The kitchen staff gets the food out very promptly and the bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy were all cooked and seasoned to perfection! Everything was so good that I drove through a flooding deluge of rain and lightning to eat there the next morning! Chris remembered me(after only one visit) and greeted me by name! I will definitely be eating here on every trip I make to Durant!

Excellent food, and a very large selection of craft beers from Oklahoma. The price is very reasonable for a pub style restaurant, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I'd highly recommend Old Ice House to anyone looking for a good place to relax and listen to great music. They also have a large collection of vinyl LPs for sale. When I came by, there were many locals frequenting this restaurant. For me that says a lot! The chicken tacos with chips and salsa I ordered was exceptionally good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling through town for the first time! This is a great restaurant with plenty of history and great food! read more
