I found it to be an excellent burger with a side of fries Hubby had a smoked pork sandwich. To die for! That's what I will get next time. The RV park is amazing. Very clean and well kept. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, no trash around the campground. We love coming here and will be back frequently. We have ate at the cafe and we were off season in October so it was empty, but service was great and food was delicious. They are closed for the season In November thru spring which is understandable. Been to the Marina in season and very nice people always had ice when we needed to buy it. Wonderful place all around can't wait to come back! read more

This place changed ownership over the past year, or so, and it is a great cafe! Floating on the lake, it is super casual with good food & extremely friendly service. I have only been here for breakfast, but it definitely hits the spot. This morning I had the Spanish omelette w/ hash browns & toast, and I cleaned my plate. I tried the pancakes also, which were SO delicious. The owner's mother makes homemade pies, and I hear they go pretty quickly! We were able to order one for a birthday & are so excited to be able to have it for a special dessert. Never come here. Everyone in the restaurant was waiting an hour plus for food after ordering. And it came out cold. Multiple people would leave before getting food. Only received our food after complaining to someone (lack of manager). Pankackes and omelette don't take long to make....wish it could be no stars. read more

The Marina and the staff were outstanding and we enjoyed the food and hospitality. One of the guides either directly on indirectly associated with the Marina left 4 teenage boys on the pier because he double booked and chose to take his buddies versus the kids. I spoke with this guide weekly beginning 7/1/19 via text and voice but he was clueless when we approached him at the marina about the fishing trip booked for 7/28/19 at 0615. I'll be happy to provide the text data or even the phone records including voice messages we received. From the feedback we received after the fact, this is not uncommon with this guide. Even though the guide attempted to get another fisherman to take the boys fishing, he was unable. He stated that he'd try to get back early to take the boys fishing ooa 1100 to 1200. We left the marina at 1130 to return home without a final update to fish in the afternoon versus the am. I'd recommend you use anyone other than Stan Constant. He is unorganized, aloof, has limited communication skills...either cell, text, or voice. Expect more feedback on Yelp reference Stan's professionalism and business acumen. The marina and staff get a 5 star and Stan gets a 0 star. read more

Went on a weekend morning when we were in the area and wanted to try a new breakfast place. Everything was very ok but they were severely understaffed. The waitress who was on did a great job but they need to hire some flex staff to man the store area and help out in the dining area. Overall it was average to below average. Please staff more appropriately so there are not tables with dishes stacked on them. read more

This is a great place if you are out on Lake Texoma on the Oklahoma side and you want a good meal at a good price. The cafe is a floating cafe which is part of the Alberta Creek Resort. I have eaten here a couple of times and have gotten great food and service. I like the meaty burgers they have. The cafe walls are lined with pictures and fish that people have caught out on Lake Texoma. The waitress I had was funny and flirty which made our whole group laugh the whole time. If you are in a boat they have free slips where you can park your boat while you eat. They also have car parking if you drive but the car parking can be tough if you are there on the weekends in the summer as the lot is always packed! read more

I'm a frequent visitor of The Creek every season. This is one of the most hospitable establishments I've ever been too. They wait staff inside as well as the outside dock hands go above and beyond to make sure you get the hometown southern hospitality feel. Amazing food and affordable prices are the cherry on top. For a place that is so far off the beaten path, it has some of the best food around. The view, while you eat, is great. You can literally watch the lake and the everyday happenings the entire time if you wish. The food is a little (very little) on the high end of the normal prices you'd expect to pay for the type of food you order. When they bring your food to you, you'll realize why it's pricier. The smell is heavenly, it has a more than adequate presentation and the taste is always amazing. They use fresh ingredients and real meat (cut potatoes to make fries, etc.) while also having "Special of the Day" items that should always be considered. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Try and sit in Christine's section and if she isn't working, come back when she is. She'll take good care of you. read more

First time to come to Alberta Creek Cafe....probably won't be back. Menu was not as advertised on website. Stated had steaks, seafood, etc., was really in the mood for a steak. When we arrived staff was friendly and were seated promptly. Ordered drinks that were brought out in small plastic cups. when given menu, noticed there weronly a few salads and sandwich/burger choices and there was one dish with fish filets and another with chicken tenders. When asked if another menu was available was told that was the only menu they had. One of us ordered fish and the other two ordered chicken sandwiches. Food arrived promptly and was very good, but not at all what we had expected restaurant to have after consulting the website. They need to check the website and revise so others aren't expecting to have an upscale meal and be let down by the menu choices. Floating in the middle of Lake Texoma is one damn good place to eat. They have everything you'd expect from a marina cafe, like chicken fried steaks, sandwiches, and a hamburger that seriously rivals some of the better burgers I've had in Dallas, but they come real strong with some of the things you wouldn't expect. For one, the Prime Rib is on point. I ordered mine medium rare, and it was perfectly cooked and presented. Can't go wrong with that. Steaks are great, and this place should seriously be famous for their Catfish Alberta. Its really hard to explain how good this is. Salmon, Lobster, and the fresh seafood that they have delivered weekly is always dependable. The folks on the other side at Lowes put a lot of money into their new palace of lake dining, but in my opinion, the food is nowhere close to being in the same ballpark as Alberta Creek. read more

We love the convenience of this café and have never had a bad meal there but the service is lacking. Several of the waitresses are not friendly and act like we were an inconvenience to them. The place looks like it needs a good cleaning as there are cobwebs all over the décor. read more

This floating café is open and ready to serve. The food was good and the staff extremely attentive and friendly. We enjoyed Southern Catfish with all the trimmings and then a great breakfast the next morning of Belgium Waffles & French Toast, both w/ crispy bacon. The food was fresh and hot and served with a smile. Sitting near the window watching the boats come and go was so much fun and the atmosphere in this resort marina was fun. Best food on lake texoma. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are wonderful. The staff is super friendly. My family and I also rented a pontoon while we were there and had a blast! I thought the marina was very clean and well kept. The trailer we stayed in was a little out of date but other than that everything was awesome! Absolutely can not wait to go back this summer! read more
