Happened on Buono's by chance while in Gilbert, AZ. The service was quick & friendly, didn't feel pizza for dinner so ordered Eggplant and Chicken Parmesan which were Excellent and as good as you'd get in Chicago's Little Italy, highly recommended Will try their Margarita Pizza next time. read more

i've been to many Italian restaurants across the valley who claimed to have New York style pizza to only be disappointed. it wasn't until I found Bouno's pizza and after the first bite, I knew I finally found an authentic style New York slice. My dad and I used to go to the old Buono's on Dobson and it was the pizza I grew up on. When I saw they reopened a location out by me and my boyfriend we thought why not give a try and see how good it was. We got a half white w mb and half soppressata with some veggies. They messed up the toppings on the pizza but apologized and remade the pizza, on top of trying to give it to us for free. (Which we just said no because that's silly) we got a few cheese slices which honestly taste pretty damn close to the old Buono's and the white pizza was some of the best white pizza we have ever had. The 18/19 yo kid with the hat was super attentive and nice. (He wasn't the one that messed up the pizza) Prices are really good on top of everything. read more

Pretty good pizza and related items at an upscale price. Regular crust is pretty substantial and their pan crust is pretty doughy, which is okay if you like lots of bread. No thin crust option. read more

The first thing that I noticed is that the one thing that I have is patience with my food! Sometimes not that much patience.

I had to spot somewhere quick for a few slices before church. I called Buonos before stopping by and asked if they sold slices. A young lady answered and she was very polite. I got to the restaurant and they took my order. I waited a bit outside & they brought me my pizza which I thought was nice. I took a bite of the pizza and the crust was so crunchy, it was the perfect crunch. The cheese was sooooo good! I love pizza, I think it's always a quick delicious dinner for me but I'm honestly going to go to Buonos for my pizza fixes. read more

Travelled from the West Valley to have lunch and brought home dinner as well! The pizza and fried zucchini at lunch was delicious. Brought home a Sicilian and large pie for the rest of the family. So I'm starting this review before we've even had a bite. First we're in the wrong place, I screwed up and meant to take us elsewhere but we didn't figure that out before we sat down. And why did we stay? In a word LANDON! Such a nice guy, warm funny inviting, really we couldn't not stay. And now we've eaten - so freakin good. Homemade pasta, sauce is just right, lasagna is not obnoxiously huge and absolutely delicious. A happy accident, we'll be back for sure! read more

I ordered the Meat Lovers Pizza & Zeppos dessert. The pizza looked liked it had fake, artificial looking meat disc's, & some minutely sized particles of another fake artificial meat like substance. The fried donut dessert came in a brown paper lunch bag with the donuts inside a giant pile of powdered sugar. None of the 3 dipping sauces I selected came with it. The absoulety soggiest pizza that I have EVER had (80 yrs old). Had half mead, half delux, delux side had pickle green peppers which flodded the pizza into a big MESS. To be honest, the ingredients were quality except for the green peppers, should use Fresh. They gave us a free dessert when we pointed out the soggy mess before us. read more
