Just a good old fashioned hamburger and crunchy fries! I totally don't understand any negative reviews about this place. People are awesome incredibly kind. This place is had a lot of bad luck with fires and such. The inside has been redone and it's very comfortable and open. The service is fast and friendly. We have not tried the drive-through yet, but I suppose that that would be a quick way to pick up a burger and head on home! Tried this place the other day. Wasn't expecting much, just HOPED it would be quick, as I was at work and didnt want to waste time driving further North. Idk if it was my initial low level of expectation or what, but this place was great! Fries were great, burger was definitely one of the better Ive ever had, and food came out surprisingly fast. THEY LOADED THE BAG WITH CONDIMENTS (pet peeve of mine when they dont put any in or even ask...). I will definitely be back! Hopefully on the regular. Came here for a quick lunch during work today. I had never been to Burger Box so I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the number 8 large combo and was very surprised with what I got! The burger was tasty and so were the fries, not too salty which was awesome. I wish I had saved room for a shake or ice cream since it looked good, but maybe next time. The staff was friendly and you could tell they were working hard on their orders. I recommend this burger box location to anyone looking for a decent burger! read more

I'm thinking maybe the three employees in the kitchen don't think anyone else in Texas speaks Spanish, but they should probably be a little more careful when making lude and disrespectful comments about people's wives. Lesson learned, leave females in the car and deliver the food if you really want to eat here; otherwise you'll have to deal with staring into the open kitchen and making sure they don't add special sauce to your burger. I'm pretty judgmental, especially when it comes to burgers. Went there tonight for a quick burger for the first time in over 25 years. Got it to go, ordered their big Texas burger with jalapeños and caramelized onions. Got home and quickly realized it was not big at all and my morale was shot right through the heart . However, it was pure juicy greasy delightful greatness! First impressions did not serve this burger well and to tell y'all the truth, my fat butt didn't need anymore, but I guarantee I get the double next time. Service was great and friendly. Great milk shakes wish they were opened for breakfast consistently. Sometimes I have went by and they are closed when they should be open.

Best Burger!! I ordered a Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and I must say this meal was incredible. The burger was made fresh off the grill with a seasoning blend to kill for. The chili cheese fries gave you that midwest coney island flavor. They are currently remodeling but the atmosphere was very entertaining with Elvis memorabilia throughout. Onions, cheddar, barbecue sauce. ..so get it home and the bacon burger order was right,but the DBL had no jalapenos. OK no biggie, but the # 8 , the one ordered as it comes had nothing except sautéed onions...a skinny piece of meat...no cheddar, no veggies. no sauce of any kind no ANYTHING...just a sad piece of meeat, a few sautéed onions and two dry buns. WT? I will say the place was packed, Elvis sang to me in the window, the guy who took my order was nice as could be and manager came to chat. Maybe they got distracted...who knows. I like this Burger Box. Staff is friendly and quick service. Burgers are good. I can't believe I've read bad reviews on burgers. It's nothing fancy but it's a good American hamburger made with real hamburger meat. My food is always fresh. I don't mind waiting a minute or two for fresh food that's one of the things I like about this place. I don't want something that's been sitting in a warmer all day. I've only tried burgers and fries at this location. I like the updated look. Much better than the location I used to always frequent in Euless as far as looks. My husband and I have been coming to this Burger Box for years and have always been pleased with the overall quality. Unfortunatley, this location is under new ownership and apparently they have NOT trained their staff on how to make malts or milkshakes. On Saturday, February 19, I ordered two medium chocolate malts. It took approximately 7 minutes for the team to make the malts and when they delivered the drinks, they were the consistency of chocolate milk. Seriously, I am not kidding ..... there was no ice cream in the malts. I took off one of the lids and inserted the straw to show how watery it was and the clerk offered to remake them After 5 minutes, she returned them to me even more watered down. I think the drinks were made with whipped cream because they were barely cold. I finally just gave up. While I can't speak for the rest of their food, do not waste your time or money ordering a milk shake or malt. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 26 minutes. Only three cars in front of me and at one point there was two spaces in front of me while I still sat at the order menu waiting for someone to come back after saying "Be with you shortly". Shortly was 12 minutes. As a previous restaurant owner I can easily say this was the worse drive thru I've ever been in. Curly Haired teenager whatever his name was just eyed me like I stole his French fries. Long story short sat another 5 minutes at window and gave up.
