Prices are great compared to many other stores that sell shoes, sneakers and other footwear. Stack that with coupons and rewards from their program and you can really get amazing deals. I've bought shoes for my kids here and gotten multiple pairs for the price of a single pair at other stores. The checkout line can be long on weekends, but it moves. Stop by on a weekday evening and there is no line. Besides the great prices, there really is a nice selection. Sometimes, I have issues with buying footwear because it might not look right for me. After having…read morebrought working shoes with a steel toe, I ended up returning them the next day because it is a bit too heavy with assurance from my mother to help me find the right shoes for me. With my parents, I went shopping at the Palisades Mall at DSW to buy working shoes for my two jobs. I looked around various brands before finding a pair of Skechers shoes with anti-slip soles. I showed them to my parents before they found me another pair from the same brand with material that allows air to circulate around my toes during the summer. All despite my reservations because as a cart attendant in one job and a concession worker in another, I run the respective risks of having my toes run over by the carts I prepare and hot liquid splashing on my feet. Nevertheless, I took the shoes as appreciation for the love my parents gave me and went to the cashier to pay for the shoes so my family and I can go to the food court for lunch. What I like about the store is because there are more options to select from the variety of shoes than in other places such as Famous Footwear and Payless. On the other hand, finding the shoes can be daunting and you'll probably have a difficult time finding a particular shoe in the right size you wear. It wouldn't matter cause there are so many options to choose from.

Not sure why, but anywhere you go, girls clothes are always cuter!!! They do have an amazing selection of boys clothes though!!! Staff is constantly cleaning up and putting clothes back where they belong. They also make sure that everything is folded properly. All in all a very nice store. I would be very careful at this store location…read more The alleged manager goes by the name of Alex with blond twisted hair. He's great helping you order something online, or helping you to find something in store. But should you have any issues with anything bought here beware. He ordered me a pair of sneakers that they had online, but not in store. He seemed great, and pleasant etc. Shortly after getting the sneaker, and finally opening the box to wear the sneaker, they didn't look anything close to the photo online. I decided it wasn't for me. At that time I read up and found the return policy to be 60 days. I went on about my usual business until I needed to go to the mall again, in which I called their customer service to verify since by that time I had misplaced the invoice/receipt, and brought the shoe in for return shortly after 30 days. He automatically said no. I said but I spoke to customer service this morning. He began lying that without the receipt there's no way he could even pull up the item or return it. I said so can you call customer service since they said it was possible. He said sure no problem. This dude! Picked up the phone and automatically started talking ( he had someone on hold!). He then walked off into the back of the store ( no longer visible) and walked back out, and said it's not possible I can't return it. I end up leaving the store calling customer service, who ends up sending him the invoice they pulling up with my phone number. He then claims its been over 30 days he doesn't know if he can take it back now etc. Customer service tells him to do it as a one time courtesy. Blah blah blah another 30 minutes later after babysitting him and thank goodness I kept them on the phone he completes my return! MORAL OF THE STORY: If you are not 100000% sure of the product you are purchasing, avoid this location, and this deceiving con artist of a manager. He will lie and avoid processing your return at all costs. I will never step foot in this champs store again.

There's always a mix of apparel, collectibles, mugs, snacks, plushes, and random things you didn't know you needed until you saw them. One thing I like about BoxLunch is that the merchandise feels a little more unique than what you'll find in many other mall stores. It's not uncommon to spot something that makes you stop and say, "Well that's pretty cool." Unfortunately, my most recent visit wasn't quite as smooth. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said, "On break, be back at 6:15." Fair enough. Except it was already 6:20. What is this, Clerks?
