I took advantage of a coupon deal the nearby Market 32 offers. On the back of their register receipts, they sometimes offer coupons for this specific Burger King: $5 chicken sandwich combo meals, and $6 Whopper combo meals. These are pretty good deals, roughly half the cost of ordering either of these otherwise. My order was prepared properly and came out pretty quickly. After I placed my order, as the woman manning the register was stepping away, I added that I was dining in. She said, "Ok," and she walked away from the counter area. She never came back the entire time I was eating there. The guy who eventually handed me my meal had no idea I had requested a tray. He also had to take over at the counter for orders after a number of other customers came in and had been standing at the counter for a while. At the same time, I saw that the line at the drive-thru had backed up. While the meal was ok, I noticed the chicken sandwiches had shrunk in size yet again. The fries were reasonably crispy, could have been slightly crispier, and very salty. I was disappointed that the fountain beverages did not include iced tea, and the soda tasted slightly watered down. It's not really worth it for me to come here often, though I'll continue to consider it with a decent coupon. read more

There were quite a few employees behind the counter- including a manager. I was the only customer in the dining room. I approached the counter and my order was taken promptly by the manager. There was a lot of fooling around and laughing with the employees and the manager. I placed my order and paid. Within a very short time my order was handed to me So far so good. However, my order was prepared completely incorrectly! I didn't realize it until I sat down and unwrapped it. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to bring the food back to the counter so I ended up throwing most of it away. There should have been a lot less fooling around and far more attention paid to accurately processing the order. I checked the receipt and the manager who had taken my order actually was the one who made the mistake. Not a good look for a manager! This is not the first time this particular location has disappointed me. I had actually stayed away for quite a long time but figured I'd give them one more try. Once again they blew it and have lost me as a customer forever. There's a competitor right up the street and that's where I will be heading in the future. read more

In short : BUGS BUGS BUGS. Long rolly polys, (centipedes), ants, bigger ants with wings. GROSS. Food came out hot through drive through and fresh, during the short wait my boyfriend stayed in car waiting for the food and I went inside to use the bathroom. Walking through and down the hall & in bathroom there were bugs all over the floor. The man's wanted a video but they don't come up well, took one anyways. After rolling around in dirt oil and grease pulling a tranny earths surface had less bugs on it than this here floor. People were nice, asked for a sauce and got a single one. thanks I guess. But all in all if there's bugs all over the bathroom, hall, eating area, I don't wanna know what it's like in the kitchen. After ordering at the drive through, I drove away while opening the bag (a whopper meal, minus some ingredients on the sandwich). The sandwich was prepared with everything on it. Tight on time to be at my next appointment, I didn't have time to go back - have meal remade - and eat lunch before my next appointment. So I returned and asked for a refund. After waiting a couple of minutes - I was presented with a new bag of food - and a coupon for a free future meal. I truly believe the manager meant well, but I had asked for a refund and that should have been honored. Having no time for lunch, the new bag of food went into the trash, with the coupon, and I'm out $13+. It's not worth my time to drive back to argue this, but it would be nice if they would honor a customer's request after the establishment made the error. read more

After many visits there was an awful experience, I can't lie. Employees were nice people but do not go here. Service made me wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and left out several parts of the order. Didn't even give the receipt. My opinion might chance if the wronging of my order is corrected but if not I will never visit this Burger King or another for that matter and I urge everyone not to as well. Came in last night, maybe 6:00 ish. Staff is curt with other staff who isn't labeling burgers. He's just hurling them wrapped into the prepped food area. That's on them--internal stuff. The same young woman (20 ish) assks another staff to un glove to do some task. After about 8 minute wait--I'm the only customer in the store the whole time my order is taken. I want two mini shakes. Who wouldn't want a mini shake? I notice the staff is ungloved (the 20ish year old woman who is directing her coworkers to do a better job). She's filling up fry orders ungloved. She's supposed to make my shake. An older lady takes over the shake making--appears from out back sort of frazzled. Works on the side lines and hands me my shakes without gloves, hands touching the cups. Big puddle of chocolate syrup at the bottom of the shakes. I mention she's ungloved and she takes great offense--only the people out back wear gloves. "My hands only touched the cup part." So much for cross contamination, epidemiology. No whipped cream like the picture to boot. (That's on request she says, slams the whip cream container on the counter, sprays it haphazardly into the cups). i shake my head--gloved workers making burgers. Ungloved loading fries --saw the fries touch her bare hands multiple times. Ungloved making my shake. Yuck. Defensive and antagonistic about simple query. Avoid this place-it's gross on a Sunday late afternoon early evening. Feel free manager person to just watch the instore video if you've got it. I think asking food prep people, in the time of Covid , to wear gloves when prepping food at a national chain, serving it, touching it as I clearly saw --might be reasonable. Don't you? Typical BK fare. I ordered through the drive through and when I went to pick up my order, the server would not talk to me. Did not confirm the cost of my order or what was ordered. No thank you. No welcome. Totally silent. Poor customer service when you cannot provide simple cordial greetings. This is why Chick-fil-a continues to knock it down. read more

Good grief I'm glad I didn't have to eat here. I only stopped in to use the restroom and the place was disgustingly filthy. The trash bins in the restaurant were overflowing. After an extensive remodel, this restaurant has improved immensely. It is cleaner, more open, seating is now varied with both booths and regular tables along with a center bar style area. Colors are also updated and there is a TV that plays CNN, I would have rather had the local feed, but it is better than nothing. Staff also seems to be more helpful than previous. Went here with my daughter as we had a quick lunch break together and took separate cars - convenient - not my choice but hers - walked in around 2 pm, not very busy so we figured it would be fast (drive thru was busy) - ordered meal number 9 which is the crispy chicken sandwich and asked for no tomato - was supposed to have potato bun, lettuce, mayo and a crispy chicken filet - my daughter ordered the crispy chicken club on sourdough - when our food was ready, she got hers fine and loved it - mine was "altered" to read on the receipt "original chicken sandwich" meal (which is meal number 8) - which is a chopped chicken patty on a sesame seed longer roll with shredded lettuce and mayo - not the same thing at all - I did not have time to argue or go back (there was a line at that time) but disappointed - I ate it anyway because at that point, it was have that or have nothing so....but I hate when people take it upon themselves to change things because perhaps it is easier than "have it your way" would be (and this looked like a manager not a regular employee based on the shirt he was wearing) - anyway, it was filling but not great - it was okay - restaurant was clean and service was fairly fast read more

Night shift drive thru clerk needs to hit the un employment line. She clearly doesn't give a crap about customer service or her job so i say provide with a short cut to the door and fire her asap. Ive gone thru this drive thru a few times in the past 3-4 months and its always her. She speaks so fast on the intercom i cant understand and feel rushed often getting less than i want. Once at the window no greeting what so ever and she pretty much just starts handing you stuff faster than you can take. I feel like shes about ready to just toss everything thru the window so she can get back to plying with her smart phone. Tonight will be the last time i go here untill she no longer works there. The franchise owner should visit his drive thru at this location some night to see for his/ her self. read more
