We were able to choose 6 to try, and let's just say our tasting was one of the best breakfasts I've had! :oD It was hard to finish every popsicle before tasting the next, but I wasn't about to leave that yumminess behind for the trash to enjoy. So, I took our leftovers (4 popsicles!) and had a popsicle party in the car! After the tasting, we decided that we really didn't need to offer both ice cream and popsicles at our wedding anymore. Paloma's Paletas would satisfy ice cream lovers since some of the flavors are on the creamy side (i.e. Banana Milkshake). When it came time to decide how many flavors + how many of each flavor to purchase for our number of guests, Eddie gave us some solid guidance...that we ended up disregarding since we're gluttons and had to get 3x the number of flavors and 2.5x the number actual popsicles. :op We were fully prepared - and excited - to bring home a sh*t ton of leftovers for us to enjoy over the next few months.
