    Honey Latte
    Laura A.

Full disclosure we came the weekend of September 6, so some things may have changed since then. We saw this place had good reviews here and on Google so we walked by River Street to this coffee shop. We were surprised to see this coffee shop is joined to a clothing store so half the coffee shop is a clothing store. There was also only one girl working and four people before us. We waited in line which took about 15-20 minutes due to the one girl having to take the orders and make the drinks one at a time. My boyfriend and I both ordered the honey latte! It was decent but very sugary and sweet almost like a honey milkshake, so it just wasn't our favorite. I felt bad for the young girl who was obviously trying her best, but the shop just wasn't staffed enough for a Sunday morning on a holiday weekend.

Shop river street, look at the view, and sip some amazing coffee!! I worked here for a little while and got to enjoy the coffee daily. You have to pay for parking in this area, but it's totally worth it.

What an amazing location! 10 star review! There was so much America Freedom in this cafe that it made me want to rejoin the Military. I felt as if I should go an buy an American Eagle but Amazon does not sell any. Great coffee and a great atmosphere.

Delicious coffee! Way better than those burnt beans at that other popular place. Love the shirt selection as well.

I was excited to visit Nine Line during my visit to Savannah, and Bunker Cafe being right next door serving Black Rifle Coffee was the icing on the cake.

The Paris Market is essentially like an antique shop, museum, and classy cafe all came together at once. It has a perfect vibe and aesthetic that is honestly very calming when you've been rushing around the streets of Savannah prior to walking in the door. I highly recommend getting any flavor of latte (hot or iced) as well as their incredible Parisian hot chocolate. Both were delicious and actually worth the $6/$7 price tag! Then, you can stroll around the main level and lower level shop and admire all of the treasures. I can't wait to visit again soon!

From the name and…read morebranding, we expected more of a true Parisian café experience with great pastries, little snacks, desserts, and a cozy coffee shop atmosphere. Instead, there were only a few macarons, maybe one sandwich option, and the café itself was...pretty much nonexistent. The retail side also felt a little underwhelming. The space is nice, but a lot of the merchandise was sourced from vendors you commonly see at the larger merchandise markets, so it didn't feel as unique or curated as we expected. That said, we're still glad we stopped in if you're nearby. It just didn't quite live up to the experience we had imagined

Seating downstairs is limited. There is a cute little nook tucked on the side that has windows so you can "people watch" as you eat. There is an elevator available to go upstairs. As an FYI, you can't get back in by using the same door used to get to it. You have to go outside and come back in through the main entrance. We ordered the bacon tacos and an iced cinnamon biscuit. The bacon tacos were delicious! Definitely recommend those! Meh on the iced cinnamon biscuit. Maybe if they served it warm, it would have been better. It was hard to cut with the plastic knife and fork.

Outside: biblical rainfall, no parking anywhere because it's Memorial Day weekend, and me running on fumes after a 30-hour round trip drive dropping my kids off with their father. I genuinely looked out that window and thought, "Well... this is how villains are created." Inside: salvation. I ordered the Eggstreme Biscuits & Gravy with spicy sausage gravy and added bacon for $2.99 because I trust my sister's decisions when it matters most. The bacon is NOT optional. I repeat: if you skip the bacon, that is between you and God (and she's gonna be pissed). The biscuit was soft enough to heal emotional damage and sturdy enough not to piss me off by crumbling as I devoured it. The gravy had just enough spice to wake me up spiritually. And the eggs sitting on top like they personally paid rent there? Incredible. Then came the lattes. The iced churro latte was so good I immediately got protective over it. The hot vanilla maple latte somehow tasted like a cozy fall morning and a stable mental state. I kept alternating between them like I was conducting a scientific experiment in happiness. Yes, the line was long. Yes, parking downtown Savannah took approximately seventeen business years. But one bite into this meal and suddenly I understood why every single person in there looked willing to fight for a table. 10/10. Maple Street didn't just feed me -- they restored my will to participate in society.

I got their chicken sandwich, while the rest of my family got the Dubai chocolate French toast, Bubble and squeak. My grilled chicken sandwich had a vast majority of flavors varying in the sandwich. The chicken was my only set back, it came off as under seasoned and bland, while the white bread and cheese melted together with the fresh lettuce. I also got their iced matcha latte with lavender syrup, which I was heavily surprised from how flavorful and sugary it was, I highly recommend this drink to any matcha lovers out there. The Dubai chocolate French toast was beautifully put together and delicious, shared across my family. From what I heard the bubble and squeak was amazing and was not too heavy or dull in flavor and is a great vegetarian option. Overall, the atmosphere inside was very light and put together, the creme walls contrasted perfectly with the historic stone walls. If you or your family are visiting savannah Georgia, I highly recommend Collins Quarter!

That drink is a masterpiece and lives rent free in my head. I still regret not going back for another one while in Savannah. As a french toast lover who also happens to love pistachios and chocolate, I obviously got the Dubai Chocolate French Toast. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the french toast, it was the perfect portion to split between two people without being overwhelmingly sweet. I hate when these things are humongous in size and then you can't finish it and end up wasting most of it away. The best part was Doki Doki' Pistachio-Crusted Pistachio Gelato on top - phenomenal! We also got the Moroccan Scramble as the savory counterpart to the french toast. The moroccan-spiced minced-lamb combined with scrambled eggs and toasted chickpea was so flavorful and satisfying. After this meal, I don't believe I could ever pass through Savannah without making a trip to the Collins Q! P.S.: Please come to Philly!
