If you're running a business and taking money from people, learn to deliver whatever you have to say in a friendly, kind way, not a condescending, dismissive, disgusting one. That is what this review has always been about: her behavior, not a dog. If it were about a dog, I would have said so. Having rules is fine, every business is entitled to them. What isn't fine is delivering any message with contempt instead of basic courtesy. There's a difference between enforcing a policy and being rude while doing it, and she consistently chooses the latter. I've also noticed her own staff don't follow her stated policies when she's not around, dogs sitting at tables inside, that kind of thing, which tells me something about how her own employees feel about working under her. And I'm not the only one who's had this kind of experience. I've talked to other people locally in Savannah who described the same condescending treatment from her. The latte is good. The staff, aside from her, are friendly. But an owner who can't speak to paying customers without an attitude problem is the reason I won't be back. Take accountability for how you talk to people, not for a dog that was never the issue.
