I had a cheeseburger and I was in heaven. Fresh meat melted American cheese, mustard for me, plus onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Fresh bun, my oh, my. Fries were probably frozen, but the burger more than made for that fact and I ate them all. Spousal unit had the fish dinner with salad bar. Yes, a great salad bar! He said the fruit was obviously fresh as it had flavor. The fish he said was delicious and wondered if it was fresh as well. He got mashed potatoes and green beans as his side. Iced tea was brewed not instant. They are open from 5:30am - 8pm. I highly recommend this place. Clean, well-staffed with friendly people and good cooks. The sign is small and black but is to the left as you enter the parking lot. The other Uncle Bs is downtown Pottsboro in a former church building. The place is quite nice and clean and cute with good food. Alcohol is not served but you can byob. The other location has a bar. The server on Sunday was pleasant and welcoming. Leathery undercooked pepper, barely melted cheese, but well seasoned beef on the bottom. I've eaten chile relleno from coast to coast, first restaurant that served it without lightly frying it.
