Hahaha! A Burger King review...and I'm not even the first to review it! =) I echo the sentiments about the Angus Burger. More like Anus Burger...there was just something not beef-like about it and it was disconcerting. Also, I'm still not sure whether I thought it was cute or way peculiar that the guy cleaning the windows inside the restaurant seemed to be the cashier's boyfriend and not an employee. Is he that in love that he's willing to clean windows to be with her? OR is he so insecure that he has to follow her to work and does stuff around the place so it doesn't seem too stalker-like? Whopper here, whopper there, whopper everywhere! HAVE IT YOUR WAY. This is where people come for whoppers, right? I personally have never eaten a whopper, but the photo makes them look pretty tasty... I would never come close to eating one because they are easily 700 calories...maybe more. Though, there are a few other better options, that are for the diet esque. For example, cheeseburgers! Chicken sandwiches, salads, and many others... Food in last month got really nasty! Customer service is also bad. I don't recommend this place. If you order two meals. You would expect to be allowed to get to type of sauces one for each order. After shopping we decided to grab a bite to eat and usually we don't eat fast food anymore and the only reason we stopped here is we hadn't ate since early morning. 1st thing we drive up to the window and no one approaches for 3 minutes 2nd we ordered #1's whopper meals with cheese and one cut in half (mine) we park and guess what No Cheese! And my sandwich the meat is cut in half not the whole sandwich, the sandwiches were made sloppy and it honestly looked like a 4 yr old put it together. I'll never patronize this place again. Burger King #4273 Factoria Mall, 4015 128th Avenue S.E., Bellevue, Washington 98006-6125. I ordered a regular breakfast combo from Shift Manager Cindy [order #200]. The order comes with coffee. I am Mormon and cannot drink coffee because of religious restrictions. I explained this to Cindy and asked to substitute a small soda for that. She refused and said I HAD TO BUY a soda in addition to the coffee in the meal. She was very rude and condescending lecturing me on how "her" franchise doesn't do that for Mormons... Ordered original chicken sandwich and fries from drive-thru. Chicken was cold, not even warm. Bread was hard. Lettuce was sparse, old, and bitter. I'm extremely disappointed and baffled by how this place turned from a ok place to chow down to completely ignorant staff members & a unpleasant recent experience. 1st off i'd like to say i've been coming to this BK since i was a child. In 2013 i noticed a change in service and food. Mainly the service. They are teenagers working here who stand around doing nothing. One of which is a young man who did nothing but stand around for 10 minutes while i waited to be asked "How may i help you". He did not once come over to greet me. He just stood there a few feet away. There was a few other people in line who also were waiting and did not get served. I left and i think one other gentleman did too after getting so fed up waiting. The food has always been ok. Recently i noticed my food didn't look as greasy as past years but the food is mediocre now. The place needs a new remodel badly. The seats are hard and very outdated. There's hardly any customers in the place anymore and very few people behind the counter serving food. I've never been the one who goes through the drive thru here but in the past the lines use to be horribly long and very slow. Now there's almost no backup. Overall i wish management did a better job training its employee's because its the service that should determine if you'd want to come back or not besides the quality of the food. If I could give ZERO STARS.. I would. I pull up to the drive thru window and it took approximately 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. I ordered and included the sauces in my order. I then pull up to the window (mind you, I am the only person in the entire drive thru other than the car ahead of me that I watched pay then waited 5 minutes for them to receive their food). Once it is my turn to pay, the cashier doesn't say one single word to me. Takes my money then goes back to bullshitting with his coworkers. He then does something with the cash till as I wait and see my food waiting under the food warmer. He finally hands me my bag without looking at me and talking to his coworkers and forgot my sauces. I asked for the sauces, he gave one OF the two. I asked for the other and he hands it to me. He did not say ONE SINGLE WORD IN THIS ENTIRE TRANSACTION. I would never write a poor review, but if I am a paying customer, I at least expect a "hello". The customer is CLEARLY of no importance here and urgency is beyond lacking at this location. "Fast food my ass" I will include, there was nothing wrong with the food. It was the service I received. They have ZERO pride in their job. read more

