I went here on a Sunday afternoon, around 3pm. This place is kind of deep in Chesapeake so I was hoping the food would be worth it. We sat inside which was a typical burger joint setting , some booths and some tables, plenty of room. We ordered mozzarella sticks a classic burger meal and a bacon burger meal with an Oreo shake. The mozzarella sticks were very mid and the cashier forgot to give us the marinara sauce so I wouldn't order these again. The burger was a 5/10 nothing special about it, I like how fresh it was but I think hardees has got them beat for the cheeseburgers. The fries were good nothing to complain about there. The best part of this meal was the Oreo shake, it was thick and pretty good.Overall I wasn't over the moon for this place and for it to be about 25 min from my place I wouldn't go back, even though I am always willing to travel for good food. read more

My husband and I had the original burger combo and the western burger combo as well as a chocolate shake. The staff was working HARD! They almost seemed a little understaffed for the volume of people they were serving which is my only feedback- our ticket took about 30 minutes to fulfill. The dining room did need a quick wipe down as well, but again, the staff was stretched and may need to discuss strategies. The food was amazing. The patties were well seasoned, had those crispy fried edges and juicy middle. The sauce profile on both sandwiches was something you'll crave. Our onion rings were huge and crisp as were the fries. i'm being genuine when i ask this: are they paying people for positive reviews? ordered a bacon burger at the drive-thru. there were two cars in front of me and it took fifteen minutes to get to the window. got my food, parked, and saw they forgot the bacon. went back through the drive-thru, and the manager(?) seemed incredulous, and asked for the burger back. after a few minutes, i got my burger back! i am not being dramatic, the bacon was jerky. i cannot believe someone would serve this garbage, it was disgusting. don't waste your money. read more

Food was not bad, but service was a bit slow considering that almost no one was in line or waiting. We went on a slow weeknight and was surprised to see several people come in from the drive through with mistakes to their orders. Also, the guests after us waited a long time for their food as well. Always a long line in the drive thru, and now I see why. Excellent burgers. Smash burgers, so recommend 2 patties. House sauce on them very good. Nice fresh veggies. Good fries. Limited menu, but all good that we tried. No tea, just sodas to drink. The restaurant is an old Burger King, not changed so still fast-foodie. This was probably the best bacon cheeseburger I've had in a long time. It was excellent. Juicy, tender, delicious and perfect size! The fries were also bomb. Upon entering its very obvious this is not a regular burger joint. You don't hear all the beeping and buzzing nosies that you normally hear in the background. It's also very clean inside. The gentleman that took our order was very nice and very informative. He told me they make there own ranch and they use a very high quality of meat that is never frozen. I compared it to my hometown favorite, In and Out. He was very confident and said they are better than In and Out. I really wanted that to be true. But unfortunately it's not. That doesn't mean it isn't good. It was good but if the high quality meat wasn't over cooked then the burger would have been juicy instead of dry. But I would still recommend it. I was driving on Great Bridge Blvd and this gem caught my eye and appetite. As expected, it was pretty busy being that it was lunch time (12-1pm). I went through the drive-thru and noticed they have a variety of combo meals and milkshakes. I ended up getting the classic combo. The price was decent and the portion size was more than enough. My burger was so good; you can taste the freshness. I'd give the fries a 4 out 5z. The wait time was about 12 mins but being that everything is made fresh and it was peak hour for lunch it's definitely understandable. Customer service was top notch and friendly. Service was friendly and efficient and the restaurant decor straightforward, an old Burger King if I recall correctly. The burgers were solid and the fries cooked perfectly: I opted for lettuce instead of bun for my burger and it was great, nice to have a healthier option. The price was pretty high as it was $50 for myself and 3 kids, if there was a child option it wasn't obvious or offered. So to spend $12 on a 6 year old who wouldn't eat the whole meal is a little ridiculous. My older boys had milkshakes for dessert, about $6 each so add that on to the total but they were pretty tasty and they had some unusual flavors. Really a four star, but I boosted it to five to balance out some of the silly reviews I'm seeing. Better than expected. I'd call it slightly elevated fast food that's served fresh, so you might have to wait around for a bit. If you're the type that hates slow service don't go there at the regular meal times. Go at an off time and you'll probably be happier. Those complaining about the cleanliness I didn't notice anything worrisome. It was rough around the edges in a few places, but you can find things to nitpick about any restaurant of this quality. Overall I'd rate it average. The food was good. The bacon cheeseburger really good. You can taste the freshness of the patties. All of the ingredients they used were delicious. Surprisingly good. For my personal preference I would have preferred slightly less seasoning on the patties, but that's personal taste and in no way ruined the experience. I would rate the burgers very good. The fries were your standard golden fries. Cooked perfect, nice and crisp, served hot. My small complaint was the ketchup packets they use are kind of off brand. Didn't taste the best, but didn't ruin the fries. I'd rate them good. My son got a Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake. Not what I would have chosen, but nice to see they have some interesting variety. I had a sip and it was a really good milkshake. Very good for a fast food adjacent milkshake. I'd rate it very good. Price. I saw a lot of people complaining about price. If you're looking for a value go get a Wendy's biggie bag. The prices here are not cheap, but I didn't find them unreasonable.
