Just another fast food restaurant, nothing special about it. We usually come because of coupons. It is a great deal with 2 whooper meals for $10 bucks. We also enjoyed the breakfast as it is way better than McDonald's. read more

Hahaha! A Burger King review...and I'm not even the first to review it! =) I echo the sentiments about the Angus Burger. More like Anus Burger...there was just something not beef-like about it and it was disconcerting. Also, I'm still not sure whether I thought it was cute or way peculiar that the guy cleaning the windows inside the restaurant seemed to be the cashier's boyfriend and not an employee. Is he that in love that he's willing to clean windows to be with her? OR is he so insecure that he has to follow her to work and does stuff around the place so it doesn't seem too stalker-like? I dunno. I just know I don't like windex in my anus burger. read more

Worst visit to a Burger King I can ever recall. It was like the keystone cops. People running around, and no one doing anything. Just drive on by this location, you have been warned! read more

Whopper here, whopper there, whopper everywhere! HAVE IT YOUR WAY. This is where people come for whoppers, right? I personally have never eaten a whopper, but the photo makes them look pretty tasty... I would never come close to eating one because they are easily 700 calories...maybe more. Though, there are a few other better options, that are for the diet esque. For example, cheeseburgers! Chicken sandwiches, salads, and many others... When I was younger, I ate their chicken fingers ALL THE TIME. I also recall their cheese fries...cheese powder to be exact. Not a bad thing! I want to try their dutch apple pies...and funnel cake stix. read more

Once a year. That's how often you should go to Burger King. Even that may be pushing it but the one thing they have is the very specific tasting Whopper. Can't be replicated. Even when it was one of the more sad looking burgers I've seen in a while. Somehow they managed to give me a stale piece of bread after having to give me an entire new burger for messing the first one up. I didn't exactly order a humdinger of a custom burger either. Whopper with cheese and bacon...please. Not even close. On the plus side there is an indoor playground, so at least your kids will shut up for 20 minutes. My review just made me lower the star count. read more

Why do I love Burger King? The answer is simple: 20 piece chicken nuggets for 3 bucks. Thank you Burger King for being so gracious and so dang tasty. read more

Fuck this place. This place got a fucking attitude because of a cup of water. Don't come here, just go to a different Burger King. Don't waste your time here. They can't even get an order right. So yes. Fuck this place. I'm saving your money and your time. read more

This burger king like many others cant get your order correct ordered a #2 a double whopper easy simple and what do i get a fucking single whopper. Its not the first time but it will be the last time read more

Yeah, it's fast food, but I'm not a snob. Sometimes you need food fast and don't care if Anthony Bourdain would approve. This location beats other fast food drive-thrus due to the infectious friendliness of its crews, short lines, and absence of "this is worse than I expected" food experiences. read more

Went to drive through last night. The guy Darryl? Was super awesome! Great customer service! And very personable.

Horribly slow. It took 35 minutes from start to get my order in the drive through! Totally unacceptable!

I was with my friends today and I was disgusted by this place. They were so rude and didn't even have manners. The person who took our order was so rude and gave us a random meal instead of the one we actually ordered. read more

For those who like going to Burger King and like their meals, the great thing about Burger King is that no matter what location you go to everything is pretty much the same. Always friendly & helpful service, good burgers, OK prices, free WiFi, lots of parking, easy access to major roads, large selection of breakfast & meals and fast service. The shakes are always great and there are a few healthy menu items to chose from Burger Kings menu. read more

This place is filthy. The ventilation is dirty. The trays are sticky. The service is slow. Can't imagine what the kitchen might look like. Someone clean this place. read more

Burger King - Breathe on this. This is the ventilation screen in front of the store. Food was actually fresh today. Service is usually slow here. - Burgers Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

Food in last month got really nasty! Customer service is also bad. I don't recommend this place. If you order two meals. You would expect to be allowed to get to type of sauces one for each order. But this place does not care they will only give you one. And if you ask for ketchup they will only give you one. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

After shopping we decided to grab a bite to eat and usually we don't eat fast food anymore and the only reason we stopped here is we hadn't ate since early morning. 1st thing we drive up to the window and no one approaches for 3 minutes 2nd we ordered #1's whopper meals with cheese and one cut in half (mine) we park and guess what No Cheese! And my sandwich the meat is cut in half not the whole sandwich, the sandwiches were made sloppy and it honestly looked like a 4 yr old put it together. I'll never patronize this place again. What happened to hiring people who honestly cared about its customers....oh I forgot that doesn't exist anymore!!! read more

i work right by here and i have had the pleasure of indulging in the "chessy tots" YUM! cheesy potato(e)y goodness!! i like charbroiled burgers and you can't beat the crown shaped chicken nugs. if you got $5 and a little bit of hungertation (hunger + irritation from it) then you have a winner here folks!! read more

