I would say the price is pretty reasonable. With the coupon, it's even better. Staff are nice and friendly. Pretty efficient. Store is huge. 2 levels. I enjoy shopping in there.

I always thought it just a tiny apparel store, but it was actually a full on departmental store, spreading over two floors. Alongside apparel, they had sections like home goods, home decor, toys, bay section including babyrus, shoes, luggage and so much more. The customer service was on second floor and the checkout area was on first floor. They had several self checkout kiosks too. As I explored through the store, I found it mostly clean and organized. They had lots of good discount and deals in almost all sections. The apparel inventory seemed underwhelming to me, as the quality and design were not the best. Home decor section was most impressive to me. I found pair of blackout curtains for a really good price. We also got to use the $10 discount coupon that we received from the Customer Service desk. Overall I had a very pleasant first time experience and will be stopping by more often when I am in Bergen Town Center.

It is incredibly organized. I think this Marshalls is going to be one of my favorites from now on. I went looking for some jewelry, a pair of shorts for myself, and a hair scarf for one of my daughters, and I found almost everything I needed. I also walked through almost every section of the store and really liked it. Can't push a cart down them…read more Aisles are super tight even trying to turn a corner in the back and employees are unpacking stuff near aisles or in them and can't access them. Honestly the store can be a HOT Mess. Some good finds but most of the time it frustrating. Only like 1 or 2 cashiers most of the time as well. The shoe aisles obviously you can't tell people are stealing the shoes and leaving their old ones in them. Tons of Empty boxes. There really needs to be a change up on the floor plan on that store. It's unorganized and just frustrating walking around it.

As another reviewer indicated almost five years ago, they will harass you to no end for an email address at checkout. During a recent visit, the cashier I photographed was so insistent and persistent, that we had to leave the item on the counter and walk out. We couldn't just purchase something. The cashier demanded we give our email address. Saying "no" once, twice or twenty times won't matter. It's harassment! If the culture here comes from corporate Hot Topic as a driver for marketing purposes, it's quite extreme. You're literally losing sales and customers.
