Eddie was kind enough to offer a tasting since we had never tasted their popsicles before, and we wanted to figure out what flavors we should get. All of their flavors sounded so darn amazing! We were able to choose 6 to try, and let's just say our tasting was one of the best breakfasts I've had! :oD It was hard to finish every popsicle before tasting the next, but I wasn't about to leave that yumminess behind for the trash to enjoy. So, I took our leftovers (4 popsicles!) and had a popsicle party in the car! After the tasting, we decided that we really didn't need to offer both ice cream and popsicles at our wedding anymore. Paloma's Paletas would satisfy ice cream lovers since some of the flavors are on the creamy side (i.e. Banana Milkshake). Thank goodness they include an umbrella when you opt in for the cart, and thank goodness Eddie is so cool that he can keep smiling through a scorching hot afternoon.