I don't know the girls name that works here at night but she deserves 5 stars! She is a complete sweetheart and always makes my food fresh for me when I come by after work. It's always done rite also when she is working! Very smart and customer orientated person. She deserves a raise and a better job! I have had burger king countless times, so I had typical fast food expectations. the experience I had today at this location was fantastic. the person taking my order, his name was Henry,was energetic and enthusiastic. after paying, he addressed me by name and was very polite. I was given my food by a middle aged woman who was very approachable and gave off a sense that she actually cared if I was satisfied. my experience here today was above most any fast food experience I have ever had. They are closed at 8:45 PM door was locked. The manager like Asian guy wearing glasses around 50 was so rude at drive thru. He did not take my order because he does not understand my English. I asked him to use pen to write down if he do not get it. Then he got angry and refused to place an order. There was another person standing at window asking for a cup of water. This manager was so rude to him too. I tried to place an order for him also but he refuse ignoring me. I report to the police as harrassment, but did not do anything about it. I don not recommend this place because of this manager and he is trying to control in his way which is not corporate wishes. read more

It's Burger King! Everyone should know it and have experienced it at least once. This particular Burger King has done well by me for the past year or so. I usually pick my girlfriend up after her classes so we can spend the day together. If I haven't eaten yet, sometimes we'll stop by here to grab something. Because of our semi-frequent appearances, it seems the staff has remembered our preferences (including zesty sauce in our orders since I always ask for it). The service is reliable and friendly, though it's obviously not a fine-dining experience. As for the food, it's classic BK. It's a tasty meal- but it's probably nothing you're not already used to, and it most certainly won't be winning any Michelin stars soon. Sometimes they'll oversalt the fries here, but they're usually pretty good about serving up food that you won't mind munching on. My only gripes are the cheesy posters I'm forced to look at everytime I pull through the drive through. Something about "OMG Flavor" and "LOL @ Hunger" makes me squirm. read more

Stopped by this location to take advantage of coupon of 2 Original Chicken sandwiches with small fries (which is new in latest leaflet from BK). When received just sandwiches I asked for fries. When questioned this snooty guy Brad showed me some old ticket (previous leaflet I guess) showing just sandwiches. He also added comment "You see just sandwiches, You see, sorry". They seriously treat their employees awfully which is a huge turn off. They are so rude to them in front of us customers and their employees are like high school and college kids and it isn't their fault the place is so understaffed. They also aren't that nice to customers either. There is only one kid working cashier and handing orders out and they get blamed when they are doing the best they can. What's worse is that customers are rude to them too and impatient when it isn't their fault their food isn't ready and there is only one of them working the front. It's managements fault. They don't even seem to care when a customer is unhappy and waiting forever for ice cream. Their soft serve is 50 cents in the summer but it isn't as good as other soft serves and it looks poorly made appearance wise. I don't want to eat at a disorganized place where everyone's yelling and freaking out. They get orders wrong too. People have to wait like 20 minutes for their food so you might as well go to a sit down place with waiters. Their food isn't even good and definitely not worth waiting so long for. My advice, don't come here. Go to red robin instead. Or even McDonald's. read more

This place is pretty bad, and I honestly have pretty low expectations for fast food restaurants. Went in and ordered- they forgot about our food which was whatever, we're patient. My husband asked an employee where we could find a high chair, the guy said to look around, as if we didn't already. Ha. So my husband looked again and nothing. Inconvenienced, the employee looked in the back and said he didn't know where it went. Fine, I can put the baby on my lap no biggy. When my husband reminded them about our food 25 minutes later, they started to hand him a bag of food when one of the employees said to another, "wait! Did that one have the bad fries?" This place has gone down hill so badly it isn't worth eating at. At 9:00 on a Thursday night I waited 15 minutes, after placing my order, to get through 4 cars in the drive through, no apology, just a demand for my money. When I asked why I had to wait 15 minutes I got a shrug and when I asked if my meal was ready, not quite. This place is Standard at best, but can be a nightmare on lesser days. The Dinning room is constantly dirty (Trash Bins overflowing), The waiting time can sometimes be way too long even if there is no other customers currently in waiting since some of the staff there like to stay in the back, and lastly there is no real respect for the customers an example being during the period in which I was supposedly enjoying my meal, they would clean too close too where I reside. Maybe this is the norm in all fast foods or maybe just Burger King, but one thing is for certain, I will not go there for my meals anymore. read more

Went to Bk to get our favorite sandwich the Italian Chicken on special buy 1 get 1 free, when we got there the girl said the price went up then I ordered 2 ITALIAN Chicken sandwiches and got 2 free with it, but when I got all the way home I had 4 original chicken sandwiches, my husband called to let them know we did not get what we ordered, and the girl I believe Amanda was her name, basically called me a liar said That's not what I ordered, when everyone in the car in drive thru clearly heard what I ordered, then was very rude to my husband, he kindly asked her to take his name and asked if she wanted his # and she replied Naaaahhhh! then bye and hung up on him!! Being our first visit I clearly will never go back to this BK again. Ive read several reviews on this store and it looks like I'm not the only one who dislikes this store.
