I visited this salon today for an eyebrow waxing appointment. I had previously stopped going…read morebecause every time I tried to get my eyebrows done, either the specialist wasn't available or the equipment wasn't working. Today, I was told the wait would be about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an entire hour. When the staff member finally came to get me, the waxing room was locked, and she laughed, saying 'maybe tomorrow.' I found this extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. While the specialist provides excellent eyebrow waxing, it's not worth it if every visit ends with my time wasted.

I never leave with boring nails. I really like that they take appointment times seriously which is a downfall with a lot of salons around here. If your appointment is at a certain best believe it starts at that time! In and out in about an hour or less depending on the service. Not sure if they have wine or champagne but you may be able to bring it in. However if they do it would be the icing on the cake! The space is super cute and modern!

A small, quaint nail spa with a ton of color choices. I'd definitely recommend an appointment as…read morethey seem to only schedule as many staff members as they have appointments that day. PROS: -It was really easy to schedule an appointment. And I highly recommend an appointment here! All I had to do was call a couple of days ahead, and we one ready to go. But more than five people walked in during my hour-long appointment, and all were turned away since Nail Spa didn't have any openings. -Staff is very chill and quiet. If you don't really like talking during your appointment, this is a lovely place to have your nails done. Salonists are friendly and will definitely converse if you want, but the woman I worked with seemed just as happy to focus on my nails without any particular chit-chat. I didn't notice anyone who was working speak in fluent English, so that's something to keep in mind too if you like chatting with your nail salonist in English. -Tons of nail color options - especially in gel! They also have sets and regular polishes and dips. So many different colors that it was hard to choose! It's amazing how many colors they have! -The pedicure room is luxurious-looking. It's one of the nicest and most-peaceful pedicure rooms I've seen in a salon in a long time. It has nice, dimmed lighting as well as gentle music and really comfortable temperature with nicely-spaced-out chairs. It feels extremely peaceful. CONS: -Nail Spa seems to operate on bare-minimum staff. The nail salonists also answer phones, run the front desk, and ring you up. Sometimes, this means that the staff gets up mid-paint to tend to administrative business. They always apologized, and it was never a huge issue, but it's definitely something that happens. -The French manicure we got wasn't quite as meticulous as some of the other French manicures we've had in the past. The lines were a little less finished and matched-up between hands. -Our gel fingernail and toenail polish ended up peeling off to a noticeable degree after just a week. A couple of toenails/fingernails are missing all of the polish entirely while it's just cracked and peeled off in others. Our last gel manicure from a different salon lasted 4+ weeks, so this was really surprising.

They definitely follow Covid protocols and compliance. We got in right away. We got the deluxe pedicure and my daughter received a manicure. I highly recommend this place based on professionalism, cleanliness, and technique. The massage chairs were amazing during my pedicure. I think most importantly they had clean working stations as well. There were tons of color polish to select during this visit. The prices were very comparable to most nail salons and spa place I have encountered. Request Lisa or Mary as they are experts in creating the best finished look on your nails. They also do gel nails as well.

(cleaned it as soon as wel got home) as for my nails. I wanted my old nails removed and acrylic overlay on my natural nails. she proceeded to cut my real nails down to nothing. hardly anything. and they were pretty long. she didn't do any shaping what so ever to my nails, none of them are the same length. most of them are crooked as heck. the sides aren't even filed down or even have acrylic on them. it was absolutely horrible. the pictures don't do justice for how horrible they are. I spend 160 bucks for nails that look like a child did them. with no experience. I'd like a manager or someone owner or something to reach out and make this right.
