And the concierge that they have those sizes. So I decided to go to the Houston store at the Galleria Monday morning. The greeter was very nice and got me a sales person. The sales person was nice and very helpful. Her name is Kerri. She showed me three pairs of jeans and a jacket that were my size. I tried them all on and told her I would buy them all. It came to $7480. I explained to her thatI was here with my and my son who was having surgery at HCA Medical Center. I couldn't take the clothes with me on the plane because I already had a carry-on and felt it would be better to ship them home to my address. I had a problem with my credit card and got locked out because I'm traveling it was fraud prevention. It took a while, but I finally got it straightened out. By this time, Carrie had to go on her lunch break and some other lady finished up the sale. I gave her my phone number and email and asked him to email me the tracking number. The following day, I haven't received an email or any information regarding a tracking number. So I called the store and spoke to the concierge and the concierge knew nothing about my sale. I explained to the concierge why I was here and needed to get this information and if I could speak to someone in the store. The concierge told me that I can't speak to anybody in the store. So on Wednesday the 17th I had to make a special trip to the store. I get to the store walk up to the door and was greeted by the manager. I explained to the manager the clothes that I bought and that I needed a tracking number. I also mentioned to the manager if the clothes were here, I would like to take the with me and they can ship the rest. The manager could not find the clothes or any type of paperwork where they went. By this time, I was getting very upset and frustrated for the manager taking way too long to solve this here, so I manager to refund me and she gave me some which really me off. she told me she needs to research it some more. I told her I don't care what you do. I just to be refund. She is still taking way too long and then she finally comes out from behind the back of the room and says that she found the paperwork for the tracking number. They just made this paper. It was never in shipping they just generated this paperwork. I told her to refund me now and I was getting very very annoyed with this manager. I start letting people know in the store how bad they are. They're only nice when you are buying something but not so nice when there's a problem. She was talking so long and I had to get back to the hospital. I'm am totally upset at this time. She finally refunded my credit cards back. I told them all that the clothes are not nearly worth what we are paying for. That we are paying for the LV name because we are stupid and they can stick those clothes up their ass. Kerri did not do her job right. She didn't communicate with me after the sale and email me the shipping information and tracking number. because of her stupidity and incompetence, she lost her commission. I will never buy from the store again, and I recommend to other people to make sure that they have everything that they paid for and if they're shipping that they get their tracking number and shipping information before they walking away.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this store is nowhere in line with the service you would receive at a non-outlet Armani boutique. I purchased a weekender bag from this store last week, I was told the bag was 50% off so I went ahead and purchased it. I had not bothered to unwrap the bag until a few days later. When I opened it, I found my receipt and noticed that I was not given the 50% discount but instead something much lower. I called the store and spoke to an associate, I explained to them what had happened and they told me to come back into the store and the issue would be fixed. I went in later that night and I saw the sales associate that had sold me the bag, he immediately recognized me and asked me what was wrong. I told him he rang me up for the incorrect discount and it sounded like he was aware of that but didn't bother to tell me at the time. The so-called 'Supervisor' was there next to him and basically asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I would like to either have the difference returned to my credit card or just return the entire purchase. The so-called 'Supervisor', I wish I could remember his name, basically told me he could do neither because only the General Manager can process returns and or price adjustments. I thought that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard.. EVER. How the hell can only the GM process returns? So why the heck does this guy have the title of 'Supervisor' if he can't help his customers. I am seriously ticked off at this store. I drove all the way from Midtown Houston to Boonies Cypress, TX. They did absolutely nothing to try and help me. Not only will I not be returning to this store, I have written a formal complaint to customer relations.