Burger King #4273 Factoria Mall, 4015 128th Avenue S.E., Bellevue, Washington 98006-6125. I ordered a regular breakfast combo from Shift Manager Cindy [order #200]. The order comes with coffee. I am Mormon and cannot drink coffee because of religious restrictions. I explained this to Cindy and asked to substitute a small soda for that. She refused and said I HAD TO BUY a soda in addition to the coffee in the meal. She was very rude and condescending lecturing me on how "her" franchise doesn't do that for Mormons... I am a person too and this was a horrid attitude and very poor service! read more

Mr Kitty is awesome. Hilarious and isn't boring. Thanks for making my day. I miss customer service staff as funny as you. Keep up the good the work! read more

Probably the best BK overall in town. I've never been inside, but doing drive-through after shopping at the mall or after a long Cougar Mountain hike, they've never screwed up and have proven to be fast as hell giving me those no mayo whopper Jrs. Mmmmm. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! They do not know how to manage business when they are busy and to keep customer orders flowing smoothly and customers happy! Do not deserve one star! read more

Ok... Don't know where to start.. The first thing is that the customer service is not good toooooo rude specially Cindy we have been buying burgers from this is store for more then one year and now she doesn't want to accept our coupon on the app. I don't understand why Burger King makes an app for the coupon if the store doesn't accept it. Just bad. There is so many things that I want to say about this store but I'm already tired to write to many essays. And by the way fix the button because she keeps telling me that a button doesn't work but I told her that I'm just a customer am not there for fixing stuff. read more

I'm extremely disappointed and baffled by how this place turned from a ok place to chow down to completely ignorant staff members & a unpleasant recent experience. 1st off i'd like to say i've been coming to this BK since i was a child. In 2013 i noticed a change in service and food. Mainly the service. They are teenagers working here who stand around doing nothing. One of which is a young man who did nothing but stand around for 10 minutes while i waited to be asked "How may i help you". He did not once come over to greet me. He just stood there a few feet away. There was a few other people in line who also were waiting and did not get served. I left and i think one other gentleman did too after getting so fed up waiting. The food has always been ok. Recently i noticed my food didn't look as greasy as past years but the food is mediocre now. The place needs a new remodel badly. The seats are hard and very outdated. There's hardly any customers in the place anymore and very few people behind the counter serving food. I've never been the one who goes through the drive thru here but in the past the lines use to be horribly long and very slow. Now there's almost no backup. Overall i wish management did a better job training its employee's because its the service that should determine if you'd want to come back or not besides the quality of the food. I do not feel welcomed here & will not be coming back. read more

Customer service was horrible. I went to buy burgers at night. At that time, there was an elder woman who receive my order and she yell at me when i cant hear hear voice. No more second time here. She was yelling in a rude way. read more

Ordered original chicken sandwich and fries from drive-thru. Chicken was cold, not even warm. Bread was hard. Lettuce was sparse, old, and bitter. What amazes me is how this store can stay in business. I've had bad fast-food in the past from other places, but this BK has gotta be the worse I have ever experienced. read more

This Burger King is my favorite. Why? All the time burgers are fresh and good quality. Employees are very polite and funny. After visit this Burger King I have very good mood for rest of the day. read more

I don't know the girls name that works here at night but she deserves 5 stars! She is a complete sweetheart and always makes my food fresh for me when I come by after work. It's always done rite also when she is working! Very smart and customer orientated person. She deserves a raise and a better job! She provides better service at this Burger King then I have gotten at Ruth Chris lol... I see her taking my money then washing her hands and running back to cook my food fresh. Very hard worker who knows how to treat a customer! What ever your name is, thank you very much for the great service mam :) its greatly appreciated :))))) read more

If I could give ZERO STARS.. I would. I pull up to the drive thru window and it took approximately 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. I ordered and included the sauces in my order. I then pull up to the window (mind you, I am the only person in the entire drive thru other than the car ahead of me that I watched pay then waited 5 minutes for them to receive their food). Once it is my turn to pay, the cashier doesn't say one single word to me. Takes my money then goes back to bullshitting with his coworkers. He then does something with the cash till as I wait and see my food waiting under the food warmer. He finally hands me my bag without looking at me and talking to his coworkers and forgot my sauces. I asked for the sauces, he gave one OF the two. I asked for the other and he hands it to me. He did not say ONE SINGLE WORD IN THIS ENTIRE TRANSACTION. I would never write a poor review, but if I am a paying customer, I at least expect a "hello". The customer is CLEARLY of no importance here and urgency is beyond lacking at this location. "Fast food my ass" I will include, there was nothing wrong with the food. It was the service I received. They have ZERO pride in their job. read more

It's BK, you know what to expect. I gave it 5 stars because of Robert. He was the friendliest cashier ever! He deserves 5 stars.

