The Swole Chick burrito was fine and we had no complaints about it. Unfortunately, the Onion Strings were very disappointing. They were extremely greasy and soaked with oil, which you can clearly see in the photo I took. They were difficult to enjoy. What disappointed me more was the response when I mentioned the problem to our server. She basically ignored my concern and did not offer to replace the order or provide another solution. I understand that sometimes a food item does not come out correctly--that can happen at any restaurant. What matters is how the restaurant responds when a customer brings it to their attention.
