We were not greeted upon entering, and when my sister approached the register to ask about her pickup order, the employee behind the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. After my sister explained she had received the pickup email about two weeks ago, the employee immediately said orders are automatically refunded after one week if not picked up. She didn't even bother checking to see if the order might still be there. On top of that, the store itself felt very dim and dingy. The lighting was poor, and several pieces of luggage on display looked dirty and used, especially the wheels. Overall, not a pleasant shopping experience and unfortunately not a place I would return to.

In general, Nordstrom Rack has great deals on clothing, shoes, and items for the home. This…read morelocation, in particular, is conveniently inside the White Plains City Center on the first floor. However, the lines for the checkout are always very long and I often find that the clothing section is disorganized (especially in the sale section). Still, the folks with whom I have interacted in this store (cashier, fitting room attendant) have been friendly.

This was an incredible experience here at Brook brothers. I've been shopping there for years and…read moreneeded an emergency suit for a musical performance. Long story short, Michael the salesman helped me pick out two suits at an incredible deal. Additionally, they help me find matching shirt and bowtie. The suits fit amazing but needed slight tailoring. Because I was in an extreme rush they agreed to finish the tailoring as soon as possible. It was all done and bagged up for me in 30 minutes while I went and grabbed food. I can't stress enough how awesome it was working with the manager and Michael salesman. I will have these suits for years thanks guys!! Sidenote, I came in quite flustered and they're confidence and calmness helped to make the whole process go very smooth and quickly. They have a decent amount of handicap and regular parking spots. They also have elevators as well. I was briefly browsing the different departments. They have three floors with different departments such as a kids/toy section, shoe department, cosmetics department, women's and men's department. Everything was well organized and there seemed to be plenty of staff to assist with purchases. I didn't interact with the employees as I was just passing through.