I would not give any stars but the system require at least one star . The staff messed up my order but they deny it . With really bad attitude. They made mistake but never admitted . No apologize , worst service ever . Try to avoid this location if you have choice. Worst employee ever . read more

I have had burger king countless times, so I had typical fast food expectations. the experience I had today at this location was fantastic. the person taking my order, his name was Henry, was energetic and enthusiastic. after paying, he addressed me by name and was very polite. I was given my food by a middle aged woman who was very approachable and gave off a sense that she actually cared if I was satisfied. my experience here today was above most any fast food experience I have ever had. Thank you! read more

They are closed at 8:45 PM door was locked. The manager like Asian guy wearing glasses around 50 was so rude at drive thru. He did not take my order because he does not understand my English. I asked him to use pen to write down if he do not get it. Then he got angry and refused to place an order. There was another person standing at window asking for a cup of water. This manager was so rude to him too. I tried to place an order for him also but he refuse ignoring me. I report to the police as harrassment, but did not do anything about it. I don not recommend this place because of this manager and he is trying to control in his way which is not corporate wishes. read more

It's Burger King! Everyone should know it and have experienced it at least once. This particular Burger King has done well by me for the past year or so. I usually pick my girlfriend up after her classes so we can spend the day together. If I haven't eaten yet, sometimes we'll stop by here to grab something. Because of our semi-frequent appearances, it seems the staff has remembered our preferences (including zesty sauce in our orders since I always ask for it). The service is reliable and friendly, though it's obviously not a fine-dining experience. As for the food, it's classic BK. It's a tasty meal- but it's probably nothing you're not already used to, and it most certainly won't be winning any Michelin stars soon. Sometimes they'll oversalt the fries here, but they're usually pretty good about serving up food that you won't mind munching on. My only gripes are the cheesy posters I'm forced to look at everytime I pull through the drive through. Something about "OMG Flavor" and "LOL @ Hunger" makes me squirm. read more

I like this place, good food, staff isn't bad. Even though I used to work here and ended on bad terms, I still come here for the location, food. It's close by to major shopping and bus routes, best of all it's cheap and fresh. read more

Stopped by this location to take advantage of coupon of 2 Original Chicken sandwiches with small fries (which is new in latest leaflet from BK). When received just sandwiches I asked for fries. When questioned this snooty guy Brad showed me some old ticket (previous leaflet I guess) showing just sandwiches. He also added comment "You see just sandwiches, You see, sorry". I don't need to be humiliated by some guy who either knows what he is doing and make me look stupid or just is simply ignorant. I would rate it 0 if I could. read more

They seriously treat their employees awfully which is a huge turn off. They are so rude to them in front of us customers and their employees are like high school and college kids and it isn't their fault the place is so understaffed. They also aren't that nice to customers either. There is only one kid working cashier and handing orders out and they get blamed when they are doing the best they can. What's worse is that customers are rude to them too and impatient when it isn't their fault their food isn't ready and there is only one of them working the front. It's managements fault. They don't even seem to care when a customer is unhappy and waiting forever for ice cream. Their soft serve is 50 cents in the summer but it isn't as good as other soft serves and it looks poorly made appearance wise. I don't want to eat at a disorganized place where everyone's yelling and freaking out. They get orders wrong too. People have to wait like 20 minutes for their food so you might as well go to a sit down place with waiters. Their food isn't even good and definitely not worth waiting so long for. My advice, don't come here. Go to red robin instead. Or even McDonald's. read more

Worst BK I have ever been to. Why is the bread always stale?! And the food is slopped together in the worst way possible.

This place is pretty bad, and I honestly have pretty low expectations for fast food restaurants. Went in and ordered- they forgot about our food which was whatever, we're patient. My husband asked an employee where we could find a high chair, the guy said to look around, as if we didn't already. Ha. So my husband looked again and nothing. Inconvenienced, the employee looked in the back and said he didn't know where it went. Fine, I can put the baby on my lap no biggy. When my husband reminded them about our food 25 minutes later, they started to hand him a bag of food when one of the employees said to another, "wait! Did that one have the bad fries?" She grabbed the bag back and switched out the fries. They were just rude, plus what the heck are bad fries lol?! We will never eat there again. read more

This place has gone down hill so badly it isn't worth eating at. At 9:00 on a Thursday night I waited 15 minutes, after placing my order, to get through 4 cars in the drive through, no apology, just a demand for my money. When I asked why I had to wait 15 minutes I got a shrug and when I asked if my meal was ready, not quite. With that, I told the incompetent at the drive though that I wasn't interested in waiting, took back my money and left. I will not be back. read more
