the beginning. He didn't apologize or take any responsibility for what happened.This kind of carelessness can put someone's health at serious risk. 5-12-2022 - Located in the Choctaw casino foodcourt directly across from the bowling lanes. Definitely try to eat at off hours, or there will be a long line. During my short stay I went twice and there was only one cashier both times. Even though the wait to order is long the food didn't take too long to come out. The fries come in two sizes, regular and large. The regular size was a good amount. The large to go portion fries appeared to be same in size as the regular. When you dine in the food is brought to your table. If you order to go you get a pager and can pick up your food at the counter. The turkey burger was juicy and had good flavor. The sweet potato fries were crispy, delicious and not greasy. I order a side of ranch to enjoy with the fries. The second time we ordered to go and the food was consistent and just as satisfying the second time. For To go orders, burgers are wrapped in paper and served in a bag. Fountain and bottle drinks are available for purchase. You can definitely bring in your drink from the casino. Use your club rewards and points at the register to apply to your purchase. The staff was friendly helpful and the seating area was clean, I observed the tables being cleared and cleaned regularly. This is a great option in the food court. read more

There was a long line but it moved quickly. Got a double Smashburger and rosemary fries. The burger was delivered to our table piping hot. The patties had a nice sear which created an amazingly good flavor. We have had the same Smashburger at a different location and it was not as good because the patties were not seared well. Went here on a Friday night and this place is packed, but because they have only 1 cashier working it. I waited around 15 minutes to order the food which is not too bad. I ordered the avocado bacon sandwich, with the fries and peanut butter shake. It was $20 dollars which is pretty pricey. I got my food, but the burger was dry, shake was awesome, fries was good. Couldn't not stop at smash burger during our stay in Durant! After the movies, we headed straight to the food court around 3 PM. This place is always packed, but food comes out fast and hot! I ordered the Colorado Burger which is Angus Beef, topped with green chilies, melted aged cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a spicy chipotle bun. And my brother order the Single Bacon Burger smash that had applewood bacon inside! We also ordered a side of the smash fries that were tossed in olive oil and rosemary and garlic! The waiting line was quite long as it was the weekend, but it was well worth the wait. The food was great as always, we got the Single classic, double classic, double bacon, some fries and shakes. Although there was a slight hiccup being that since the machine malfunctioned, I didn't get my vanilla shake on time, but when I asked the cashiers about it, they went and promptly made my shake, and even gave us a free fountain drink as an apology. Side of smash fries. Fries were tossed in garlic, olive oil and rosemary. While a litte greasy, they were tasty. Burger was average. I prefer Whataburger over a Smashburger. My kids prefer Mooyah. The burger was also so overloaded with salt I couldn't stomach more than two bites, and the fries also had very little/almost no Rosemary on them. You're going to be waiting a while. At all the casino restaurants there is major long wait times. We waited an hour after the 30 minute line paying 40$ for two cheese burgers, small fry, and two melted milk shakes. Everything was pretty good minus the meaty shakes that they tried to keep in the freezer while the rest of the food cooked, but it was such a long wait that the staff cannot keep up. I've never seen staff take such a beating of constant customers, and still remain kind, and diligent. The cashier, and the woman putting together orders/delivering to the tables honestly were all stars, and deserve one heck of a raise. I'd have clocked out, and called it a day facing that massive line of customers for hours with no end in sight. Also while having hangry customers sitting at the tables watching them work. Tried this place for the first time last night. The food was a little on the pricey side, especially the onion haystacks. You get a tiny side order for $2.49, so save your money and go anywhere else for onion rings. It did taste good, though; I got the build your own grilled chicken sandwich with just tomato, onion, and barbecue sauce. Despite my simple order, they still forgot the barbecue sauce. The only reason for two stars instead of one is because the wait was short and the chicken was really well seasoned. However, I woke up with food poisoning, so maybe that's what I get for ordering chicken at a burger place? I'm not a red meat eater, but my husband is, so that was the main reason we went. Probably won't be going there again, but if I do, maybe I'll fork out the extra dollar for a black bean burger. read more
