I have visited the Bonham location several times. They started out great, good service, excellent food & courteous staff. But the last 2 or 3 times I've been there, things keep getting worse. Today, I waited for 25 min for my curbside order to be delivered. I finally gave up &went inside to check on the order only to find that it had been sitting for who knows how long, waiting to be delivered. The cashier refused to provide a fresh order that was hot and didn't even apologize for the wait just told me that since it was an online order I would have to take my complaints online. My first visit to the NEWlY opened Location here in Bonham Texas. Should've Stayed Closed until the COOKS were FULLY trained..... Whataburger - Pretty Damn GROSS!!! - Burgers Near Me - Bonham, Texas

Worst drive thru ever. The concept of fast food is lost on this Wataburger. At 2:00 pm we got in line behind 4 cars and ordered a simple vanilla shake. That's all. It took 15 minutes for us to move to the window. When we finally got there, NOBODY greeted us or even looked at us. We could see employees moving around inside but there was absolutely no attention given to the drive thru window. By this time, there were 4 or 5 cars behind us. We gave them 2 minutes and we left and went to Braums. We were on a tight schedule and needed to be back on the road and we were so sad that we wasted our time at there. read more

I've been here a few times since they opened, and to be quite honest they should have stayed closed and done more training. My order has been messed up every single time I have been here, the employees are less than helpful, and on top of that, they won't even let you use your rewards app for the chain. Makes no sense. Worst customer service, I was in the drive through for more than 40 minutes and I eventually went in to get a refund because they for some reason could not get my food out to me when the cars behind me got their food. I got my drinks first so the whole time they were melting. And I got one meal, one only one and it took them forever. I never got my food end up getting a refund. I do not recommend going to this Whataburger they do not know what they're doing obviously! Took them to long and they have no clue what they're doing. read more

Run! Our order was wrong-on the burger that was supposed to have ketchup and cheese had no cheese nor ketchup and had so much mustard we were scraping it off. We literally could not eat the fries because they were so salty. The Diet Coke was flat, AND we all ended up sick in the night. read more

Have been to several whataburgers over the years, never had a good burger so I decided not to go. Last night, my wife and I got in to town real late and the only thing really open was Whataburger here in Bonham. We walk in, a lady is there waiting for her order, we waited for someone to show up at the counter to take ours. 5 minutes has gone by since walking in. We gave out order (to eat inside), girl still waiting for her food. About 7-10 more minutes the girl gets her order and it wasnt even but 1 to go bag. Back to ours. We are sitting at the table, and finally ours comes out, in to go bags. Mind you, when we walked in, there was 1 girl waiting and then us. We saw 1 car in the drive thru. We asked why they didnt bring us on a tray. No explanation other than a dumb look. She brought us a tray. We opened our "dine-in" bags of food. Onion rings burned pretty bad that you could smell, and see, how bad. We told the girl we wanted fresh, Not burned- onion rings. She said it was due to a "change over" I called in Quality control problems. What we heard, and saw, was people standing around and some were talking about someones birthday party. No change over, not even working, just standing around and they couldnt get our order in time? No wonder the other girl had to stand there so long. Burgers again- subpar. The only saving grace about this disgusting place was the actual onion rings. read more

Literally the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been too. At first I thought it was because they just opened and I was giving them Grace but 6 months later still takes forever to take your order and get your food out. I've sat in the drive through for over 30 mins with only a few people ahead of me before. I like their food so it's disappointing.
